올해 7월 29일부터 성인인증담배자판기 설치를 의무화하는 국민건강증진법이 본격 시행되게 됨에 따라 담배자판기 산업이 시장 활성화의 전기를 맞고 있다. 합법적인 설치환경이 본격 마련되는 만큼 시장에 대한 기대도 크고, 관련업체의 시장선점을 위한 경쟁 역시 뜨거워지고 있다. 이러한 가운데 본 협회에서는 성인인증담배자판기 품목에 대한 KOVA품질인증 마크 제도를 본격 도입한다. 이 마크의 도입은 앞으로 활발하게 필드에 설치될 성인인증담배자판기 품목이 확실한 청소년 금연장치를 갖춘 제품이라는 것을 적극 홍보하고, 소비자들이 안심하고 사용할 수 있는 신뢰성 부여를 위해 실시가 되게 된다. 4월말부터 본격 부착되게 되는 성인인증담배자판기 KOVA 품질인증마크 제도에 대해 자세히 알아보는 시간을 마련했다.

(주)이오시스템이 지난 9월 20일 국방기술품질원 강당에서 진행된 '2012년 1차 DQ마크(Defense Quality) 인증서 수여식'에서 단안경 야간투시경에 대한 품질보증 DQ마크를 획득했다. DQ마크 인증은 방위사업청이 국내 납품 실적에도 불구하고 수출 실적의 부족으로 마케팅에 어려움을 겪고 있는 방산업체를 지원하기 위해 수출 잠재력이 우수한 방산 제품에 DQ마크를 부여해 기술력 및 품질을 정부가 인증하는 제도다. 지난 2012년 1월 2일 'DQ마크 인증제도 운영규정'의 제정에 따라 정식 운영이 시작됐으며, 국방기술품질원이 방위사업청으로부터 국제적인 기준(ISO/IEC 17042)에 따라 DQ마크 인증기관으로 공식 지정받은 바 있다.

The steel structure fabrication plant certification program was enacted as a part of the construction technology management act, article 24-3, to improve the quality of steel construction after the decay falling accident of Seongsu Bridge in 1994. However, the national certification program for structural precast concrete that is a prefabricated construction products produced by casting concrete in plant is not implemented yet. So, to introduce the proper certification system for precast concrete, the quality certification programs of North America, Europe and Japan are surveyed. In North America, the organizations that manage the plant certification programs are PCI, NPCA, CPCI and so on. Sales of precast concrete elements in Europe are governed by the construction products regulation 305/2011. Therefore, CE marking is mandatory from July 2013 for all construction products including precast concrete. In Japan, precast concrete products used in civil engineering are certificated by JIS mark, product certification system and plants for manufacturing precast concrete building elements are audited by Japan Prefabricated Construction Suppliers and Manufacturers Association. Based on these survey studies, in this paper is described an adaptation of precast concrete plant certification to comport with the certification system in Korea.

The Quality Management System is based on a system approach method. The Library and information center analyze the requirement of the customer, and manage to be interactive process so that we reach an information service level which the customer expects. This study accomplished theoretical review of ISO 9000 as International Quality Management System, investigated the trend for change of ISO 9000 certification systems. We reviewed ISO 9000 family which the Library and Information center possible apply and presented the requirement in the library and Information center with the process to need for a Quality Management System certification.

We are the one view which needs new system management around the process serving this. This study accomplished theoretical review of ISO 9000 as International Quality Management System. investigated the trend for change of ISO 9000 certification systems. We analyzed the recognition level of members about the introduction of ISO 9000 quality management systems in the information center. The level up of recognition about ISO 9000 quality management system certification systems was the low in the information center. Hereafter, We grasped the subject of ISO 9000 certification systems which the introduction needs. We reviewed ISO 9000 family which the Library and Information center possible apply and presented the requirement in the library and information center with the process to need for a Quality Management System certification.
