Analysis of the Hydrological Components of the Seolmacheon Catchment for the Year 2021 (2021년 설마천 유역의 수문성분 분석)

  • 환경부 홍수통제소의 경우는 전국단위의 강수량(지상, 레이더), 하천수위, 유사량 관측과 국부적으로 증발산량과 토양수분 관측이 이루어지고 있는 상황이며, 기상청 및 다른 공공기관도 각 목적에 맞게 수문기상관측이 이루어지나 유역(또는 지역) 단위의 물순환 과정(강우량, 유출량, 증발산량, 지하수함양량, 토양수분량 등 포함)을 규명하는 조사·연구는 매우 미비한 실정이다. 개별적인 물순환 성분별 수문조사에서 벗어난 전체적인 관점을 고려한 유역단위의 물순환 과정을 규명하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 즉 물순환 성분별 명확한 수문량 산정 결과는 수자원 개발과 물환경 보전에 중요한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 물순환 성분별 명확한 분석을 위해서는 중·소규모 유역 단위를 대상으로 지속적이고 신뢰성 있는 자료의 획득과 축적이 중요하므로 중·소규모 유역 단위의 대표성 있는 시험유역의 운영은 매우 의미가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국건설기술연구원에서 운영하는 설마천 유역(전적비교 수위관측소 기준, 유역 면적 8.48km2, 유로연장 5.59km, 유로경사 2.15%, 경기도 파주시 적성면 소재)의 2021년 수문관측자료를 이용하여 지표수 물순환 성분인 강우량, 하천유출량, 증발산량을 산정하였다. 기본 관측자료인 강우량은 각 지점강우량의 관측자료의 비교·검토 등 품질관리를 통해 자료를 확정하고 유역평균강우량을 산정하였다. 하천수위는 기준수위표와의 검토를 통해 자료를 확정하였으며, 하천유출량은 기존의 유량측정성과와 단면검토를 통해 수위-유량관계곡선식을 개발하고, 확정된 수위자료를 적용하여 산정하였다. 그리고 증발산량은 유역인근 2개 관측소(동두천 파주)의 기상관측자료를 이용하여 잠재증발산량을 산정하여 추정한 값이며, 그 외 지하수 함양량은 관측 지하수위자료의 결측으로 산정에서 제외하였다. 각 물순환 성분별로 생성된 2021년의 설마천 유역(전적비교 수위관측소 기준)의 총강우량은 1,103.6mm이며, 하천유출량은 620.1mm(총강우량 대비 56.2%), 실제증발산량(잠재증발산량 추정값)은 443.0mm(40.1%)이며, 그 외는 유역 손실량이다. 이와 같이 산정된 물순환 성분별 자료는 유역의 물순환 과정 규명을 위한 기초자료로 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있으며, 유역 물관리를 위한 의사결정 과정에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

An Evaluation of the Importance of Major Indicators for Measuring the Level of Spatial Informatization in Local Governments (지방정부의 공간정보화 수준 측정을 위한 주요 지표의 중요도 평가)

  • This study diagnoses the maturity level of local government's spatial information policy in the face of the digital transformation period. To this end, by using the stratification (AHP) analysis technique, for the spatial information expert group, the importance evaluation is performed along with the selection of measurement indicators of the level of spatial informatization. First, the current status and indicators in terms of spatial information policies of local governments are studied through theoretical considerations. In addition, by examining previous studies, differentiation from this study is presented. In this study, 3 indicators and 18 detailed items of spatial informatization level evaluation indicators could be selected. As a result of the evaluation, the overall importance ranking for the measurement index was 0.125 (12.5%) for the establishment and utilizations of GIS Systems provided by local governments, 0.109 (10.9%) for the quality management of basic spatial information, 0.107 (10.7%) for the establishment and utilization of its own spatial information. 0.073 (7.3%) for the collaboration and sharing within the institution, 0.071 (7.1%) for the operation of education and support system on spatial information, 0.065 (6.5%) for the securing a dedicated organization and professional human resources, and interest at the institutional level were derived in the order of 0.053 (5.3%). The results of this study are expected to be usefully utilized as basic data to evaluate the level of spatial information policies promoted by local governments. In addition, if the local government's spatial information policy is pursued centering on the major indicators derived from the study, it is expected that efficient policy operation will be possible.

Anura Call Monitoring Data Collection and Quality Management through Citizen Participation (시민참여형 무미목 양서류 음성신호 수집 및 품질관리 방안)

  • Amphibians, sensitive to external environmental changes, serve as bioindicator species for assessing alterations or disturbances in local ecosystems. It is known that one-third of amphibian species within the order Anura are at risk of extinction due to anthropogenic threats such as habitat destruction and fragmentation caused by urbanization. To develop effective protection and conservation strategies for anuran amphibians, species surveys that account for population characteristics are essential. This study aimed to investigate the potential for citizen participation in ecological monitoring using the mating calls of anura species. We also proposed suitable quality control measures to mitigate errors and biases, ensuring the extraction of reliable species occurrence data. The Citizen Science project was carried out nationwide from April 1 to August 31, 2022, targeting 12 species of anura amphibians in Korea. Citizens voluntarily participated in voice signal monitoring, where they listened to anura species' mating calls and recorded them using a mobile application. Additionally, we established a quality control process to extract reliable species occurrence data, categorizing errors and biases from citizen-collected data into three levels: omission, commission, and incorrect identification. A total of 6,808 observations were collected during the citizen participation in anura species vocalization monitoring. Through the quality control process, errors and biases were identified in 1,944 (28.55%) of the 6,808 data. The most common type of error was omission, accounting for 922 cases (47.43%), followed by incorrect identification with 540 cases (27.78%), and commission with 482 cases (24.79%). During the Citizen Science project, we successfully recorded the mating calls of 10 out of the 12 anuran amphibian species in Korea, excluding the Asian toads (Bufo gargarizans Cantor), Korean brown frog (Rana coreana). Difficulties in collecting mating calls were primarily attributed to challenges in observing due to population decline or discrepancies between the breeding season of non-emergent individuals and the timing of the citizen science project. This study represents the first investigation of distribution status and species emergence data collection through mating calls of anura species in Korea based on citizen participation. It can serve as a foundation for designing future bioacoustic monitoring that incorporates citizen science and quality control measures for citizen science data.

  • Road Traffic Authority and National Police Agency is currently managing the "development of an integrated metropolitan traffic information infrastructure" that installs of facilities for a traffic information infrastructures, such as Local Traffic Information Center, UTIS(Urban Traffic Information System), CCTV, VMS and etc. CTIC was established in 2005 to act as an traffic information hub and to provide integrated UTIS traffic information without regional barriers. This study was carried out to seek for solution to improve quality of UTIS traffic information service for the Central Traffic Information Center(CTIC). In this study, the Evaluation index for UTIS traffic information service was developed and the implementation plan was established by using requirement analysis method, case study and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique. The Evaluation index consist of 5 fields and 20 index, it make possible evaluation of direct/indirect effect for UTIS traffic information service. In conclusion, It is expected that quality of UTIS traffic information service will be improved by using developed evaluation index and also can be applied for performance evaluation of other traffic information systems.

  • Moutain side ditch is constructed at the top of cutting slopes around road and it drains the surface water that flowed from upper part. About 70% of a country is composed of mountains so occurrence of cutting face by road general observation is necessary. Instability of cutting face is increased by permeation of underground water by rainfall the summer, pore water pressure increases. However, moutain side ditch is constructed on the top of cutting slopes has some troubles. For example, difficulty of qualify control and lack of drainage faculty. Therefore, stability variation of cutting slope is analyzed by hydraulic conductivity and construction depth of mountain side ditch and effective depth of mountain side ditch is decided in this paper.

  • 최근 빅데이터에 관련된 연구에 있어 데이터의 품질관리에 대한 논의가 꾸준히 이뤄져 오고 있다. 특히 이미지 처리 및 분석에 활용되어온 딥러닝 기술의 경우, 분류 작업 및 패턴인식 등으로부터 데이터의 특징을 추출함으로써 비지도학습(Unsupervised Learning)을 가능하게 한다는 장점이 있음에도 불구하고 빅데이터를 다루는 과정에 있어 용량, 다양성, 속도 및 신뢰성 측면에서의 한계가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 CCTV 영상을 활용한 강수량 산정 모델 개발에 있어 예측 정확도 향상 및 성능 개선을 도모할 수 있는 데이터 전처리 방법을 제안하였다. 서울 근린 AWS 4개소 지역(김포장기, 하남덕풍, 강동, 성남) 및 중앙대학교 지점 내 CCTV를 설치한 후, 최대 9개월의 영상을 확보하여 강수량 산정을 위한 딥러닝 모델을 개발하였다. 배경분리, 조도조정, 영역설정, 데이터증진, 이상데이터 분류 등이 가능한 알고리즘을 개발함으로써 데이터셋 자체에 대한 전처리 작업을 수행한 후, 이에 대한 결과를 기존 관측자료와 비교·분석하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 전처리 방법들을 적용한 결과, 강수량 산정 모델의 예측 정확도를 평가하는 지표로 선정한 평균 제곱근 편차(Root Mean Square Error; RMSE)가 약 30% 감소함을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과로부터 CCTV 영상 데이터를 활용한 강수량 산정의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었으며 특히, 딥러닝 모델 개발시 필요한 적정 전처리 방법들에 대한 기준을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The Effect of Customer Value on Online Shopping Mall: The Moderating Role of Trust (온라인 쇼핑몰환경에서 고객가치가 로열티에 미치는 영향: 신뢰의 매개영향을 중심으로)

  • Companies consider customers as an equity, which is expected to increase customer loyalty. However, customer loyalty does not linearly increase in real world by the customer equity always. This research investigates a mediating variable which influence the relationship between customer equity drivers and customer loyalty. We focus on customer value as a customer equity driver which is the most basic factor among customer equity drivers. We examine that online trust as a mediator between the customer value and customer loyalty in on online shopping mall context. Customer value consists of perceived convenience, quality, and price. Findings indicate that online trust mediates the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty. Especially, online trust perfectly mediates the perceived convenience and the perceived quality. The perceived convenience influences online trust most significantly and perceived quality and perceived price are following in the order of strength. Our results implicate that online trust is an important mediator of the relationship between customer equity and customer loyalty in online shopping mall context and need to be managed as a customer relationship management index to increase customer loyalty. In addition, perceived convenience is the most important factor to increase online trust in matured online market.

  • As cloud computing and the Internet of things are getting popular, the number of devices in the Internet of things computing environments is increasing. In addition, there exist various Internet-based applications, such as home automation and healthcare. In turn, existing studies explored the quality of service, such as downtime and reliability of tasks for Internet of things applications. To enhance the quality of service of Internet of things applications, cloud-fog computing (combining cloud computing and edge computing) can be used for offloading burdens from the central cloud server to edge servers. However, when devices inherit the mobility property, continuity and the quality of service of Internet of things applications can be reduced. In this paper, we propose a resource management scheme based on live migrations for mobility support in edge-based fog computing environments. The proposed resource management algorithm is based on the mobility direction and pace to predict the expected position, and migrates tasks to the target edge server. The performance results show that our proposed resource management algorithm improves the reliability of tasks and reduces downtime of services.

  • Recently, numerous government institutions and information service organizations have shown interests in employing ISO 9001 Quality Management System(QMS) to increase their organizational performances. However, due to the gap between the system requirements and the process oriented goals in reality, they have not been able to merit from the ISO 9001 QMS. So, Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information(KISTI) has been designed a process oriented system by incorporating the process analysis results into the existing ISO 9001 system requirements for enhancing organizational competitiveness and promoting productivity through a process standardization. As a result, KISTI has been ISO 9001:2000 certificate in November 11, 2003. And we obtain a improvement of customer satisfaction and efficiency of work, reduction of work processing time using KQMS.

Assessment for the Utility of Treatment Plan QA System according to Dosimetric Leaf Gap in Multileaf Collimator (다엽콜리메이터의 선량학적엽간격에 따른 치료계획 정도관리시스템의 효용성 평가)

  • For evaluating the treatment planning accurately, the quality assurance for treatment planning is recommended when patients were treated with IMRT which is complex and delicate. To realize this purpose, treatment plan quality assurance software can be used to verify the delivered dose accurately before and after of treatment. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accuracy of treatment plan quality assurance software for each IMRT plan according to MLC DLG (dosimetric leaf gap). Novalis Tx with a built-in HD120 MLC was used in this study to acquire the MLC dynalog file be imported in MobiusFx. To establish IMRT plan, Eclipse RTP system was used and target and organ structures (multi-target, mock prostate, mock head/neck, C-shape case) were contoured in I'mRT phantom. To verify the difference of dose distribution according to DLG, MLC dynalog files were imported to MobiusFx software and changed the DLG (0.5, 0.7, 1.0, 1.3, 1.6 mm) values in MobiusFx. For evaluation dose, dose distribution was evaluated by using 3D gamma index for the gamma criteria 3% and distance to agreement 3 mm, and the point dose was acquired by using the CC13 ionization chamber in isocenter of I'mRT phantom. In the result for point dose, the mock head/neck and multi-target had difference about 4% and 3% in DLG 0.5 and 0.7 mm respectively, and the other DLGs had difference less than 3%. The gamma index passing-rate of mock head/neck were below 81% for PTV and cord, and multi-target were below 30% for center and superior target in DLGs 0.5, 0.7 mm, however, inferior target of multi-target case and parotid of mock head/neck case had 100.0% passing rate in all DLGs. The point dose of mock prostate showed difference below 3.0% in all DLGs, however, the passing rate of PTV were below 95% in 0.5, 0.7 mm DLGs, and the other DLGs were above 98%. The rectum and bladder had 100.0% passing rate in all DLGs. As the difference of point dose in C-shape were 3~9% except for 1.3 mm DLG, the passing rate of PTV in 1.0 1.3 mm were 96.7, 93.0% respectively. However, passing rate of the other DLGs were below 86% and core was 100.0% passing rate in all DLGs. In this study, we verified that the accuracy of treatment planning QA system can be affected by DLG values. For precise quality assurance for treatment technique using the MLC motion like IMRT and VMAT, we should use appropriate DLG value in linear accelerator and RTP system.
