  • 우리나라에서 발생하는 전기선로의 사고에 대하여 한국전력공사, 한국전기안전공사 등의 기관에서 자료를 조사하고 수집하여 통계자료를 제공하는데 그 자료를 기초로 하여 제품의 불량으로 인한 사고를 조사한 결과 전체 전기선로 사고의 $30{\sim}40%$를 차지하고 있고, 제품불량의 원인으로는 개발제품의 변형, 작업자 실수, 원재료 품질불량, 개발시험 미실시, 검수시험 일부항목 시험생략, 개발시험 후 규격변경내용에 대한 성능검증 미확인 등으로 분류할 수 있으며, 중전기기 제품불량으로 인한 피해를 최소화 하기 위한 방안으로서 제품인증 업무 활성화, 전문분야별 기술교육 실시, 부품의 품질향상을 위한 연구개발, 수입품에 대하여 국산제품과 동일한 기준 적용 등의 방법을 제안하였다.

Development of Rapid Analytical Method for Heavy Metals (Cd, Pb) in Meju using fs LA-ICP-MS (fs LA-ICP-MS를 이용한 메주의 유해중금속(Cd, Pb) 신속 분석법 개발)

  • The official analytical method for the analysis of harmful heavy metals in Meju, distributed in Korea, employs a strong acid to decompose the organic components. This analysis is time consuming and harmful to the users and/or the environment. This study aimed to develop a new pre-treatment technology using laser ablation, to rapidly analyze harmful heavy metals without using strong acids. The results obtained from this method were validated by the National Institute of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation guideline (NIFDS, 2016). Moreover, a comparison of the two methods showed that the analytical time for 55 Meju samples was shortened by 96% or more in the new method. The results showed no significant difference in the recovery ranging from 90-120%. The proposed method proved suitable for detecting harmful heavy metals in Meju.

  • In the preliminary investigation (Park et al., 2009), the use of compressional wave velocity and its measurement techniques were proposed as a new quality control measure for trackbed fills. The methodology follows exactly the same procedure as the density control, except the density being replaced by the compressional wave velocity involving consistently with resilient modulus of design stage. The specifications for the control also include field compaction water content of optimum moisture content ${\pm}2%$ as well as the compressional wave velocity. In this sequel paper, crosshole and resonant column tests were performed as well direct-arrival method and laboratory compressional wave measurements to verify the practical applicability of a methodology far the new quality control procedure based upon compressional wave velocity. The stress-modified crosshole results reasonably well agree with the direct-arrival values, and the resonant column test results also agree well with the field crosshole results. The compressional wave velocity turned out to be an excellent control measure for trackbed fills both in the theoretical and practical point of view.

  • Although a mobile Internet telephony service becomes popular with the rapid propagation of smart phones, its service quality management system has not been prepared enough yet. For successful settlement and deployment of the mobile Internet telephony service in future, a strict service quality management is required. The service quality management using a specific measurement equipment has limitations that real-time monitoring is impossible. In this paper, therefore, we propose a proactive service quality management system for the mobile Internet telephony service and develop a software for its implementation. The developed software is verified by comparing the measurement results from the developed software to those from the softwares commonly used, and it is proved that the developed software is quite reliable.

  • Recently, fake test data of power cables in nuclear power plants was a terrible shock to the citizens. Some cable companies manipulated the test data to make unfair profits. In addition, fake test data cases were found in military supplies. The fake test data cases focused on parts of army's tank, armored car. This paper propose a new method that can detect fake test data using known statistical methods. In addition, the method was implemented in Microsoft Excel to allow easy use. Lastly, a check sheet was proposed to check the validity of the test system of military suppliers. By detecting and checking the fake test data, it is expected that our new method will play an important role in quality assurance of military supplies.

  • 정밀한 작업 공정을 요구하는 산업 현장의 전압 새그 보상이나 각종 장비의 전력 품질 시험을 하기 위해서는 전압 새그 발생의 환경 요건이 필요하다. 그러나 3상 계통 전압은 사용자가 임의로 전압 새그를 발생시킬 수 없기 때문에 장비의 성능 검사 및 각종 시험을 하기가 어렵다. 현재, 여러 가지 전압 새그 보상장치가 개발되고 있으며 이러한 장비의 성능을 검증하기 위해서는 가격이나 품질 면에서 우수한 전압 새그 발생기가 필요하다. 전압 새그 발생기를 통한 시험으로 전압 새그 보상장치의 신뢰도 향상과 예기치 못한 상황에 대한 대책을 강구할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전압 새그의 크기와 위상, 그리고 발생하는 구간을 조절할 수 있는 3상 전압 새그 발생장치를 설계하고 그 동작을 3kVA 프로토타입을 제작하여 확인하였다.

  • Waste Stone and Waste Stone Powder are recycling some cyclic aggregate only. And the greater part of Waste Stone and Waste Stone Powder are reclaining or neglecting. To solve this problem, the government is proceeding development of cementitious scagliola using waste stone and waste stone powder. However, quality standard for cementitious scagliola using waste stone and waste stone powder has not been established. So cementitious scagliola using waste stone and waste stone powder has problem of quality assurance. Therefore in this study, developed standard for Evaluating Performance of cementitious scagliola using waste stone and waste stone powder through survey of international standard.

  • 본 논문에서는 인터넷전화 품질평가를 위한 국내 동향에 대하여 기술하고, BcN영상전화 서비스에 대한 SLA 품질지표 및 품질기준을 국내외 동향 및 기준표준화에 근거하여 마련하고 이를 검증하기 위한 품질측정 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해서 영상전화 서비스의 SLA 품질기준이 조기에 마련되어 국내 통신사업자들의 이용약관에 반영되기를 기대한다. 따라서 본 논문의 목차는 서론, SLA 개요, 영상전화 서비스의 품질지표 및 기준, 품질지표별 측정방법 및 시험측정 결과에 대하여 기술하였다.

  • Aircraft searchlights are used in search or rescue missions when performing night missions, and provide infrared light to keep operations in concealment. During aircraft operation, the infrared ray transmission filter glass for generating infrared rays can break, resulting in problems such as loss of concealment ability and maintenance. In this paper, we describe the procedure for testing the operating conditions of the searchlight when the defect occurs and finding the cause of the defect. We also summarize various methods to improve the cause and process of making the improved filter prototype. In addition, we also describe the results of verifying the performance requirements of the searchlight. As a result of the test and verification, the damage of the filter was improved and the improved filter was applied to the aircraft.

  • This paper describes a load simulator with power recovery capability, which is based on the voltage source converter-inverter set. The load simulator can save the electric energy that should be consumed to test the operation and performance of the power quality compensator and the power equipment. The load simulator consists of a converter-inverter set with a DSP controller for system control and PWM pulse generation. The converter operates as a universal load to model the linear load and the non-linear load, while the inverter feed the energy back to the power source with harmonic compensation. the performance of proposed load simulator was analyzed with scaled-model experiment, interconnected with the active power filter. The experimental results confirms that the proposed load simulator can be utilized to test the performance of active power filter.
