최근, 막걸리 소비가 증가하고 있으며, 환경변화에 부응하는 소비자 중심의 고품질 쌀 막걸리 개발을 통한 국 내외 시장진출이 가능한 상품화가 기대된다. 막걸리의 다양한 유형별 담금공정 확립과 주질 개선을 위해, 원료 쌀의 원산지 표시, 함량 표시, 효소제 사용의 다양화, 부원료 사용 방법 개발 및 향기성분 개선 등의 과학적 연구 개발이 요구된다. 또한 쌀 소비 촉진을 위한 100% 국내산 쌀을 이용에 지원 방안을 강구하고 밀가루에 익숙한 소비자의 기호도 개선, 다양한 첨가물의 사용 등 현실성 있는 유통 구조의 제도적 개선이 막걸리의 산업화에 크게 기여 할 수 있다. 막걸리는 제조공정이 까다롭고 다양한 미생물이 관여함으로 단순 기술관리에 어려움이 있는 실정으로 전통 문화의 계승발전 측면에서 장기적인 전문 인력양성이 막걸리 산업 활성화에 가장 필요한 요인으로 생각된다.

Nowadays, the high technology weapons system has been developed and the importance of ATE which measures the test specification is growing bigger and bigger. So the ATE software reliability becomes critical but the regulation of ATE development/management is less inadequate than that of DoD. In this paper, the improvement way of the ATE software reliability verification and ATE development/management processes were proposed.

국내 대기업들은 충분한 SW테스팅으로 SW의 품질과 안정성을 점검하고 있다. 반면, 중소기업들은 부족한 인력과 비싼 상용 테스팅 도구 등으로 테스팅 환경이 어려운 실정이다. 이로 인한 테스트 부족 속에서 SW제품을 출시한다. 이 논문에서는 이런 문제의 해결방안 중 하나로 개발자가 코드 내부의 복잡도를 측정하여 잠재적인 오류를 줄이는데 초점을 둔다. 이를 위해 공개 소스프트웨어 기반의 도구 개선 제안 및 가시화 구현을 하였다. 즉, 벤처/중소 기업의 개발자들에게 각각 품질 요소들의 가시화 서비스가 가능하다. 이는 코드 내부의 결합력/응집력/복잡도/재사용 등의 가시적 모듈화로 SW품질 개선이 가능하다.

산업사회와 소비자는 갈수록 소량 다품종과 빠른 Delivery를 요구하고 있다. 생산라인은 급격히 자동화되어 가면서 기존의 단순한 Cost 구조에서 복잡한 Cost 구조로 심화될 뿐만 아니라 제조간접비용의 중요성도 점차 이슈화 되어 가고 있으며 시장에서의 경쟁은 갈수록 치열해 짐에 따라 판매비, 광고비 등의 부담도 점차 증가되고 있다고 하겠다. 이러한 시점에 세계 유수한 기업들은 Six Sigma 품질 혁신 활동을 통해 그들에 절대적인 부담이 되고 있는 비용의 절감뿐 아니라 품질 향상을 통한 고객 만족을 이끌어 내고 있다. 본 연구는 Six Sigma 품질 혁신 활동과 제약경영이론(Theory of Constraint)의 조합을 통한 시너지 효과로 생산 라인의 생산성 향상을 성공적으로 이끌어 낸 사례를 제시하고 있다. 즉, 본 연구의 목적은 Six Sigma 경영 혁신활동과 TOC 이론의 조합을 통해 생산 라인의 생산성 향상을 극대화 하고자 하는데 있다고 하겠다. 이를 위해 개선 활동의 프로세스 진행은 Six Sigma 활동의 DMAIC 프로세스를 따랐으며 세부 단계에서의 개선 아이디어를 발굴하기 위하여 Thinking Process를 적용하였다.

HoQ (House of Quality) provides an effective tool not only to arrange and evaluate VoC (Voice of Customers) and VoE (Voice of Engineers), but also to link and combine VoC and VoE, thereby presenting explicit directions for quality improvement. There have been, however, few researches on the HoQ framework in the IT industry. The case study discussed here serves an illustration of the applicability and usefulness of the HoQ approach to website quality improvement. The proposed HoQ framework shows great potentials since customers needs are explicitly considered in the framework, and it helps website administrators develop better web services by providing guidelines for reengineering the website operations.

소프트웨어 산업 발전과 함께 소프트웨어에 대한 사용자 기대치가 높아지게 되었다. 그로인해 소프트웨어 개발사는 기존의 소프트웨어 보다 나은 품질의 소프트웨어를 원하게 되었다. 보다 높은 품질의 소프트웨어를 개발 위해서는 우선적으로 올바른 개발 절차와 방법에 따라 개발하여야하며 최종적으로 완벽한 테스트를 통해 사용자에게 전해져야한다. 하지만 완벽한 테스트를 수행하는 것은 불가능하기 때문에 본 논문에서는 테스트 프로세스 개선 모델(TPI next)을 통해 기존 모델을 확장한 테스트 성숙도 모델(Enhanced TMMi)을 활용하여 정형화된 테스트 프로세스를 통한 보다 높은 품질의 소프트웨어를 확보하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

After the revision of the Software Promotion Act, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with little experience in e-government projects began to participate in public projects. Accordingly, the government introduced the public Project Management Office (PMO) in July 2013 to reduce the risks and secure the quality of informatization business, and the public PMO is still spreading. However, the public PMO service currently experiences sluggish business, such as low-priced orders, due to cut-throat competition, and thus needs improvement plans. In this research, we establish a research model for quality factors of public PMO services that can be considered for the improvement plans, measure and evaluate quality factors based on the model, and then analyze the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. For that, we measure quality factors using the SERVPERF model for those who have used public PMO services, establish a structural equation research model, and empirically analyze and evaluate the impact of quality factors. Lastly, we suggest improvement plans and implications for public PMO services.

The factors for service quality improvement of frozen and refrigerated warehouses are derived and the differences in perception about service quality improvement between shippers and operators of frozen and refrigerated cargos are analyzed. The objective of this study is to propose quality improvement measures for frozen and refrigerated cargo services using the importance-performance analysis (IPA). As a result, 15 analysis factors were derived. It was found through independent sample t-test that there is no difference in perception about quality improvement between shippers and operators. Furthermore, four top priority investment areas were derived from the IPA: maintaining temperature and humidity, securing variable storage space, on-time stocking and releasing, and providing information service. Meanwhile, inventory management service ability, on-time stocking and releasing, and reliable cargo storage ability needed urgent improvement. This study has industrial implications in that it proposes practical improvement measures for service quality improvement.

고압 다이캐스팅에서 요구되고 있는 고품질의 주조를 위해, 비교적 간단한 개선 방안으로 용탕 주입 방법의 개선이 실험적으로 시도 되었으며, 그로 인해 많은 경우에 긍정적인 결과가 관찰 되었다. 특히, 냉가압 다이캐스트에서, 금형내 용탕의 예충전을 유도하는 용탕 주입의 속도 및 플렌저의 위치제어를 통해 기공율의 저하 및 그로 인한 기계적 강도의 개선 효과를 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 논문은, 그 원인과 결과 대한 연구를 위해, 상용 해석 도구인 Flow3D를 이용, 금형내 용탕의 흐름을 모델링을 통해 가시화하여 용탕의 주입속도 및 위치의 변화가 주물의 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 용탕 주입을 위한 플런저의 속도 및 위치 제어의 변수로, 1) 금형내에 용탕의 예충전 유도를 위한 용탕 고속 주입 지연 정도, 2) 플런저의 저속운행에서 고속으로의 가속도, 3) 용탕의 예충전 동안의 플런저 속도를 선택, 그로 인한 영향을 연구 분석 하였고, 그 결과로 플런저의 속도 및 위치 조절을 통하여 금형내 갇힌 공기의 양이 줄어 들 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

최근의 기업환경에서는 데이터 분석을 통한 마케팅이 기업의 경쟁력에서 중요한 부분을 차지하며, 이를 지원하기 위하여 분석 정보를 추출하여 저장하는 데이터웨어하우스가 사용된다. 그러나 데이터웨어하우스는 다양한 종류의 업무 시스템으로부터 대규모의 데이터를 처리하기 때문에 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 이러한 문제의 해결방안으로 지속적인 데이터웨어하우스의 프로세스 개선을 통해 시간과 비용의 절검이 가능하다. 프로세스 개선을 위해 본 연구에서는 생산성, 프로세스 품질, 데이터 품질의 영역에서 측정지표를 제안한다. 측정 지표를 통해 프로세스 개선과 제어를 위한 기반을 제공한다.
