웹 서버에서의 서비스 품질을 지원하기 위하여 Web QoS를 보장하는 계층을 서버에 추가하는 방법에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 기존의 방법은 웹 서버의 자원을 소비하며, QoS를 보장하도록 웹 서버를 수정하여야 하는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 웹 서버를 그대로 이용하면서 이러한 단점들을 보완하는 웹 서비스 연결 요청을 조정하는 별도의 커넥션 매니저를 설계하고 구현하여 웹 QoS에 대한 효용성을 점검 하였다.

지중배전설비의 시공품질 향상과 정전을 감소시키기 위해 지중설비의 시공과정을 동영상으로 촬영하여 내실 있는 시공을 유도하고, 촬영된 영상 자료를 편집하여 국산 3D GIS 기반의 DB에 저장할 수 있도록 하였다. 평상시엔 개인용 컴퓨터로 설비점검 스케줄에 따라 관리하다가, 돌발적인 정전이 발생하면 시공당시의 정보를 조회하여 신속히 대응할 수 있는 지중배전설비 시공관리시스템을 연구 개발하였다.

The ultimate record management's purpose is preservation and utilization. However, the National Archives of Korea (NAK)s Portal has problems such as search system aging and search tools dualization. As a result, the users' search satisfaction is not satisfied, and the improvement demand increases. This study aimed to evaluate the NAK's search quality as a preliminary study for NAK search system advancement. To this end, we analyzed the current status of CAMS and NAK's Portal. Then, we established the test sets and evaluated the NAK's Portal quality from the user's point of view. Evaluation results were analyzed using Precision, Recall, F-score, and MRR. The analysis results showed that the overall search performance was low, particularly in the "advanced subject search," which showed low performance in Precision, Recall, and MRR. Thus, improvement is urgently needed. The test sets established for this study are expected to be used as a basis for objectively measuring the improvement of the search performance after the NAK search system advancement.

The quality control personnel of the construction work shall establish and execute the quality control plan or the quality test plan and check the qualification of the used materials according to the process, the management of the test and inspection equipment, the quality education, the own quality inspection and measures. Management and quality test of Korea and plays an important role in preventing accidents. However, related organizations did not explicitly disclose their roles in quality testing and quality control tasks while changing the names of quality control personnel to test personnel and quality managers when revising related laws and regulations and the application of labor costs. Therefore, a research of this is needed to improve conflicting situation. In this study, the ambiguous title relation to the quality control persons is improved to meet the requirements of the construction work based on related laws and regulations, and each role and title is classified as 'quality tester' and 'quality manager'. In other words, the person who carries out the quality test of the "Construction Quality Test Standard" specified in the Guideline for Quality Management of Construction Projects shall be the "Quality Tester" and the person who performs the quality control plan establishment and execution work specified in the Enforcement Rule of the Construction Technology Promotion Act shall be referred to as the 'Quality Manager'.

This paper presents a general algorithm of multi-item continuous review models to obtain simultaneous solutions for ordering quantities and reorder points for each item in an inventory, while satisfying constraints on average inventory investment and reordering workload. Two models are formulated'in each model the heuristic method is utilized, and the partial back-logging is considered. In the first model, the objective function is the minimization of total inventory variable cost. In the second model, the objective function is the minimization of total time-weighted shortages, and the ordering, holding, and stockout costs in this model are independent each other. A numerical example is also solved to present application of each model.

정보시스템의 효과적인 개발 및 운영을 지원하기 위한 활동에는 품질 보증, 감리 등이 있다. 이중에서 감리는 정보시스템의 전체 개발 수명주기에 걸쳐서 시스템의 품질을 개선시키기 위한 핵심활동이라고 할 수 있다. 현재 공공 정보시스템 감리는 기존의 정보시스템감리기준(정보통신부고시제1999-104호)를 활용하여 수행하고 있지만, 감리영역이나 점검사항이 현재 IT 환경과 맞지 않고 실제 감리에 적용하기 어렵다. 또한, 정보시스템 개발수명주기에 걸쳐서 감리를 수행해야함에도 불구하고, 현실은 그렇지 않으며 수명주기별 감리기준도 명확하지가 않다. 본 연구에서는 ISACA(Information Systems Audit and Control Association)의 COBIT(Control Objectives for Information and related Technology)와 IT 관련 국제 표준들을 벤치마킹하여 정보시스템 감리프레임워크를 제시하였고, 이의 운영 및 활용 방안을 제안하였다.

This study is conducted to improve the quality of healthcare services responding to COVID-19 by applying the public service quality management framework that is developed from ISO18091:2019 by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety of South Korea. The COVID-19 pandemic has been impacting the world since early 2020, and now in November 2020, it still has not been eliminated. The Korean medical institutions were able to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by agile test and strict cohort isolation. As a result, the so-called K-medical defense has achieved a positive reputation from around the world. In this study, we check and evaluate the current status of the COVID-19 response targeting some Korean hospitals by applying a quality control checklist based on the public service quality management framework. Status of 7 categories are analyzed based on the interview with 3 medical institutions. We also suggest improvements for better medical service quality in case of COVID-19 being prolonged.

As a check on calibration and drift in each discrete sub-system of a commercial frequency-domain airborne electromagnetic system, we aim to use causality constraints alone to predict in-phase from wide-band quadrature data. There are several possible applications of the prediction of in-phase response from quadrature data including: (1) quality control on base level drift, calibration and phase checks; (2) prediction and validation of noise levels in in-phase from quadrature measurements and vice versa and in future; and (3) interpolation and extrapolation of sparsely sampled data enforcing causality and better frequency-domain-time-domain transformations. In practice, using tests on both synthetic and measured Resolve helicopter-borne electromagnetic frequency domain data, in-phase data points could be predicted using a scaled Hilbert transform with a standard deviation between 40 and 80 ppm. However, relative differences between base levels between flight could be resolved to better than 1 ppm, which allows an independent quality control check on the accuracy of drift corrections.

감사원장 자문기구인 부정방지대책위원회(위원장 서영훈)는 $\ulcorner$공사질서, 어떻게 확립할 것인가?$\lrcorner$ 라는 주제로 우리 사회가 하루빨리 청산해야할 부실공사의 추방대책을 모색하는 공개토론회를 지난 9월 6일 한국 프레스센터 국제회의장에서 이시윤 감사원장을 비롯한 관련기관 및 관련업계 종사자들이 참석한 가운데 개최했다. 특히 이번 공개토론회는 우리의 안전을 위협하고 나아가서는 국가 경쟁력을 잃게 하는 부실공사의 원인을 심층진단하고 그 방지대책으로 불합리한 제도의 개선과 아울러 시민들의 감사활동을 통한 공사질서확립 방안에 대한 슬기와 지혜를 널리 모으는 중요한 자리로 후손들에게 자랑스러운 건설문화를 넘겨줄 수 있도록 밝고 건전한 공사질서를 세우는 방안에 대한 많은 의견이 있었다. 이날 이시윤 감사원장은 $\ulcorner$부실공사는 우리의 생명과 안전을 위협하고 국제적 위신을 실추시키며 국가경쟁력을 읽게 하는 부끄러운 폐습으로서 하루빨리 치유해야 할 망국병$\lrcorner$이라면서 $\ulcorner$감사원은 21세기 우리의 밝은 미래 창조를 가로막고 있는 이러한 부실공사 문제의 심각성을 인식하고 이의 근절을 최우선 과제로 정하여 감사원의 모든 감사역량을 부실공사 추방을 위한 감사활동에 기울여 왔다$\lrcorner$고 밝혔다. 또한 이시윤 감사원장은 $\ulcorner$지난해에 이어 올해는 건설환경 개선 및 품질혁신의 해로 선언하고 국민 불안감 해소를 위하여 주요시설물의 안전성 점검과 건설산업 개방에 대비한 대외경쟁력 제고의 기틀을 마련하는데 총력을 기울여 나가고 있다$\lrcorner$면서 $\ulcorner$나아가 부실공사 기동점검반을 편성 운영하여 공공공사 현장을 수시 점검하여 부실을 역동성 있게 척결하는 체제도 구축하는 등의 계획을 갖고 있다$\lrcorner$고 밝혔다.
