Structural Causality between Service Quality, Emotional Response, Perceived Value and Satisfaction : focused on Yeosu Expo 2012 (여수세계박람회 서비스품질, 감정반응, 지각된 가치 및 만족 간 구조적 인과관계)

  • This research has analyzed the influence of Yeosu Expo's service quality on emotion, perceived value and satisfaction. First of all, the Yeosu Expo's service quality scale was composed with five types of levels : exhibition contents, quality of performance, human service, approach convenience and necessary expense. As the result of influence analysis, exhibition contents, quality of performance and necessary expense had significant influence on attendee's positive emotion. Exhibition contents, necessary expense and approach convenience to approach showed significant influence in perceived value, and necessary expense related to the expo had the highest influence among the three values. Also, the attendee's positive emotion and perceived value towards service from expo was analyzed to have satisfactorily significant influence.

  • The object of this study is to present performance by applying six sigma quality management to a construction company. The research method involves to investigate and analyze data regarding six sigma projects in S construction company and a questionnaire survey from the personnel of the S construction company. The results of this study are as follows 1) S construction company utilized the six sigma quality management for 258 projects during the years of 2003 and 2004 and this bring the effect of cost reduction for quality. Moreover, before using the six sigma quality management, the average level of sigma in this company was around 2.8, after using this, the level increased to 3.6. Particularly, the construction management part, the level increased from 1.3 to 2.6.2) respondents recognize that quality management costs by applying six sigma is reduced. but there is only a little operational efficiency because it is In the early stage of applying six sigma quality management.

  • Recently, operation of highway is the complex digital Infrastructure based on complicated IT. The application of IT is increasing more and more in digital Infrastructure. Though IT is very convenient, if unpredicted operating risk of highway occurs, widespread damage can be large. When operating risk of highway occurs, road users are out of smoothly-run service because of the operating interruption. This risk causes unpredicted operating management cost and additional maintenance cost. It will excess over the planned operating cost, which may leads to users's unsafety and operator's insolvency because of income loss. Until now, related studies to find out the risk are not sufficient. The purpose of this study is to suggest risk cost items and to estimate the reasonable risk cost by using simulation method in case of occurring the huge power failure at the operating digitalized highway. This study indicates the several plans to hedge against risk cost and the management of highway project. From now on, it will be used as basic data to confirm the soundness of operating system in Digital Infrastructure.

  • This paper is to measure the sensitivity of relations in communication network operation. In order to procure an important adequacy in the network operation and quality improvement, it is necessary to increase network operation efficiency and analyze the characteristic of network operation. Finally, we analyze costing appropriate operation, propose profit increase scheme and apply realistic business. First of all it's important to improve and estimate a proper operating cost thoroughly and comprehensively. Because the important issue of this process is quality process and this quality process occurs customers' satisfaction, therefore, to make a mutual relation in-between individual change of each element is to analyze a reasonable standard. So, for this reason we study on structuring nice moods for network operation and estimating many scenarios for measuring efficiency. Especially those in economic and sensitivity based. It will be the development of analyzing methods which suites the service and communication system. The result of this study gives a basis for making a flexible and highly predictable system by pre configured sensitivity analysis of each scenarios.

Analysis of the Economic Effect of the Construction Industry and the Cost-benefit Analysis of the Recycled Aggregate Production Industry According to the Use of High-quality Recycled Aggregate (고품질 순환골재 활용에 따른 건설 산업의 경제적 효과 및 순환골재 생산 산업의 비용 편익 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic effect of the use of recycled aggregate on the construction industry and the effect of increasing the value of the recycled aggregate production industry on the premise of supporting quality assurance technology to promote the high-quality use of recycled aggregate. Accordingly, the production cost of ready-mixed concrete that can be obtained through the use of high-quality recycled aggregate is analyzed according to the recycled aggregate application rate recommended in the recycled aggregate quality standard, The economic effect of general ready-mixed concrete and recycled aggregate-applied rea dy-mixed concrete industry wa s a na lyzed by identifying the domestic rea dy-mixed concrete industry sca le a nd the ra te of satisfaction of recycled aggregate volume, and a cost-benefit analysis method was used to examine the benefits of high-quality recycled aggregate production and sales. As a result, the production cost of ready-mixed concrete is reduced by 2.3~16.2% depending on the application rate, the economic effect of the use of recycled aggregate on the construction industry is about 106.8~142.6 billion KRW, and the effect of increasing the value of the recycled aggregate production industry generated about 1.22 times the benefit.

  • 정보산업이 발달함에 따라 유사한 제품이 많이 출시되어, 기업은 목적, 용도 및 비용 등을 고려해서 최적을 제품을 선택하기 위해, 여러 제품을 대상으로 BMT를 실시하고 있다. 그러나 기존 BMT는 소프트웨어 운영 중에 지속적으로 발생하는 비용을 고려하지 않고 기능과 성능을 위주로 하여 절반의 정보만을 제공하였다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 품질 특성을 바탕으로 운영 중 발생하는 운영비용을 고려한 BMT 항목 도출 방법을 제안하였다.

  • The role of smartphones is changing from a communication system for exchanging calls and information into a universal platform for cultural services. Also, satisfaction for mobile application services on smartphones is a very important factor in the smart business. In This paper, we analyze the effects of the outcome, service scape, costs, and especially the impact of whether costumers having to pay or free for the app on customer satisfaction. For this purpose, we analyzed survey data on service quality of mobile app service from Chinese mobile app service users. We also analyzed the moderating effects of paid and free mobile app services. As a result, it was confirmed that the quality, servicescape quality and cost of mobile app service that customers perceive have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, the effect of the cost of mobile app service perceived by the customer on customer satisfaction showed that free mobile app service was more significant than paid mobile app service. This paper can be used as an alternative to monetization for providing a mobile app service provider or a mobile app service provider who wants to switch mobile app service from free to paid service.

  • This study through theoretical investigation connected with business consulting quality of service and pre-study, actual proof was analyzed on the basis of research hypothesis about domestic consulting's element of qualify of service. Analyzed interrelation degree because do result that is customer satisfaction measurement classifying roughly quality of service and expense quality in actual proof analysis by a representation measurement tool. By first if summarize this study finding, was construed by thing which relativity is very high mutually relation about service quality and satisfaction of customer satisfaction. Therefore, was assumed by leading recognition that is very positive in service quality and customer relation. Secondly, expense quality of service and recycling of customer satisfaction measurement inside synonymy confirm. Hereafter, We can had assumption information consulting and business consulting from medium and small enterprises to very important competition factor.

LCCA-embedded Monte Carlo Approach for Modeling Pay Adjustment at the State DOTs (도로공사에서 생애주기비용을 사용한 지급조정모델 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The development of a Pay Adjustment (PA) procedure for implementing Performance-related Specifications (PRS) is known to be a difficult task faced by most State Highway Agencies (SHAs) due to the difficulty in such areas as selecting pay factor items, modeling the relationship between stochastic variability of pay factor items and pavement performance, and determining an overall lot pay adjustment. This led to the need for an effective way of developing a scientific pay adjustment procedure by incorporating Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) embedded Monte Carlo approach. In this work, we propose a prototype system to determine a PA specifically using the data in the pavement management information systems at Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) as an exemplary to other SHAs. It is believed that the PRS methodology demonstrated in this study can be used in real projects by incorporating the more accurate and reliable performance prediction models and LCC model.
