Quality of Retailer Education Program and its Effect on Loyalty and Business Performance (교육서비스 품질이 지원 사업 충성도와 경영성과에 미치는 영향 : 사업체 형태를 중심으로)

  • In 2013, the small retailer organized support service, which commenced in 2009, has been expanding its place in the policy by transforming into a small retailer cooperating support service. This support service supports two main sides. One of them is strengthening the financial aspects of the scale by organizing the small retailers in order to make the distribution efficient. The second is improving the management and enhancing the efficiency through visitation education. This research focuses on studying the effects of the visitation education which is one of the two aspects of small retailers support service. Empirical analysis on the effects of the visitation education's quality on the loyalty of support service and business performance was performed in detail by dividing the structure of the companies into chain form and combined form of small retailers. According to the results of the analysis, the visitation education's quality positively affected the support service's loyalty without any restrictions on the structures of the retailers. However in the business performances, the visitation education's quality only showed positive effects on the combined form of small retailers. Therefore, it is implied that in order to continuously receive support program by increasing the loyalty of the retailers, the quality of the visitation education must be increased and the retailer support service need to be considering the structure of the companies in order to improve small retailer's business performance.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of new service methods of "artificial intelligence (AI) + medical cosmetology", a new service means, on customers' purchase intentions. To AI medical beauty APP sales as an empirical study. This paper designed Likert seven scale to investigate, using SPSS 24.0 statistical analysis software and AMOS24.0 structural equation software to analyze the survey data. The analysis method uses reliability analysis, validity analysis, and construct equation model analysis. Through empirical research, the following results can be found, 1. The system quality of AI medical beauty app will have a positive impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. 2. The information quality of AI medical beauty app will have a positive impact on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. 3. The service quality of AI medical beauty app will have a positive impact on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness 4. Consumers' perceived ease of use has a positive impact on perceived usefulness and purchase intention. 5. The usefulness of consumers' notification has a positive effect on purchase intention.

  • This paper studied the improvement of software process of the software firms. Software process infrastructure level of software process is very important. This study provided that software process infrastructure have an significant influence on the process level, process infrastructure management level, and software process performance. The result showed that software process high level is elevated through management activity of organization infrastructure and technical infrastructure. And organization performance is elevated through fit between process level and quality culture of software process. Problem factors of software process infrastructure improvement is lack of process improvement mind, leadership and investment. Therefore software firms must construct process improvement through supporting of process quality mind and investment with process infrastructure improvement.

  • The rapid changes in the industrial environment are providing crises and opportunities for small and medium-sized export enterprises. This study focused on overseas marketing support projects, especially effective consulting support for online marketing, in response to changes in the role of SMEs. Through a survey on companies participating in the online export support project, it was analyzed that both the consultant's competence and service quality had a significant effect on satisfaction, and that satisfaction had a significant effect on corporate performance. Also, satisfaction showed some significant mediating effects. In order to achieve business results, the competence of the consultant and the quality of service must be achieved together. This study presents the criteria for determining substantive factors necessary for the improvement of export support projects, and further studies on capacity-building measures for each factor should be conducted in the future.

  • For the purpose of enhancing performances, many companies have tried to ensure the competitive advantages in ties with organization's strategy by putting effort in designing, developing and practicing the information system. Despite the information oriented small and medium enterprises (SME) being suffered from lack of funds, professional man-power and poor environment, fairly evaluating the level of information system within an organization can be a positive starting point for information oriented SME. Therefore in this study, for the purpose of using the SERVQUAL as a measurement tool provided by information system department under the environment of using information system, we try to free from the marketing oriented service category and develop models that are applicable in the information system environment to check reliability and validity. As a result, it is analyzed that enhancements of SERVQUAL simultaneously improves system and information quality which makes the employees satisfy with their working environments and sequentially affects to the collaborative performance of using information system.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가상강좌의 만족을 설명할 수 있는 정보시스템 적 고려와 수업 적 변수가 동시에 고려된 연구모형을 제안하고 이에 대한 실증적 검증을 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 수강생이 지각하는 가상강좌의 품질은 크게 정보기술에 대한 품질과 수강과목에 대한 품질로 나될 수 있다. 수강과목에 대한 품질은 다시 수업 내용에 대한 컨텐츠의 품질과 온라인 및 오프라인에서 제공되는 인적인 서비스 즉, 해당 교수나 조교수의 서비스 품질로 구분될 수 있고, 정보기술에 대한 품질은 정보기술로서의 가상강좌 사용에 관련된 두 가지 믿음인 사용용이성과 유용성에 의해 측정될 수 있다. 한편 가상강좌에서 제공되는 서비스는 정보기술 사용에 대한 자신감과 학업에 대한 자신감과 밀접한 연관을 갖고 있기 때문에 수강생이 지각하는 가상강좌의 품질은 컴퓨터 자기효능 감 및 학업 적 자기효능 감이 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 즉, 컴퓨터 자기효능 감이 사용용이성 및 유용성에 영향을 주며, 학업 적 자기효능 감은 수업만족에 영향을 미칠 수 있다.
