Risk identification based on the government quality assurance activity for military goods is being conducted to determine the risks to be reflected in a government quality assurance plan. On the other hand, current risk evaluation method focuses mainly on the functional requirements of the product specifications, which is a lack of reflection and identification of risks considering the process and the method is determined from a personal opinion, for example experience and know-how, which results in a lack of objectivity. Therefore, a standard of judgment according to quantitative data, which includes the present process control data using the FMEA method is required to improve the objectivity and dependability. This paper proposes useful suggestions for a government quality planning method to apply the results of FMEA to hand grenades.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing relationship quality and L-Loyalty in Location-Based Service (LBS). This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to LBS, relationship quality, and L-Loyalty. The target population of this study is LBS users. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, personalization and perceived value positively influence commitment and perceived risk negatively influence commitment. Second, personalization, ubiquity, and perceived value positively influence satisfaction and perceived risk negatively influence satisfaction. Finally, commitment and satisfaction positively influence L-Loyalty. The results of the study will provide various implications to improve relationship quality and to secure high loyalty customers in LBS.

This study investigates the influence of the attractive dining space on customers' restaurant evaluation, using an experiment research method. It also examines whether the perceived risks in purchasing and the affect intensity moderate the effect of the attractive dining space on the restaurant evaluation. Service quality and purchasing intention are set up as a dependant variable in oilier to figure out the effect of the dining space. The summary of the research result is as follows. First, an attractive dining space induces more positive evaluation of service quality and increases purchasing intention. Second, an attractive dining space has more significant influence on the service quality and the purchasing intention of customers in the purchasing situation of high level of perceived risk than in the purchasing situation of low level of perceived risk. Third, it is shown that personal variable such as affect intensity moderates the effect of an attractive dining space on the service quality perception and the purchasing intention.

소프트웨어 분야의 급격한 발전으로 인해 소프트웨어 품질의 중요성이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 그러나 많은 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트들이 정해진 일정 때문에 충분한 품질관리가 이루어지지 못하고 잠재적인 위험 요소들을 지닌 채 제품화되어 출시되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 위험 요소들은 소프트웨어의 결함으로 잠재하면서 언제든 고장(failure)을 일으킬 수 있는 가능성을 지니고 있다. 소프트웨어 개발 과정에서 발생하는 오류는 초기 단계의 오류일수록 최종 소프트웨어 제품에 미치는 영향이 크므로 초기 단계에 문제점을 점검하는 것이 더욱 중요한 문제일 뿐 아니라 생명주기 전 단계에 걸쳐 각 단계에 적합한 시험 항목을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 고품질의 소프트웨어를 개발하는 최선의 방법이 될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 생명주기 단계 중 분석 단계에 관한 테스트 항목을 개발하여 분석 단계에서 야기될 수 있는 문제점들을 최소화할 수 있는 방안을 마련하였다.

조선산업에서 선박의 건조 과정 중 탑재 공정은 작업자 간의 긴밀한 통신을 필요로 하며 매우 위험한 작업이다. 이러한 작업을 음성 품질이 매우 열악한 무전기나 호접속 지연이 많은 주파수 공용통신(TRS)를 이용하여 통신을 하고 있어 매우 위험하다. 따라서, 이러한 기존 통신방식을 대체하는 IP 기반 그룹통신 시스템과 이에 대한 품질 측정 및 평가가 필요하다. 본고에서는 IP 멀티미디어 시스템의 최초의 서비스인 PoC(PTT over Cellular) 서비스를 기반으로 조선산업에서 통합통신(Unified Communication)을 지향하기 위하여, 강재로 인한 매우 열악한 비가시 거리(NLOS)를 극복하고, 효율적인 통신 서비스를 제공하기 위한 엔터프라이즈 PoC을 기반으로 그룹통신의 품질을 측정하고 평가하였다. WiBro 기반 엔터프라이즈 PoC 서비스는 실제적으로 적용이 가능할 뿐 아니라, 실제의 작업자가 통신할때 지연이 느껴지지 않는 1초 이내의 그룹통신 지연시간에 대해 상기 서비스를 분석하였으며, 이론 상으로는 충분히 제공 가능함을 보이고 있다.

Today's software systems are becoming larger and more complicated, and the risk of accidents and failures have also grown larger. Software failures and accidents in industrial fields such as automobiles, nuclear power plants, railroad industries, etc. may lead to severe damage of property and human life. The safety-related international standards, such as IEC 61508 have been established and applied to industries for decades. The safety life cycle specified in the standards emphasize the activities to develop safety requirements through hazard and risk analysis in the early stage of software development. In this paper, we propose 'Hazard Analysis Process based on STPA using SysML' in order to ensure the safety of software at the early stage of software development. The proposed hazard analysis can be effectively performed minimizing the loss of hazard by using the BDD and the IBD of SysML to define the control structure of a system. The proposed method also improves the specification of the safety constraints(requirement) by using SD. As a result, it is possible to identify the hazard without missing and identify the hazard scenarios in detail, and safety can be sufficiently ensured in the early stage of software development.

The apartment house taking most part of our housing types was facing the limit of consumption from the housing supply-oriented policy in the past of rapid urbanization resulting in being transferred to the housing supply-oriented one. Accordingly the requirement for housing quality by customers is diversified varied, in order to meet this the effective and systematic quality control for preventing the defects from the stage of building is required. In this study for the effective and systematic quality management for defects of apartment house analysis on the frequencies and loss expenses from defective maintenance regarding examples of apartment houses having been moved in within five years recently, and the survey on their dwellers' consciousness were made, and the table for quantified apartment house defective risk.

기술은 기업에 있어서 없어서는 안되는 소중한 무형자산이다. 현대의 기업은 재무적 경쟁요소에서는 비교적 유사한 행태를 보이고 있으며 기업간 차별성이 거의 없다. 하지만 무형적 가치인 기술은 그 기업의 존재의 의미를 부여하는 매우 중요한 요소이다. 많은 기업들이 기술개발에 많은 시간과 비용을 들이고 있으나 그 성공확율은 10%가 채 안되는 실정이므로 신제품개발 실패시 기업에게 적지 않은 타격을 입히게 된다. 특히 중소기업의 경우 개발한 것은 무조건 성공을 시켜야 하는 어려움에 처해 있다. 이런 위험이외에 외생적 경영환경변수로 인하여 더욱 더 기업들은 위기와 위험에 노출되어 있으므로 기업들은 전사적위험관리(ERM)시스템 도입을 통해 기업의 재무건전성, 최적의 투자전략, 현금흐름, 위기로 부터의 관리가 필요하다 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 기술혁신기업에 있어서 전사적위험관리 도입의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.
