Development of 500W Inverter with Pure Sine Wave Output (500W급 순수사인파 인버터 설계)

  • This paper is elaborates on the pure sine wave single phase inverter of 500W level which is driven by battery. The inverter is structured to raise the battery voltage to 400V by using the push-pull topology, and by using H-bridge with the high voltage, it outputs common 220VAC. This topology is utilized to use the power semiconductor device in order to design and manufacture the inverter of 500W at input voltage rating of 12VDC. As a result, the efficiency exceeds 90% in partial sections, but on average, the efficiency is approximately 89.5%, and as for output voltage, frequency fluctuation range and THD, the result can be less than ${\pm}5%$.

  • 툴북2 Assistant 7.0은 교육용 멀티미디어 프로그램을 제작할 수 있는 저작도구이다. 툴북에는 두 가지 종류의 버전이 있다. 하나는 인스트럭터라는 전문가 용 풀 버전이고, 다른 하나는 어시스턴트 라는 초보자용 라이트 버전이다. 인스트럭터 버전은 기본적으로 어시스턴트 버전의 모든 기능을 포함하고 있으며, 인스트럭터 버전의 오픈 스크립트 언어 코딩 기능을 뺀것이 바로 어시스턴트 버전이라고 생각하면 된다.

  • In this paper, a PSPICE model of piezoelectric transformer and CCFL using an electrical equivalent circuit was presented. The parameters of CCFL for PSPICE were derived by the least square method. The computer simulations were performed and the results are compared on the PSIPCE model of piezoelectric transformer driven by push-pull inverter and CCFL.

  • The new converter topology using full bridge inverter for the switched reluctance motor drives is proposed. The proposed SRM drives are supplied by the pulse voltage source, while the conventional drives are supplied by dc voltage source. Proposed converter maintains the characteristics of asymmetric bridge converter and has advanced characteristics.

  • 본 논문에서는 EV 또는 PHEV용 탑재형 배터리 충전기에 대하여 기술한다. 역률개선을 위한 PFC는 전류연속모드의 부스트 컨버터를 적용 하였으며, 스위칭 손실의 저감을 위해 영전압 스위칭이 가능한 위상천이 풀-브리지 DC-DC 컨버터를 사용하여 전기적인 절연 및 소자의 스위칭 스트레스를 줄이고 효율 또한 향상 시키고자 하였다. PSIM을 사용하여 시뮬레이션 하였으며 실험세트를 구성하고 결과를 분석하여 시스템의 효용성을 검증하였다.

실버 할라이드 감광유제를 이용한 칼라 홀로그래피 제작 기술

  • 본고에서는 칼라 홀로그래피에 대한 최근의 연구 동향을 살펴보고, 칼라 홀로그램 제작을 위한 얼티메이트 홀로그래피(Ultimate Holography)사의 새로운 초고해상도 실버 할라이드감광유제인 얼티메이트 04(U04)를 이용한 실험결과를 공유한다. U04는 환경 친화적이며, 입자의 크기가 4 nm 로 매우 작고, 해상도는18,000 lines/mm로써 어떤 다른 실버 할라이드 기록재료 보다 뛰어나다. 440 nm 에서 700 nm까지의 넓은 감광영역에서 풀 칼라 홀로그램을 선명히 기록할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 오존발생 시스템의 전원으로 사용하는 단상 풀브리지 인버터를 ATmega128을 이용하여 출력 주파수와 전압을 제어하였고, 제어 방식으로는 준구형파 방식이 사용되었다. 또한, 사용자가 오존발생 시스템에서 키패드를 사용하여 출력 주파수와 전압값을 설정할수 있게 하였고, 사용자가 설정한 값을 LCD를 이용하여 디스플레이하였다.

Characteristics of Nutrient Uptake by Water Plants in Free Water Surface Constructed Wetlands for Treating Non-point Source Pollution (비점오염원 처리를 위한 자유수면형 인공습지에서 수생식물의 영양염류 흡수특성 평가)

  • BACKGROUND: Generally, water plants may play an important role in nutrients(N, P) removal in constructed wetlands(CWs). Previous studies considered nutrients uptake by water plants in various CWs for treating point source pollution. On the other hand, few studies considered nutrients uptake by water plants in free water surface(FWS) CWs for treating non-point source pollution. METHODS AND RESULTS: To investigate characteristics of nutrient uptake by water plants in FWS CWs, dry weights, nutrients content and nutrients uptake by water plants were investigated from April, 2008 to October, 2008. Dominance plants were Phragmites japonica STEUD (PHRJA), Nymphaea tetragona ANGUSTA(NTMTE), Typha orientalis PRESL(TYHOR), Phragmites communis TRINIUS(PHRCO) and Zizanis latifolia TURCZ(ZIZLA) in FWS CWs. The dry weights of water plants in August were higher in the order of TYHOR(54.27 g/plant) > PHRJA(44.30 g/plant) ${\geqq}$ PHRCO(39.60 g/plant) ${\geqq}$ ZIZLA(37.80 g/plant) ${\fallingdotseq}$ NTMTE(36.75 g/plant). The T-N and T-P contents by water plants were not significantly differences regardless of cultivation period. The maximum amount of T-N uptake by water plants in August were 773 mg/plant for PHRJA, 625 mg/plant for NTMTE, 1206 mg/plant for TYHOR, 754 mg/plant for PHRCO and 768 mg/plant for ZIZLA. The maximum amounts of T-P uptake by PHRJA, NTMTE, TYHOR, PHRCO and ZIZLA were 397, 177, 411, 261 and 229 mg/plant in August, respectively. CONCLUSION(s): The results of this study suggest that optimum water plant was Typha orientalis PRESL in free water surface constructed wetlands.

A Study on Sod Culture Using Water Foxtail (Alopecurus aegualis var. amurensis) in Apple Orchard (뚝새풀을 이용(利用)한 사과원 초생재배(草生栽培)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究))

  • The experiment was carried out to obtain basic informations on sod culture using water foxtail in apple orchard at Kyeongbuk Provincial RDA in 1996 to 1997. Period of seedling emergence varied with sowing time and accumulative temperature. Sowing at Nov. 25 required longer than 100 days, while it needed only 8 days when water foxtail was sowed at Sep. 20. In a view of accumulative temperature, sowing at March 15 needed $139^{\circ}C$ but it required about $1,000^{\circ}C$ at August 10. This result showed that the seed of water foxtail has strong summer-dormancy in natural condition. Water foxtail had s-shape growth curve during growing season, and growth rate was the highest from March to May in this period. Plant height increased 2 times and 4 times for dry weight from March 20 to April 20. However, growth was decreased by summer depression after May. Major weeds in apple orchard were horseweed, akino-nogeshi and shepherd's-purse. These species were suppressed by the dominance of water foxtail. Water foxtail as a cover plant could be used for a method of weed control instead of herbicide in apple orchard.
