Korea government established a domestic quality management system under the Law for Construction Technology Management, which was revised in 1997. This Law prescribes that the owner has to assign quality management cost into the construction project budget However, there are some conflicts among internal regulations and prescriptions on the scope of quality management engineer's roles was not specific. In order to overcome these limitations, this research identifies proper scope of quality management engineer's roles and suggests an approach for an improved estimating guideline for construction quality management cost.

'닭고기 등급제'는 기존의 업체별, 브래드별 자체 품질관리 기준에 의한 생산 판매의 형태에서 변화하여 공인된 등급판정 기준의 일관된 적용에 의하여 품질수준을 평가함으로써 국내 닭고기 제품의 객관적 품질향상을 목적으로 한다. 본고에서는 도계장에서 생산된 각각의 닭도체와 부분육의 품질을 결정할 때에 공식적으로 고려되는 항목(<표1> 닭도체 품질기준 참조)을 세부적으로 살펴보고자 한다.

As BIM is now being accepted and broadly expanded in the building industry, the demand for developing, managing, submitting, and checking the BIM models has increased. To meet this demand, it is necessary to develop and spread BIM guidelines, standards, and manuals. Meanwhile, as the number of public construction projects increases, the importance of quantifying the BIM quality checking and evaluation also grows. This study aims to enhance our understanding of the definition and characteristics of BIM quality management, and review the current situation of BIM standards worldwide. In particular, by focusing on BIM quality control and its relevant subjects, the minimum standards for BIM quality management are suggested.

In order to calculate the quality management cost of construction work, the process must conform to relevant laws and regulations. In details, the cost of the various items such as quality test fee and quality control activity cost are required to be calculated. Regarding the quality management costs, the labor cost is applied to the quality examination fee and the calculation unit quantity in the construction quality management duties. The application of the unit price of the labor cost stipulates that Construction Association of Korea and Korea Engineering & Consulting Association apply the unit price which is surveyed and published. However, in the related laws and regulations, the standard of the quality manager and quality tester is not clear. This accounts for the confusion in the cost of construction management and the cost of labor. In the current law, the allocation standard of quality control personnel is specified according to the size of the construction, but the standard of placement of quality testers is not specified. At the construction site, there is no assignment criteria manpower for quality testers except quality managers, or very little work is being done. The quality control personnel conducts the quality test work to be carried out by the quality tester, and this carrying out heavy work. Therefore, it is difficult to maintain quality control activities. In this study, the labor cost of quality management expenses and the allocation criteria of quality managers and quality testers are established and presented for the purpose of securing the quality of the construction work and preventing the construction work. It is stipulated that the standards of the relevant laws and regulations, which are not clear, should be classified into quality control personnel and quality testers according to the size of the construction. Based on the unit price of Korea Engineering & Consulting Association, the personnel expenses of quality managers and quality testers are proposed to apply the unit price of engineer (professional engineer, specialist, advanced, intermediate, beginner) and skilled technicians (advanced, intermediate, beginner).

21세기 문화산업에서 게임SW는 고부가가치 SW이다. 수많은 게임SW가 만들어짐에도 불구하고 체계적으로 품질관리가 되어지지 않는다. 소프트웨어의 품질은 소프트웨어별 품질특성에 따라 평가되며 품질관리를 통해 관리되어 진다. ISO/IEC 9126 품질모델은 소프트웨어의 품질 특성을 다루는 국제 기준이다. ISO/IEC 9126 품질모델을 기반으로 하여 게임SW의 품질모델을 도출하고 이를 통하여 게임의 품질을 관리할 수 있다.

This Study was investigated in main breakage types of 50 interlocking block pavements in apartment houses and evaluated on their performance. According to performance evaluation, maintenance control index of 9 aged interlocking block pavements ranged 7.9 to 8.9. These values meant that the condition of interlocking block pavements were still good. Therefore, it was concluded that the 10-year cycle of the block replacement recommended by Ministry of Construction & Transportation is necessary to reappraise. To objectively evaluate the performance of interlocking block pavements, this study presented the criteria of maintenance control by combining two maintenance control standards suggested by Ministry of Construction & Transportation and the Japan Interlocking Block Pavement Engineering Association. Also, this study suggested that the domestic standard is necessary to include durability standards and quality standards of joint filling materials and bedding sand layer for increasing expectation life and reducing maintenance costs of interlocking block pavements.

Large Language Models (LLMs) are becoming the major trend in the natural language processing field. These models were built based on research data, but information such as types, limitations, and risks of using research data are unknown. This research would present how to analyze and evaluate the LLMs that were built with research data: LLaMA or LLaMA base models such as Alpaca of Stanford, Vicuna of the large model systems organization, and ChatGPT from OpenAI from the perspective of research data. This quality evaluation focuses on the validity, functionality, and reliability of Data Quality Management (DQM). Furthermore, we adopted the Holistic Evaluation of Language Models (HELM) to understand its evaluation criteria and then discussed its limitations. This study presents quality evaluation criteria for LLMs using research data and future development directions.

국가 차원에서 일관된 수문자료 품질관리기준을 제시하고, 현업에서 활용 가능한 시스템을 구축하기 위해 개발된 국가 수문자료 품질관리시스템은 2007년부터 한강, 낙동강, 금강, 영산강홍수통제소에서 적극 활용하여 수문자료 신뢰도 향상에 기여하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기 구축된 국가 수문자료 품질관리시스템을 한강, 낙동강, 금강, 영산강홍수통제소에서 관할하는 수문관측소 및 수문자료에 적용, 운영 실적을 지속적으로 분석하고 수문자료의 이상률, 결측률 등의 통계분석을 통해 수문자료 품질 및 신뢰도를 정량적, 정성적으로 나타내고 품질관리 업무 실시 후의 개선 효과를 제시하였다. 이를 통해 국가 수자원을 적극적으로 관리하여 신뢰성 있는 수문자료를 확보하고 품질 수준 향상을 위한 개선작업을 꾸준히 수행함으로써 수문자료의 신뢰도 제고와 국가 수문자료 관리업무의 효율성을 증대시키고자 한다.

최근 친환경축산물생산운동이 거세지면서 사료내 생균제사용이 급격히 증가, 제조업체 수가 ''01년 대비 ''03년 현재 80%가 증가하는 등 생균제 산업의 발전이 두드러지고 있다. 이와관련, 생균제의 안전성확보 및 품질관리에 대한 중요성이 그 어느때보다도 강조되어 생산자와 소비자의 선택이 중요한 요소가 되고 있다. 따라서, 본지 편집부에서는 생균제의 품질관리 기준 및 현황을 정리하여 수록하였다.
