Satisfaction Level of Construction Quality Management by Survey of The Field Staffs (현장 실무자 대상 조사에 의한 건설공사 품질관리 관련 만족도에 관한 고찰)

  • In domestic, the Quality Management system of construction work has been compounded of the association of regulation which is ground for relevant law and operation of Quality Management system by ISO/KS A 9001(QMS) established by the contractor. Two quality guaranteed systems must be operated with complementary and integrated system, but we can not make full use of QMS of contractor and only run routinized quality management system in all construction project by the standard, methods, process provided in the law. These problems were demanded better condition in the past ten years, since the ISO standards have been introduced. Establishing preventive consideration of quality management by setting a goal of drastic quality guarantee is an urgent problem of construction industry. This study is quick to fellow, which should do three things. 1. The attitude survey related quality management of staff in charge in construction site has run. 2. Base on these results, we adjust satisfaction measurement about operation of construction quality management system. 3. Subsequently, we want to offer our thesis about advanced opinion for the next.

  • 국내 대부분의 중소기업에서 품질관리 활동을 실시하고 있지만 품질관리 활동으로부터 제공되는 품질데이터를 체계적으로 수집하여 활용하는 중소기업은 많지 않은 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 품질정보를 체계적으로 관리하고 활용하기 위한 품질정보시스템 개발사례를 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 수입, 공정, 완제품 검사 단계별로 품질정보를 모듈화하여 품질정보의 흐름을 파악하고, 두 번째로 통계적 공정관리 모듈을 추가하여 하나의 거시적 품질정보시스템으로 완성하였으며, 마지막으로 현재 개발된 거시적 품질정보시스템의 완성도를 높이기 위해 지식 기반에 근거하여 품질문제를 해결하기 위한 미시적 품질 정보시스템을 결합시킨 종합적 품질정보시스템 구축하기 위한 의견을 제시하였다.

  • Identify the effects of ISO quality management system on the durability of the enterprise by applying it to early startups and small - and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, the quality management system of a technology start-up small and medium sized companies is important in applying the management system to the financial, management and quality control services rather than to research and development. The quality management system is applied to the medical equipment manufacturers, mobile phone brokers, foreign Chinese companies, and components manufacturers for diesel engines.Try it. Check the case where the quality management system has been applied to the company concerned and the nonconformities have been improved. In addition, the success of the project was determined by applying the quality control system to maintain the stability and perpetuation of the company through the case of the failed selection. The company explains that recently, it must appoint internal auditors to carry out continuous improvement activities and that those who want the development and continuity of the company must reflect the quality management system.

  • Information trend in whole domestic industries can not be a exception for construction industry either. However, Construction companies applying quality information management system(QIMS) through practical use of internet is very limited. Consequently, this research finds the established sample of quality information management system(QIMS) of H-construction company out, and the quality is established to the practical use of the system to be like the this. therefore, the construction industry wished to become opportunity that construction industry competitive power is recognized cosmopolitanly to quality management system(QMS).
