The time to market and productivity of embedded system needs a quality measurement process management of embedded software. But, defect management without preemptive analysis or prediction is not useful for quality measurement process management. This subject is focused on the defect that is one of the most important attributes of software measure in the process. Defining of defect attribute and quality measurement process management is according to understanding of embedded sw characteristics and defect data. So, this study contributes to propose the good method of the quantitative based on defect management in the test phase of sw lifecycle.

In this study, The matrix method was used with common category concept according to the construction project control system. For the purpose of systematic resource management planning, it should be established on accomplished EVM data for clearing the ordering point according to the attribute procurement analysis. Resource management was presented by connecting the material requirement calculation method and the attribute of procurement method based on the EVM, suggested through analyzing process-data modeling using integrated schedule, cost and material.

Evaluation of traffic data quality is a backbone of better traffic information and management systems because it directly affects the reliability of traffic information. This study developed an integrated index for evaluating the quality of archived intelligent transportation systems (ITS) data. Two novel indices including spatio-temporal consistency and severity of missing data were devised and integrated with existing indices such as availability and completeness. An evaluation framework was proposed based on the developed integrated index. Both analytical hierarchical analysis (AHP) technique and entropy method were adopted to derive mixed weighting values to be used for the integrated index. It is expected that the proposed methodology would be effectively used in enhancing the quality of traffic data as a part of traffic information system.

최근 통신서비스는 유무선환경이 융 복합되어지고, 통신의 주체도 기존의 전화, 휴대전화, PC에서 센서를 이용한 사물통신까지 다양해지고 있다. 이러한 통신환경의 변화는 수년간 논의되어온 유비쿼터스서비스(Ubiquitous Service, U-Service)로 발전되어지는 것이라 할 수 있다. 기존의 통신 서비스의 경우에는 회선의 대역폭이나 손실률, 지연율 등이 통신서비스의 품질을 크게 좌우했지만, 통신환경이 복잡해지면서 통신서비스의 품질을 좌우하는 요소 또한 다양해지고 있다. 특히 U-Service에서는 기존과는 다른 통신환경을 가지고 있는 센서와 센서를 위한 센터 네트워크가 한 부분으로 포함되면서 통신서비스의 품질을 관리하는 것은 상당히 어려워지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 U-Service에서의 품질에 관한 기존의 연구와 통신서비스에서의 품질에 관한 연구를 분석하고, U-Service에서의 품질에 대한 정의 및 품질 관리방안에 대해서 제안한다.

지난 8월 축산물위해요소중점관리기준원장(이하 기준원)에 조규담 전 농산물품질관리원장이 선임되었다. 기준원은 "Farm to the table"을 기치로 소비자들에게 안전한 축산물을 전달하기 위해 사료공장을 시작으로 공장에 이르기까지 HACCP를 적용시키며 국내 축산물 위생 및 안전수준 향상시켜 축산업의 위상을 높여 왔다. 본고는 34년 공직생활을 통해 쌓아온 경험과 역량, 신념을 바탕으로 기준원을 최고의 기관으로 만들기 위해 힘쓰고 있는 조규담 신임 원장을 만나 향후 계획을 들어보았다.

4-4 품질관리 품질관리에는 세가지의 중요한 스텝이 있다. 첫째는 소요자재의 관리, 두째는 공장에서 조립할때의 관리, 세째는 출고관리이다. 특수 파괴설계방법론을 이 모든 과정들에 적용시켜야 할 것이다. 4-4-1 수입자재의 품질 자재들을 매입 혹은 수입할 경우에 검사하여야 할 여러가지 가 있다. 1 재료를 매입할 때 성질들이 얼마나 균일한가\ulcorner 2 최소 인성치는 얼마로 보증되어 있는가\ulcorner 3 재료들을 선별하여 거절하느나, 수락하느냐를 결정하기 위하여 어떠한 비파괴 검사법을 사용하느나\ulcorner 수입재료들에 대해서 파괴측정 시험을 해보면 실험방법이나 재료종류들에 관련되어서 실험데이타들에 전형적인 산포현상이 나타나게 마련이다. 예를들어보면 항복응력이 1400Mpa인 퀘칭하여 켐퍼링한 강의 공칭 파괴인성치는 $_{4}$는 90Mpa .root. m 일 수도 있고 60Mpa .root. m일 수도 있다. 아래 그림에 이 현상을 예시하였다. 파괴문제가 중요시 되는 부품에 대해서는 특수하게 파괴인성치를 규정하여 재료를 구입하여야 한다.

Additional information suggests a systematic classification scheme and method of operation. In this study, we propose additional information at the requirements analysis stage for defect management.

Today, Educational serious games are occupying a large portion of the serious game market but there is a lack of the quality evaluation systems for providing useful quality evaluation information about educational serious game to user or developer. Although the existing metadata management system for serious game is developed, the system had not provided a function to manage the quality evaluation information for educational serious game. Therefor the development of quality evaluation management system of educational serious game is a very important challenge. We proposed design of the system for managing a metadata and a quality evaluation for educational serious game. The advantage of our system is that the system provide a lot of reliable useful information for general users and developers, and support an easy and convenient tool to manage the metadata and quality information to managers.

Companies consider customers as an equity, which is expected to increase customer loyalty. However, customer loyalty does not linearly increase in real world by the customer equity always. This research investigates a mediating variable which influence the relationship between customer equity drivers and customer loyalty. We focus on customer value as a customer equity driver which is the most basic factor among customer equity drivers. We examine that online trust as a mediator between the customer value and customer loyalty in on online shopping mall context. Customer value consists of perceived convenience, quality, and price. Findings indicate that online trust mediates the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty. Especially, online trust perfectly mediates the perceived convenience and the perceived quality. The perceived convenience influences online trust most significantly and perceived quality and perceived price are following in the order of strength. Our results implicate that online trust is an important mediator of the relationship between customer equity and customer loyalty in online shopping mall context and need to be managed as a customer relationship management index to increase customer loyalty. In addition, perceived convenience is the most important factor to increase online trust in matured online market.

대학교 및 교육시설의 전력시스템을 담당하는 변전소는 공급의 신뢰도 및 안정성이 중요하다. 그러므로 보호시스템의 확실한 동작 확보를 위한 각종계전기의 원할 한 보존 상태와 전력품질에 저해되는 각종요소에 대한 방지대책이 필요하다. 특히 중요 실험실은 무 정전 전력공급에 의한 집중관리를 필요로 하며 변전설비의 정상적인 동작확보를 위한 노력도 필요하다. 먼저 급전방식의 특성과 설비의 특징을 살펴보고 보호계전기의 확실한 동작을 위한 다중접지계통(22.9kv)방식과 비 접지계통(6.6kv)방식의 보호계전방식에 관하여 검토해 보았다. 그리고 각 요소별 고장률을 산정하고 전력품질의 저해요소와 신뢰도 향상방안에 관하여 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 전력시스템의 안전한 사용과 고품질의 전력을 공급할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
