에듀테인먼트는 여러 가지 소재와 다양한 기술이 결합된 종합적인 예술이라 할 수 있다. 에듀테인먼트에서 사용하는 시각적인 매체와 청각적인 매체에 대한 선호는 주관적인 성향이 강하므로 소프트웨어 품질을 평가하듯이 어떤 기준에 따라 평가하기 어려운 요인이 있으므로 에듀테인먼트용 품질평가는 지표가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 에듀테인먼트를 평가 지표를 개발하고 중학생들에게 인기가 높은 온라인 에듀테인먼트를 대상으로 개발된 평가 지표를 기준으로 평가하고 이를 분석하였다.

서비스 경제의 확산과 경쟁심화라는 현 시점에서 서비스품질은 조직의 장기적인 핵심 가치로 판단되는 것이 타당하며, 조직은 서비스품질을 확보하여 재무성과를 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 조직의 성과는 유/무형의 재무적 요소로 표현되나 이러한 재무성과의 성공과 실패는 리더십, 전략, 고객만족, 정보와 지식, 인적자원, 프로세스 등의 유기적인 체계에 의해 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 한국표준협회 한국서비스대상의 평가지표를 기본 구조로 하여 평가 지표가 실행과제의 내용을 구성할 수 있도록 지표를 세분화 하고 서비스품질의 개선을 통해 경영성과의 증진을 도모하는 일련의 방법론과 프로그램을 개발한다. 연구의 결과는 기업이 전사적 측면에서 서비스품질 활동을 위한 지표개발로부터 실행계획수립까지의 과정에서 필요한 가이드라인 혹은 실질적인 평가 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

The transmission issues for the scalable video coding extension of H.264/AVC (H.264 SVC) video has been widely studied. In this paper, we propose an objective video-quality assessment metric based on no-reference for H.264 SVC using scalability information. The proposed metric estimate the perceptual video-quality reflecting error conditions with the consideration of the motion vectors, error propagation patterns with the hierarchical prediction structure, quantization parameters, and number of frame which damaged by packet loss. The proposed metric reflects the human perceptual quality of video and we evaluate the performance of proposed metric by using correlation relationship between differential mean opinion score (DMOS) as a subjective quality and proposed one.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the opinion survey data quality used in theses and to suggest the data quality evaluation model. We used 16 items which were suggested by KASR(Korean Association for Survey Research) as a standard of survey data quality evaluation in thesis. According to the result, the data quality used in the theses is very poor level not to be accepted. And we tried difference tests between two proportions in order to find there were significant differences among stochastical variables. The result showed that there were some significant differences in sampling error and number of analyzing method between doctor and master. we suggested a model that was weighted by 9 special items for a survey data quality evaluation in a thesis by observing them from KASR's principles.

최근 데이터의 형태는 점점 다양화되고 증가하고 있기 때문에 데이터의 체계적 분류 및 관리의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 데이터에 대한 품질 평가는 중요한 요소가 된다. 최근 데이터는 기존의 정형화된 데이터보다 비정형 데이터가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 데이터 품질 평가는 정형 데이터에 편중되어 왔다. 따라서 다양한 형태와 의미를 가지고 있는 비정형 데이터는 기존의 평가 기술로는 품질을 측정하기 어렵다. 이와 같은 문제로 본 논문은 텍스트기반의 비정형 데이터에 적용 가능한 영역별 평가 지표를 구축하고, 신문기사와 커뮤니티(질의응답)데이터를 사용하여 각 요소별 품질을 측정하여 그 결과에 대해서 고찰하였다.

An edutainment is a composite which are joining with the serveral matter and the multiplicity of techqniues An Eduainment software use serveral audio and video media. The human have different preference to audio and video media. It is difficult to evaluate quality of an edutainment software than a general software. So, we need an evaluation factors to compare quality of edutainment software. We developed the evaluation factors for edutainment software. And the middle school students used the evaluation factors to evaluate the favorite edutainment softwares among them. We evaluate and analyze the results.

The importance of 'Big Data' is increasing to the point that it is likened to '21st century crude oil'. For smart city IoT data, attention should be paid to quality control as the quality of data is associated with the quality of public services. However, data quality indicators presented through ISO/IEC organizations and domestic/foreign organizations are limited to the 'User' perspective. To complement these limitations, the study derives supplier-centric indicators and their priorities. After deriving 3 categories and 13 indicators of supplier-oriented smart city IoT data quality evaluation indicators, we derived the priority of indicator categories and data quality indicators through AHP analysis and investigated the feasibility of each indicator. The study can contribute to improving sensor data quality by presenting the basic requirements that data should have to individuals or companies performing the task. Furthermore, data quality control can be performed based on indicator priorities to provide improvements in quality control task efficiency.

The purpose of this study was to identify the consumers who use the level of price as the indicator of the product quality and calibrate the price response function with price-dependent quality evaluation. In order to implement the purpose of this study, Home theater market in China had been segmented by the mixture regression model, and price response function was calibrated at segment level. Based on the types of price response function, segments were allocated into one of two groups; the group using the level of price as the quality indicator or the group not using the level of price as that. Then, characteristics of both groups were compared in terms of product attributes and demographic variables.

소프트웨어 어플리케이션들이 점차 다양한 응용분야에서 광범위하게 사용됨에 따라 소프트웨어 품질의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 특히 웹기반 소프트웨어는 전통적 소프트웨어에 비해 보다 높은 품질 수준을 요구하고 보안이 중요시되며 시스템 통합과 유지보수 및 재사용에 대한 품질 요소가 중요시 된다. 웹기반 소프트웨어의 품질을 객관적이고 정량적으로 명세하고 평가하기 위하여, 객관적인 근거를 제시할 수 있는 지표로서 평가 항목들이 정의되어야 한다. 본 논문은 웹기반 소프트웨어의 품질 평가를 위한 모델을 제안하고 평가항목 및 평가방법과 절차를 제시하고자한다.

There has been growing interest in the quality of official statistics based on the administrative records. Such statistics take a large part in the official statistics in Korea, which are distinguished from survey statistics in aspects of data collection process. So we need specific quality management methods appropriate for official statistics based on the administrative records. This paper concerns improvement of the quality of official statistics. We first briefly review some of main issues facing the official statistics based on the administrative records in Korea and then provide quality assessment indicators for improving the quality of official statistics.
