This paper proposed risk management approach as a self-audit framework to achieve the goals which might be common among the records management organizations in Korea governmental and public area. After introducing the history and the concept and process of risk management approach and examining DRAMBORA's framework, the processes and the methods of risk management for the electronic records which are customized from DRAMBORA are explained in details: How to define the business context of organizations, how to determine the business functions and activities and related risks, how to assess the level or severity of each risks and some considerations related to risk assessment. As a result, this paper shows that application of DRAMBORA's framework to the electronic records management organizatioins is not only possible but also useful and effective. The critical point for the success of application for DRAMBORA's framwork or the risk management approach itself each organizations which wants to accept that framework should define its own business functions and activities and the goals in respect areas.

Since assembled temporary equipment is widely used for construction work that should be carried out before this construction begins, it is essential to secure quality during assembly and prevent safety accidents caused by assembled temporary equipment after installation. However, it was investigated that most construction site managers are not aware of its importance, such as recognizing the quality management of assembled temporary equipment as a task of managing temporary structures that are dismantled after installation for this construction. The quality management work of assembled temporary equipment at the construction site is carried out in different ways for each construction site because there is no formalized procedure and the subject of performing. In addition, it is analyzed that the manager of the general construction company inspects and reflects the parts that need to be inspected without evidence, so transparency is not guaranteed and the result leads to a serious disaster. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to establish a document preparation-oriented system that provides systematic quality evaluation and management procedures for securing the quality of assembled temporary equipment, develops a checklist for quality evaluation and management, and supports history management on the web.

수익성 높은 브로일러 사육을 위해서 체계적으로 문제해결을 모색하는 것은 매우 중요합니다. 그 과정에서 입수된 자료나 정보는 그 회사 또는 농장의 품질관리, 문제예방 및 사양관리 프로그램에 활용되어야 합니다. 계열화된 회사나 생산자 협회 또는 기타기관이나 기술지도 요원들에 의한 각종 세미나는 생산자들에게 브로일러산업에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점과 문제예방책에 대하여 교육하는데 큰 도움이 됩니다. 일반적으로 문제가 한번 발견되면 어떤 조치를 취하기에는 너무 늦습니다. 브로일러의 사양과 관리에 있어서 급이기와 사료 빈을 청결하게 유지해야 한다는 것을 항상 기억하십시오. 그밖에도 곰팡이 핀 사료를 먹이지 말고 급이기에는 적당한 수준사료를 유지하십시오 (이따금씩 닭들이 급이기 내의 사료를 다 먹어 치울 수 있도록 하십시오). 급이기의 적당한 공간을 제공해야 되며 여름철에는 사료를 조금씩 자주 입고하도록 하십시요. 사료원료의 품질을 철저히 점검하는 것은 품질관리 프로그램의 중요한 측면이며 문제발생을 상당히 줄일 수 있습니다. 이렇게 함으로써 보다 수익성 높은 브로일러 사육으로 향하는 문은 열려질 것입니다.

한국데이터베이스진흥센터는‘지식정보자원관리사업’을 통해 구축된 지식정보 DB의 품질을 점검해 보기 위해, 2005년도 1월부 터 매월 1종의 DB를 선정해 품질을 평가하고, 그 결과를‘DB 서비스 평가’기획 시리즈로 연재하고 있다. 이번 달에는 그 두 번째로 문화재청에서 운영하고 있는「국가문화유산종합정보서비스(www.heritage.go.kr)」를 대상으로 평가를 실시했다.

Strarting with Buyeong Apartment in Dongtan-2 disrict in 2017, collective complaints of residents are frequently occurring due to low quality problem such as improper construction and defects of apartment houses. Because of this, the Ministry of Land and Transport is preparing a comprehensive improvement scheme to improve the quality of Apartment Housing(AH), taking into account the continuing complaints from the residents of AH and the problem raised by the National Assembly. The basic profile of the improvement scheme is induce the tenants and experts to discover and point out defects that are repaired until the date of use inspection or due date. For this purpose, we suggested this defects management system linkaged by the preliminary inspection and quality inspection system for prospective occupants. In this context, this paper aims to suggest an effective likage method between the preliminary inspection of prospective residents and the quality inspection system implemented by local governments as an ordinance.

This study developed a model to evaluate the quality management system of a medical device manufacturing company, and applied it to medical device manufacturers to understand the impact on business performance in response to international regulations and industry's change. This study prepared preliminary items, defined four (4) major factors (Plan-Do-Check-Act) that consist of the evaluation layers and items per category according to prior research review and expert interview, and calculated the weight and importance using AHP. The study results showed that responsibility & authority and quality objective in Planning Category, product-related requirement and R&D in Doing Category, Measuring and monitoring in Check Category, and review of meeting Regulatory and regulation in Action Category are relatively more important factors. The evaluation model developed based on the calculated weight and importance to business performance was applied to medical device manufacturers to investigate and analyze the implementation level of QMS and its impact on business performance according to each category. Most medical device manufacturers to be studied showed a reasonable level of QMS and effective business performance. Almost all the evaluation layers and items in the four (4) factors had a significant influence on business performance. Although the medical device quality management system is aimed mainly at license acquisition, it is important that management environment factors not related directly to licensing and authorization are important to business performance, and it is effective when these factors are integrated and operated within and outside the manufacturer.

For successful waterproofing construction, it is very important to secure construction quality as well as material performance of waterproofing materials used in construction. Due to the long-term cost reduction policy following the economic downturn in the construction market, most construction companies are using general low-priced waterproof materials rather than high-quality waterproof materials without clear quality control standards. Without clear education on construction, construction is being carried out with meaning only on construction activities. In addition, the waterproofing method applied in combination is a situation where water leakage occurs due to waterproofing failure due to insufficient construction quality because the construction method is complicated. Therefore, it is necessary to review the quality control measures(design, materials, construction) for successful waterproofing work and improve problems that are derived so that stable waterproofing work can be done. In order to expect the leakage prevention effect of a building, first, it is required to select appropriate materials for each part of the building and environment in the design stage, and the selected materials must satisfy all items of the Korean Industrial Standard(KS). Second, to secure the quality of waterproofing construction, sincere construction by workers is required. In this paper, we tried to describe "review of waterproof design", "constructor education", "site inspection", and "criticism(correction/supplementation)" as quality control measures after material selection.

본 연구는 VGGNet을 사용하여 광섬유 복합가공 지선 설비의 양/불량 판별을 수행한다. 광섬유 복합가공 지선이란, 전력선의 보호 및 전력 시설 간 통신을 담당하는 중요 설비로 고장 발생 전, 결함의 조기 발견 및 유지 관리가 중요하다. 현재 한국전력공사에서는 드론에서 촬영된 영상을 점검원이 이상 여부를 점검하는 방식이 주로 사용되고 있으나 이는 점검원의 숙련도, 경험에 따른 정확성 및 비용과 시간 측면에서 한계를 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 드론에서 촬영된 영상으로 VGGNet 기반의 양/불량 판정을 수행했다. 그 결과, 정확도 약 95.15%, 정밀도 약 96%, 재현율 약 95%, f1 score 약 95%의 성능을 확인하였다. 결과 확인 방법으로는 설명 가능한 인공지능(XAI) 알고리즘 중 하나인 Grad-CAM을 적용하였다. 이러한 광섬유 복합가공 지선 설비의 양/불량 판별은 점검원의 단순 작업에 대한 비용 및 점검 시간을 줄이며, 부가가치가 높은 업무에 집중할 수 있게 해준다. 또한, 고장 결함 발견에 있어서 객관적인 점검을 수행하기 때문에 일정한 점검 품질을 유지한다는 점에서 적용 가치가 있다.

For the quality management of software developed in Marine digital AtoN Information management and service system development project, an international standard-based quality process and a project management system-based communication and information sharing system were established. In addition, high-quality software development is achieved by monitoring the status of project output creation and supporting software quality inspection and verification.
