A Study on the Data Organization of Specification Information for reference of Design Information (설계정보 참조를 위한 시방정보의 자료구조화에 관한 연구)

  • The architectural drawing, construction project specification, etc. are included in the contract of a documents. However, construction project specification, for being documentation, is not utilized to such an extent. The reason is that specification information is difficult in collecting information in relation to the architectural drawing, material finishing list and other architectural information. Therefore, an integrated model, which can be associated with other architectural information, is needed, and a DB based on this integrated model must be established in order for it to be utilized in design, construction, and management. The DB, which is established through this process, must be updated according to modification in design, and construction. Furthermore the specification must be in document on the web for reference. Consequently in this research, the structure of integrated model has been introduced, and it has made the search and preparation of the integrated model on the Internet, using the specification information DB established for the mutual reference of DB, possible. The improvements of construction project specification standards are expected by this system. Also, it will bring about Improvements upon claim prevention, and design, construction, management qualities. Furthermore, it will make the use of information more convenient in practical business such as order agency, design service and building site.

Rheological Properties of Dough Added with Polymannuronic Acid (Polymannuronic Acid 첨가 반죽의 물리적 특성)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of white pan bread by adding polymannuronic acid, an excellent rheological properties material which has the high blood control function in seaweeds, to flour. To investigate the rheological properties appropriate to the making of white pan bread, amylograph, farinograph, extensography were done adding polymannuronic acid(0%, 1%, 3%, and 5%) to flour. The gelatinization condition between flour and compositic flour, amylogram was done. The result was that the gelatinization temperature in flour(100%) was $61.0^{\circ}C$, as polymannuronic acid rate was increased by 1%, 3%, 5%, thetemperature was all the same, $63.5^{\circ}C$. The maximum viscocity temperature of flour(100%) was $92.0^{\circ}C$. that of flour added polymannuronic acid (1%) $92.5^{\circ}C$, those of flour added polymannuronic acid (3%, 5%) unchangeable. $\alpha$ -amylase activity degree, maximum viscocity was that flour(100% was 525 BU, flour added polymannuronic acid (1%) 498 B.U, flour added polymannuronic acid (3%) 385B.U, flour added polymannuronic acid (5%) 360 B.U, highly decreased. Farinograph was done, as the additional quantity of polymannuronic acid increase(1%, 3%, 5%), water absorption rate increase much more thin the control. As the additional quantity of polymannuronic acid is added from 1% to 3%, development time of dough was increase, but one added 5% was decreased. In case of extensograph was done, resistance of dough increased but extensibility is decreased, so R/E value increased.

Characteristics of Newly Bred Lentinula edodes Cultivar 'Hwadam' for Sawdust Cultivation (표고 톱밥재배용 신품종 '화담' 육성 및 특성)

  • A new oak mushroom cultivar 'Hwadam' was bred from monokaryotic strains of 'GMLE36062' and 'LE15401'. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth of 'Hwadam' on potato dextrose agar was 25℃. The cultivation period of 'Hwadam' lasted for 129 days until the first harvest of the fruiting bodies, including 35 days for spawn run, 84 days for browning, and 10 days for development of fruiting bodies. The fruiting bodies of 'Hwadam' had a hemispherical, brighter pileus and thicker stipe than the control cultivar (Sanjo 701ho). The three-cycle yield of 'Hwadam' was 554 g, which was higher than that of control cultivar (405 g). In addition, 'Hwadam' contained 79.4 mg/g of beta-glucan and 0.93 mg GAEs/g of phenolic compounds, which was similar to that of the control cultivar but higher than that of 'L808' and 'Chujae 2ho'.

  • Svg(Scalable Vector Graphics) is xml graphic standard recommended by E3C as a language based on xml to express two-dimension graphic. Svg can accommodate all Xml's patency and advantage of interoperability, and can used as various web applications being combined with other xml language. In addition, Svg can be applied to the fields of electronic commerce, geographical information, computer education and advertisement because it can produce high quality of dynamic from real-time data. SVG's application can be enhanced by linking with database. In this paper, we discuss how Svg can be utilized in theater reservation system, not just explaining svg's meaning or ability. Svg added graphic advantage in addition to xml's advantage. This means that svg retains not only graphic element but also xml's softness. It becomes easier to designate seats and add them. Current reservation system provided in general only information on time and price for a ticket, but the system using SVG in this paper provides additional information on position, price, cancellation and purchase availability of seat.

Breeding and cultural characteristics of a newly bred Lentinula edodes strain, 'Bambithyang' (표고 신품종 '밤빛향'의 육성 및 특성)

  • A new cultivar, 'Bambithyang', was bred from monokaryotic strains of Sanbaekhyang and SANJO 707ho using the mono-mono hybridization method. Its incubation period was determined to be 100 days and its optimum temperature for fruit body flushing, 11-20℃. The mushrooms had a convex cap (diameter, 69.6 mm; thickness, 15.2 mm) and stipes in their center. The color of their upper sides was chestnut brown; their gills were arranged in a ripple style and had medium density. Their scales were cream-colored and fully distributed; the stipes were cream-colored and cylindrical (thick upper part). They also had cream colored fluffs and sporadic fruiting bodies. Zone lines were present when they were cultivated with mother and father varieties. Their stipe lengths and caps were 9% shorter and 16.9% thicker, respectively, than those of Sanbaekhyang.

Composition Analysis between Kohlrabi (Brassica oleracea var. gongylodes) and Radish (Raphanus sativus) (무와 비교한 콜라비의 성분분석)

  • The major deterring factor of radish consumption is bitter and pungent tastes caused by glucosinolates. Recently kohlrabi was introduced in Korea and mainly cultivated in Jeju Island during winter. Since the texture and taste of kohlrabi are similar to radish, the kohlrabi is expected to substitute radish. This study was done to compare compositional quality between kohlrabi and radish. The kohlrabi contained less reducing sugars, cellulose and pectin than the radish. The kohlrabi had harder texture than the radish. The total amino acid content in the kohlrabi was 2.7-fold higher than that in the radish. Especially hydrophilic amino acids including aspartate, glutamate and arginine, were about 3-fold higher in the kohlrabi, suggesting that the kohlrabi was more palatable than the radish. The total contents of glucosinolates in the radish in inner and outer section were higher than those in the kohlrabi by 12.4- and 28.5-fold, respectively. In a sensory test, the kohlrabi was evaluated less bitter and pungent than the radish. The kohlrabi contained more glucoraphanin, an anticancer compound, than the radish. Furthermore, the sweetness of the kohlrabi was evaluated higher than that of the radish, though kohlrabi contained less reducing sugars, probably due to high contents of hydrophilic amino acids. In conclusion, the kohlrabi was evaluated as more favorable in taste and contained more functional compounds than the radish, and thus it can be a good replacement vegetable for radish.

Setting the Harvest Period by the Types of Planting of Wild Vegetables (산채류 재배유형별 수확기간 설정)

  • 산채는 사람에 의하여 개량 육성되어 논밭에서 재배하고 있는 농작물과 달리 자연 그대로 산야에서 자생하는 식물 중 식용으로 가능한 것을 말한다. 우리나라 산야에는 480종의 식물이 식용으로 이용될 수 있다고 하나 현재 전국에서 재배하고 있는 작목은 36종으로 추정되며, 앞으로도 80여 종이 개배 가능한 작물로 추정된다. 산채류의 이용형태별 생산가능시기는 3~5월의 생채 생산과 6~7월의 건채 생산으로 소비자의 기호에 부합하는 신선 생채의 소비한계는 제한되어 있기 때문에 재배유형별 생채 수량검정을 통해 수확시기 연장 및 재배품목을 다양화 시킬 필요 있다. 이에 본 시험은 산채류 재배유형별 수확기간을 구명하고자 표고 500 m의 전북 남원시 허브산채시험장에서 2018년 5월 말 갯기름나물 등 15 종을 노지와 하우스에 정식하여 각 작물의 생육특성, 수확한계기 등을 조사하였다. 1년차 지상부 생육특성을 조사한 결과 참취, 개미취, 섬쑥부쟁이, 질경이, 갯기름나물, 두메부추, 돌단풍, 참당귀의 경우 초장, 엽장 등은 노지보다 하우스에서 높은 편이었고 생존율은 비슷하거나 하우스에서 더 높은 경향을 보였다. 우산나물, 단풍취의 생존율은 하우스에서 더 높았으나 생육 초기 엽소현상으로 인해 1년차 생육은 노지, 하우스에서 둘 다 저조하였고 곤달비, 어수리, 곰취, 눈개승마의 경우 노지에서는 7월 중순이후 지상부가 전부 고사하였으나 하우스에서는 생존율이 상대적으로 양호하여 11월 상순까지 후기 생육을 하였다. 2년차 산채류 출현기 조사한 결과 하우스 재배에서 산마늘이 2월 중순으로 가장 빨랐고 갯기름나물, 곤달비 등 10종이 2월 하순에 출현하였으며 참당귀 3월 상순, 단풍취 및 우산나물 3월 중순, 돌단풍이 가장 늦은 3월 하순에 출연하였다. 생체수확 시기는 갯기름나물, 눈개승마, 산마늘, 두메부추, 섬쑥부쟁이는 3월 중순부터 가능했고 곤달비 등 12개종은 3월 하순, 우산나물은 4월 상순, 돌단풍은 4월 중순으로 가장 늦게 생체수확이 가능했다. 노지 재배의 경우 산마늘과 눈개승마가 3월 중순으로 가장 빨랐고 갯기름나물 등 10종이 3월 하순에 출현하였으며 돌단풍, 참당귀, 단풍취가 4월 상순으로 가장 늦은 출연을 보였다. 생체수확 시기는 눈개승마와 산마늘이 4월 상순으로 가장 빨랐으며 갯기름나물 등 10종이 4월 중순부터 가능했고 돌단풍, 참당귀, 단풍취가 4월 하순으로 가장 늦었다. 수확한계기 조사 결과 눈개승마, 산마늘, 우산나물은 하우스 및 노지재배에서 20일정도로 가장 짧았으며 그 외 작물들은 계속적으로 수확이 가능하였으나 6월 상순 이후에는 품질이 나빠져 생체상품으로서 가치가 없었다.

  • Humans have been breeding the mulberry silkworm for the long period of time to obtain silk fabric and nutrient-rich pupae. Currently, silkworm larvae, pupae, and silk-Fibroin hydrolysates are registered as food raw materials, while silkworm feces and Bombyx batryticatus are registered as Korean traditional medicines. Among sericulture products, individually recognized health functional food ingredients include silk-protein acid-hydrolysates for immunity enhancement, Fibroin-hydrolysates for memory improvement, and freeze-dried 5th instar and 3rd-day-silkworm powder for lowering-blood sugar. Recently, HongJam produced by steaming and freeze-drying mature silkworms were reported to have various health-promoting effects such as preventing the onset of Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, enhancing gastro-intestinal functions, improving skin-whitening and hair growth, and extending healthspan. By consuming silkworm products with various health-promoting effects, it is possible to increase the healthspan of human beings, thereby reducing personal and national medical expenses, resulting in increasing the individual's happiness.

Effect of Frost Injury in Harvest Season and Temperature Condition of Orchard on Storage Characteristics of Persimmon (Diospyros kaki 'Fuyu') Fruit (단감 '부유' 과실의 저장특성에 미치는 수확기 동상해 및 과수원 온도조건의 영향)

  • We analyzed the effect of planting site (elevation: high, middle, low) and temperature condition of orchard on the frost injury occurrence and storage characteristics of persimmon (Diospyros kaki cv. 'Fuyu) fruits under an early fall frost at two orchards, Changwon (A) and Changnyeong (B), Gyeongsangnam-do Korea. Also, the fruits picked at Nov. 5 and Nov. 20 were MA stored to investigate the quality and chilling injury of fruits. On 2-way factor analysis, both planting elevation and orchard factor had not a significant effect on fruit characteristics (weight, firmness, soluble solid), while planting elevation factor did on the skin color (hunter 'a')(p<0.05). A fruit skin coloration at orchard A was faster than that at orchard B. At low elevation of orchard B, 2% fruits were frost injured at harvest season. On LDPE film MA storage with the fruits harvested at Nov. 5 and Nov. 20, the fruits at orchard A had higher fruit firmness than those of orchard B during storage. In addition, the 73% (orchard A) and 85%(orchard B) fruits harvested at Nov. 5 showed no chilling injury 80 days after storage. However, At harvest of Nov, 20 (after incidence of frost), only the 14% fruits of orchard B had no the chilling disorder 80 days after storage, even though 76% fruits at orchard A did.

Analysis of the Hydrological Components of the Chatancheon Catchment for the Year 2021 (2021년 차탄천 유역의 수문성분 분석)

  • 환경부 홍수통제소의 경우는 전국단위의 강수량(지상, 레이더), 하천수위, 유사량 관측과 국부적으로 증발산량과 토양수분 관측이 이루어지고 있는 상황이며, 기상청 및 다른 공공기관도 각 목적에 맞게 수문기상관측이 이루어지나 유역(또는 지역) 단위의 물순환 과정(강우량, 유출량, 증발산량, 지하수함양량, 토양수분량 등 포함)을 규명하는 조사·연구는 매우 미비한 실정이다. 개별적인 물순환 성분별 수문조사에서 벗어난 전체적인 관점을 고려한 유역단위의 물순환 과정을 규명하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 즉 물순환 성분별 명확한 수문량 산정 결과는 수자원 개발과 물환경 보전에 중요한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 물순환 성분별 명확한 분석을 위해서는 중·소규모 유역 단위를 대상으로 지속적이고 신뢰성 있는 자료의 획득과 축적이 중요하므로 중·소규모 유역 단위의 대표성 있는 시험유역의 운영은 매우 의미가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국건설기술연구원에서 운영하는 차탄천 유역(보막교 수위관측소 기준, 유역면적 88.17km2, 유로연장 18.69km, 유로경사 1.62%, 경기도 연천군 소재)의 2021년 수문관측자료를 이용하여 지표수 물순환 성분인 강우량, 하천유출량, 증발산량의 자료를 산정하였다. 기본 관측자료인 강우량은 각 지점강우량의 관측자료의 비교·검토 등 품질관리를 통해 자료를 확정하고 유역평균강우량을 산정하였다. 하천수위는 기준수위표와의 검토를 통해 자료를 확정하였으며, 하천유출량은 기존 유량측정성과와 단면검토를 통해 수위-유량관계곡선식을 개발하고, 확정된 수위자료를 적용하여 산정하였다. 그리고 증발산량은 유역내의 기상관측자료와 유역인근 3개 관측소(동두천, 파주, 철원)의 기상자료를 이용하여 잠재증발산량을 산정하여 추정한 값이다. 각 물순환 성분별로 생성된 2021년의 차탄천 유역(보막교 수위관측소 기준)의 총강우량은 1,149.8mm이며, 하천유출량은 701.2mm(총강우량 대비 61.0%), 실제증발산량(잠재증발산량 추정값)은 381.3mm(33.2%)이며, 그 외는 유역 손실량이다. 이와 같이 산정된 물순환 성분별 자료는 유역의 물순환 과정 규명을 위한 기초자료로 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있으며, 유역 물관리를 위한 의사결정 과정에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
