The purpose of this study is development of the quality assessment for interior space and foodservice management in Italian restaurants. Also this study aims to evaluate them which are consisted of 30 items by Likert 5 point scale. As a result of the evaluation, 'food taste' and 'ingredients freshness' were the most important factors in interior space and the foodservice in Italian restaurants. The IPA technique proved that nine items including Q4, Q9, Q10, Q11, Q14, Q16, Q19, Q24, Q28 were in 'Doing great, keep it up' and five items such as Q13, Q25, Q26, Q27, Q29 that got high expectation and low perception needed to be focused for quality management strategies.

With the advent of IP-based multimedia service based on IP network, there is a rapidly increasing demand for IPTV. Unlike the previous coaxial cable based TV, IPTV provides a variety of convergence services based on IP newark. However, since the IPTV service quality is a lot affected by the network degradation such as packet loss and jitter, it may not be guaranteed. In this paper, we propose an objective measure for various degradations of IPTV-based videos considering subjective assessment. To this end, we first determine QoE(Quality of Experience) indicators, which can affect human visual perception. Then we develop the video quality metric for each QoE indicator. Subjective assessment based on MOS is conducted and used to construct mapping relationship between each measure and perceived visual quality. Experiments are performed on various videos to confirm the efficiency and robustness of the proposed method and show high correlation with subjective assessment.

The purpose of this study is to prioritize the importance of urban railway service quality through statistical analysis. This was done to maximize customer satisfaction by providing customers of urban railway services (including LRT), operated by the local government, with a better customized service quality. It was hoped that this project would boost the need for public transportation by increasing customer satisfaction, which would eventually lead to more profitable revenue. The results of validity certification of expectations and perceptions before and after the use of government funded urban railway and private sector invested urban railways show that there are gaps for 18 items for the government funded urban rail projects (p<.01), while there is no significant difference for 2 items between expectation and perception (p>.05); private sector invested urban railway projects show differences for all 20 items (p<.001). Therefore, IPA analysis is conducted to improve the service quality; this should lead to a remedy that focuses on service quality. The findings of this study will contribute to providing management strategies for boosting customer satisfaction and creating revenue through customized service quality in the urban railway operating industry (including LRT), which is currently suffering from chronic deficits.

In this study, we propose a cryptographic module quality evaluation system referenced by ISO/IEC 9000 quality system with Quality, Quality Factor, Quality Subfactor, Metric. Practical application process encryption algorithm based on the encryption algorithm to encrypt the pros and cons valuation of diagnosis, point selection algorithm, analysis, and quality items(quality factor), eliciting constraints derived, such as the cryptographic module design quality evaluation system is set to step 5. The five steps are examples of field-based diagnostic tool for cryptographic operations, the most essential work to be done in order to derive one will work. 2-Factor encryption module for connection between indicator items(quality factor) to identify and ensure the quality of the item the constraints of the environment are two kinds of cryptographic operations. This study is an encryption module and a practical field application system, it presents the standardized model. We have to meet the rapid changes in information technology. The environment, development and the encryption algorithm applied to model a wide variety of on-site development encryption will be able to expect the efficiency.

The purpose of this article is to evaluate the quality of digital libraries which Korean society has built with. To the end, first discussed is the operational definition of digital library, which has a variety of meanings and definitions. For the quality evaluation, 10 criteria were developed on the basis of both literature review and user survey. Followed was a thorough investigation to identify the present status of digital library construction. Then, we selected the most representative digital libraries in Korea, and conducted the quality verification on the basis of previously developed 10 criteria. The conclusion includes both major causes of low quality and some strategies for improving the low quality of digital libraries at the national level.

The purpose of this study is to measure the library online service quality based on the expectation and the service performance from the users' point of view. The online questionnaire was developed based on SERVQUAL, however information quality dimension was added on it, and the survey was conducted within a research library. The factor analysis for effecting library online services showed that 5 service dimensions were loaded discretely, and information quality was put in the other dimension. The IPA (Important Performance Analysis) result confirmed that information quality, service reliability, and service assurance were considered as important factors : multiple regression analysis revealed that tangibility and information quality were the most significant dimension for the library online service.

International standard for software quality evaluation, ISO/IEC 9126 defines the quality characteristics and sub-characteristics consisting of quality of the software. Also, in this standard, the quality assessment items are presented in metrics based on maturity, fault tolerance, recoverability and compliance which are sub-characteristics of reliability. However, this reliability assessment items which are presented are not applied now due to the mathematical difficulties and the problems caused by collection of data. In order to resolve these problems, this study introduces measures to develop a specific test technique by quality attributes and to measure the quality. In other words, the detailed guidelines are presented to be utilized as a standard by summarizing test activities and techniques by each development life the most commonly used. The SW quality results are derived by assigning weights to software in order of the most important quality characteristics of respective software using checklist that can be easily utilized and applying test technique that can be utilized for detailed evaluation items and checklist. This improves problems that include reliability assessment item of ISO/IEC 9126 as the measures to measure new reliability quality of software.

소프트웨어 제품의 품질을 보증하는 일은 중요하며, 이를 위해서는 실제 소프트웨어 제품이 실행될 때 최적의 결과에 영향을 주는 데이터, 즉 데이터의 품질이 보증 되어야 한다. 그러나 대부분의 소프트웨어 품질 관련 연구에서는 소프트웨어 품질 측정에 대한 모형만을 제시할 뿐 데이터 품질에 대해서는 다루어지고 있지 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 품질 평가를 위하여 데이터 품질을 측정하는 메트릭을 제안한다. 제안한 메트릭은 전체 데이터베이스에서 오류 데이터가 발생한 비율과 데이터 사용 목적에 따라 데이터 항목마다 다른 가중치를 적용하여 구해진다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 데이터 품질 메트릭은 특히 데이터를 주로 처리하는 소프트웨어 시스템의 품질 측정에 기여할 수 있다.

[ $\underline{Purpose}$ ]: Standardization quality assurance (QA) program of CyberKnife for suitable circumstances in Korea has not been established. In this research, we investigated the development of QA program for CyberKnife and evaluation of the feasibility under applications. $\underline{Materials\;and\;Methods}$: Considering the feature of constitution for systems and the therapeutic methodology of CyberKnife, the list of quality control (QC) was established and divided dependent on the each period of operations. And then all these developed QC lists were categorized into three groups such as basic QC, delivery specific QC, and patient specific QC based on the each purpose of QA. In order to verify the validity of the established QA program, this QC lists was applied to two CyberKnife centers. The acceptable tolerance was based on the undertaking inspection list from the CyberKnife manufacturer and the QC results during last three years of two CyberKnife centers in Korea. The acquired measurement results were evaluated for the analysis of the current QA status and the verification of the propriety for the developed QA program. $\underline{Results}$: The current QA status of two CyberKnife centers was evaluated from the accuracy of all measurements in relation with application of the established QA program. Each measurement result was verified having a good agreement within the acceptable tolerance limit of the developed QA program. $\underline{Conclusion}$: It is considered that the developed QA program in this research could be established the standardization of QC methods for CyberKnife and confirmed the accuracy and stability for the image-guided stereotactic radiotherapy.

통합보안관리시스템(Enterprise Security Management)은 기업의 보안 정책을 기반으로 다수의 보안시스템을 중앙에서 통합관제, 운영, 관리를 지원하는 시스템이다. 국내의 경우 정보보호시스템에 대한 보안성 평가는 국제공통평가기준을 근거로 평가 및 인증이 이루어지고 있는 반면, SW 품질관점에서의 ESM에 대한 평가 방안에 대한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 SW 품질관점에서 ESM에 대한 평가항목을 제안하고자 한다.
