Online Shopping: Satisfaction of Return Services and Return Reasons According to Types of Fashion Shopping Malls (패션 온라인 쇼핑몰에 따른 반품이유와 반품물류서비스 만족도)

  • Recently, as the fashion e-commerce market has expanded, the proportion of online shops that are growing rapidly has increased and with them so too has competition. Most retailers operating online shops need their own competitiveness, and accordingly, the need to develop their logistics service quality components is increasing. This study investigated the quality of the logistics services, which is a factor of the logistics service quality of the internet shop. It influences customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by collecting samples from the customers using online fashion shops. Two hundred customers who shop online were surveyed to extract the data. The sample was subjected to basic statistical analysis using the SPSS 25.0 package, and factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation analysis were performed. The results of this study showed that the information quality of proactive return, promptness of the return process, and reliability of the return cost had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and it had a significant influence on the customer's repurchase intention to the online store. A selection of shops showed high amounts of return reasons, high customer satisfaction, and high repurchase, whereas, in general, many others scored poorly across these criteria. This suggests that a retailer operating online should consider pages for receiving information plus sales content in addition to the quality and constituent factors of its logistics services for returns that influence repurchase and satisfaction.

Quality Evaluation of Fresh-Cut Products in the Market (시중 판매중인 Fresh-Cut 채소 제품의 품질평가)

  • Most fresh-cut agri-food products are less stable than unprocessed materials from which they are made. The objective of this study was the development of a quality control system for fresh-cut agri-food products. In this study, vitamin C, minerals, residual heavy metals, and pesticides of various fresh-cut agri-food products were analysed. Sensory evaluation revealed that overall acceptability scores were less than expected in most products since fresh-cut products are likely to cause browning and easily lose their freshness. Therefore, the postharvest technologies that can maintain the quality, freshness and appearance must be supplied. Although vitamin C and minerals are main nutrients that can be supplied from salads, the results showed that vitamin C and mineral contents were very small and extremely small compared with the values from the food composition tables. It is possible that vitamin C and most minerals that are easily destroyed were lost through minimal processes like peeling and cutting. In safety side, the remaining heavy metal contents of fresh-cut agri-food were investigated and the results showed that copper and lead existed in some products because only cadmium in agricultural produce is controlled by the minimum standard of heavy metal contents in Korea. No residual pesticides were detected in all products.

Effects of Propolis Addition on Quality Characteristics of Oriental Medicinal Seasoning Pork (Propolis 첨가가 한방양념돼지고기의 품질특성에 미치는 영향)

  • Effects of medicinal herbs and bee propolis on pork quality were assessed using formulae A (control), B (boiling water extraction with propolis), and C (boiling water extraction without propolis). Seasoning sauce was made with medicinal herb, spices, total flavonoid, and soy sauce with/without 0.4% propolis (21.8 mg/g), mixed with pork, and stored at low temperature $(4{\pm}1^{\circ}C)$ for 20 days. In formula B peroxide value and thiobarbituric acid content increased with increasing storage period. Formula B showed highest Volatile Basic Nitrogen (VBN) and lowest microbial counts, followed by formulae C and A, receiving higher scores for taste and fragrance.

Effects of Slope Orientation and Altitude on the Forage Yield and Botanical Composition of Alpine Pasture (고산지대초지의 사향지별 및 표고별 차이에 따른 수량과 식생변화에 관한 연구)

  • A field experiment was conducted during the growing season of 1985 to determine the effects of slope orientation, north and south facing exposures and three different altitudes, 800, 1,000 and 1,200m a.s.1. on the dry matter yield, forage quality and botanical composition of alpine pasture. 1. Total dry matter yield of alpine pasture was influenced by slope orientation and altitude. An average forage yield of both exposures at 1,000m a.s.1. was 9,301kg/ha compared with 10,274kg/ha at 800m a.s.1. and the productivity express in relative percentage decreased by 9.5% per 200m attitudinal increase. 2. An average forage yield of both altitudes, 800 and 1,000m a.s.1. on the south facing exposure was 21.5% higher than that on the north exposure. 3. Crude protein concentration of forage grown on both exposures was lowest at 800m a.s.1. increasing gradually as the altitude increased, but crude fiber concentration decreaced in a manner opposite to that of crude protein. 4. Forage grown on the north facing exposure had a higher concentration of crude protein than that grown on the south facing exposure at the same altitude, but lower concentraion of crude fiber. 5. Orchardgrass and timothy were two main species on both exposures at 800m a.s.1. but timothy was only dominant species at 1,000 and 1,200m a.s.1. and performed well up to 1,200m a.s.1. in alpine area. The economic production limit of orchardgrass would be about 800m a.s.1. in the alpine pasture. 6. No soil property differences were found between the north and south facing exposures as well as three different altitudes in the alpine pasture. It seemed that the previous pasture fertilization of the experimental field completely overshadowed any soil property differences from slope orientation and altitude.

버섯을 이용한 젤리 제조 및 품질특성에 관한 연구

  • 버섯은 특유의 향과 풍미 뿐 아니라 단백질, 다당류, 비타민, 무기질 등을 고루 함유란 저칼로리 영양식품으로서 가치가 높고, 최근에는 생체방어, 항상성 유지, 질병의 회복뿐만 아니라 암, 뇌졸중, 심장병 등의 성인병에 대한 예방과 개선효과가 있는 것으로 알려져 기능성 식품소재로서 활용가치가 높아지고 있다. 그러나 버섯류는 대부분 생체 또는 건조품으로 소비되고 있으며 재배기술이 개선되어 점진적으로 생산량이 증가되나. 수요가 이를 따르지 못해 계절적 공급과잉으로 가격파동이 우려된다. 따라서 출하조절과 버섯 수요를 확대를 위하여 영지, 표고, 눈꽃동충하초 그리고 번데기동충하초를 이용한 버섯젤리의 제조와 제품의 색도, 물성 및 기호도를 조사 비교하였다. 버섯 젤리 제조를 위한 추출액의 적정혼합비율을 선발한 결과, 영지버섯 젤리는 버섯추출액 85%, 대추추출액 10%, 황기추출액 5%를 혼합했을 때, 표고버섯 젤리는 버섯추출액 80%, 대추추출액 10%, 감초추출액 5%, 오미자추출액 5%를 혼합했을 때, 눈꽃동충하초와 번데기동충하초 젤리는 버섯추출액 85%, 대추추출액 10%, 감초추출액 5%를 혼합했을 때 가장 우수하였다. 젤화제 종류별로 버섯 추출액에 대한 응고 효과는 모든 버섯에 대해 carrageenan이 가장 효과적이었다. 버섯 젤리의 색도는 carrageenan 첨가량에 따라 큰 차이가 없었고, hardness, gumminess, chewiness는 증가하는 경향이었다. 관능은 젤화가 완전히 이루어지면서 hardness가 낮은 carrageenan 0.6% 첨가가 가장 우수하였다.

On the Development of Monosyllable Lists for Articulation Tests (명료도 평가용 단음절 목록의 개발)

  • In this study we developed monosyllable lists for articulation test for Korean. We sampled 103, 581 colloquial monosyllables, applied them to five selection rules that based on Korean linguistic characterisitcs, and finally constructed five different lists with fifity monosyllables. The validity test using the monaural impairment factors such as S/N ratio and cut-off frequency showed that articulation scores were changed systematically according to the level of impairment factors. In addition, we investigated the effect of azimuth of a single competing sound source upon articulation scores. The syllables were always reproduced by the loudspeaker in front of the subject, while Hoth noise( -5dB/oct) were reproduced by the loudspeaker with varying azimuth around subject. The result indicated that the articulation depended on the azimuth of competing sound sources and no significant differences among lists were found in all experimental conditions.

  • 방송 산업은 종래 아날로그 TV에서 최근 디지털 TV로의 급격한 전환이 이루어지고 있으나, 디지털 방송의 도입에 부응하는 국내 방송 장비의 수급은 수요에 비해 크게 떨어지고 있다. 특히, 미국, 일본 등의 선진국의 TV는 이미 디지털화 하거나 2011년 전환 예정으로 있으며, 전 세계적으로는 디지털 전환에 맞물려 방송장비 시장이 2015년 810억 달러를 상회하는 등 큰 규모로 확대가 예상되나 국내 방송장비 산업체는 방송사의 수요 독점과 영세성 등으로 열악한 실정이다. 이에 방송장비 산업의 취약성 극복을 위하여 대규모 예산을 투입할 예정이나 보다 효율적이고 경쟁력 있는 산업 육성이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 논문은 방송장비 산업 활성화 방안으로 철저한 수요조사에 따른 경쟁력 있는 개발 대상 장비 선정, 지원 체계의 일원화, 해외 시장 진출시 요구되는 인중 비용 지원, 국내 장비의 고품질화 실현을 위한 인력 양성과 홍보 강화 등을 제안한다. 국내 방송장비 산업에 대한 관심과 활성화 지원은 방송 콘텐츠 성장의 굳건한 인프라를 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 향후 방송통신 융합 분야의 리더로 성장하는데 큰 역할을 담당할 것으로 본 연구를 통하여 파악되었다.

  • Changes in internet and network environment make it possible to provide high-quality content services in real time. As demand for digital content is increased, problems related to intellectual property rights are getting more important. Streaming service like video-on-demand solved this problem by preventing content from being saved. But, as the advent of several tools able to save streamed content, the streamed content is not free from these problems any more. So, with security countermeasure like access control, new technologies to control and manage rights for content are needed. One of the solutions is DRM In this paper, we describe a DRM-based streaming service that can send the ASF stream which is the multimedia file format of Microsoft.

  • We develope plasma monitoring system which detect plasma signals and store them for Laser welding quality evaluation and analysis using photo detector. The most fundamental and important aspects in such a system are signal restoration fidelity, noise immunity and noise cancelation capability. In this paper, we propose implementation method using distribute processing structure and hybrid digital communication for high noise cancelation capability, immunity and signal fidelity which are poorly presented in other researches. Lab experimental results and welding experimental results show a effectiveness of proposed method and plasma data is stored with 256 kbps without any communication error. we are implementing various welding defect recognition algorithm in this system.
