A Study on Applicability of Soil Strength for Surface Treatment (표층처리를 위한 현장의 강도적용에 관한 연구)

  • Most marine structures are constructed on very soft soil, soil improvements are needed for the area of road, buildings. In this paper, some considerations of several case studies on soil placement method after geotextile placement, known as surface treatment, are done. Considerations of strength applicability on the advanced construction method of sand and soil placement are proposed in this paper. Typical tensile strength of geotextile used in the surface soil stabilization method is 15t/m, and thickness of sand and soil placement between 1.6m and 3.1m. Undrained shear strength of soft clay layer ranges $0.2{\sim}1.2t/m^2$. In order to minimize the difficulties which include soil disturbance, soft soil gush and overturn of vertical drain installation rig more studies are needed.

  • 벼 유기재배에 있어서 녹비작물을 이용하여 화학비료를 대신하고 있으나 녹비를 이용하기 위해서는 월동 전에 파종하고 이듬해 벼 이앙 전에 토양에 환원을 해야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 따라서 벼 재배 직전에 유기자재를 이용하여 화학비료를 대신하고자 했을 경우 유기자재를 전층시비와 표층시비의 차이에 따른 토양중의 이화학적 특성과 벼의 수량특성의 변화를 구명하였다. 벼 유기재배시 토양양분공급용으로 이용되고 있는 유기자재 4종을 공시하여 유기자재의 질소 성분량(7kg/10a)을 기준으로 하여 이앙 20일전에 시비방법별로 전층시비와 표층시비 2처리로 구분하여 전량 기비시비하고 경운한 다음 동진1호를 시험품종으로 하여 2년 연속 시비처리와 벼를 재배하면서 일어나는 토양의 이화학적 특성과 벼 생육 및 특성의 변화를 시기별로 조사하였다. 시험 전 토양의 화학성은 표층시비구의 염류농도, 가리와 석회의 함량이 다소 높아서 염류농도가 전층 시비구 보다 높은 조건의 토양이었다. 유기자재별 무기화 정도는 전층시비보다 표층시비를 할 때 약 20~30일 정도 빨랐다. 토양 중의유기물 잔존함량은 시비방법간의 큰 차이는 없었으나 표층시비를 할 경우 후기로 갈수록 다소 증가되는 경향이었으나, 전질소 잔존함량은 감소되었다. 토양 액상과 공극율은 전층시비>표층시비였으며, 입단 형성력도 같은 경향이었다. 토양 효소활성은 PME의 활성은 유기자재를 전층처리하였을 때 촉진되었으며, $\beta$-Glucosidase의 활성은 전층보다 표층처리시 활성이 높았다. 시비방법에 따른 벼의 수량 특성은 시비방법별로는 표층시비를 할 경우 전층시비보다 4~7%의 높은 특성을 보였으며, 관행대비 1년차에는 3~9%의 낮았으나, 2년 연속처리를 할 경우 대조구와 비슷해 지는 경향이었다.

  • Most of the soil used for reclamation is marine clay generated from dredging construction.The soft ground made of dredged clay has high water content and high compressibility, so the bearing capacity of the ground is very weak and it is difficult to enter the ground improvement equipment. Therefore, surface hardening treatment method is used to enter equipment prior to full-scale civil engineering work, and stabilizer is mainly used for cement series. Cement-based stabilizers have the advantage of improving the ground in a short period of time and have excellent economic efficiency, but they are disadvantageous in that they cause environmental problems due to leaching of heavy metals such as hexavalent chromium. In this study, environmental effects evaluation of dredged clay mixed with normal portland cement and environmentally friendly stabilizer was evaluated, and uniaxial compressive strength test and indoor model test were conducted to confirm the bearing capacity characteristics of the solidified layer.

THE ANTICARIOGENIC EFFECT OF RESIN INFILTRATION ACCORDING TO THE PRETREATMENT OF SURFACE LAYERS IN NATURAL INCIPIENT CARIES LESIONS (초기 우식 병소의 표층 처리에 따른 Resin infiltration의 우식 저지 능력 평가)

  • As a most conservative, minimally invasive trial against early caries lesions, resin infiltration concept has been introduced and studied mainly about effective materials and pre-treatment methods of surface layers to arrest the lesion effectively, which is still going on. This study was performed with an aim of evaluating the efficacy of arresting the caries process in the natural incipient lesions in spite of removing the surface layers and we obtained the results as follows: 1. It was revealed that infiltration groups(1, 3, 5) showed lower radio-density decline between pre- and posttreatment than control groups(2, 4, 6)(p<0.05). 2. Group 5, in which the surface layer was removed with hydrochloric acid, showed the most significant anticariogenic effect(p<0.05). 3. Under SEM evaluation after infiltration, group 1 and 3 showed more irregular destruction and intensive loss of surface layers than group 5. In conclusion, it was thought resin infiltration can be an effective tool against the early caries lesions although surface layers are removed.

  • The objectives of this study are to determine cortical granule distribution during in vitro maturation, parthenogenetic activation and in vitro fertilization of oocytes, and to investigate effects of microfilament inhibitor on the cortical granule distribution during in vitro maturation and fertilization of oocytes in the pig, The corti-cal granule distribution were imaged with fluor-escent labeled lectin under laser scanning confocal microscope or detected by transmission electron microscope. At germinal vesicle stage, cortical granule organelles were located around the cell cortex and were present as a relatively thick area on the oolema. Microfilaments were also observed in a thick uniform area around the cell cortex. Following germinal vesicle break down,microfilaments concentrated to the condensed chromatin and cortical granules were observed in the cortex. Treatment with cytochalasin B inhibited microfilament polymerization and prevented movement of cortical granules to the cortex. Cortical granule exudate following sperm penetration was evenly distributed in the entire perivitelline space. Therefore, these results suggested that the microfilament assembly is involved in the distribution, movement and exocytosis of cortical granules during maturation and fertilization of porcine oocytes.   • 본 논문은 자연언어생성 기술을 이용하여 질병에 대한 기술문을 생성해 내는 시스템에서 사용되는 표층 생성기에 대해서 다루고 있다. 표층 생성기는 문장의 추상적인 표현으로부터 통사적으로, 형태론적으로 올바른 텍스트로 생성하여 내는 것을 목표로 한다. 질병에 관한 기술문에 있는 문장들은 두가지 특징을 가지고 있다. 첫번째로, 질병 기술문의 문장들은 토픽-코멘트 구조로 나타내어질 수 있다. 두번째로, 같은 의미 범주에 속하는 문장들은 같은 토픽을 가진다. 따라서, 토픽은 의미범주로부터 유추될 수 있으므로 표층 생성기의 입력인 구 명세 (phrase specification)에 표현될 필요가 없다. 본 논문에서는 이런 특징을 이용하여 효율적인 표층 생성기를 만들기 위하여 표층 생성의 단계를 내부 표현 생성과 외부 문장 생성의 두 단계로 나누었다. 내부 표현 생성 단계에서는 코멘트에 해당하는 부분을 생성하고 외부 문장 생성 단계에서 의미범주 태그에 따라 토픽을 첨가하여 최종 문장으로 생성하였다. 이런 방법으로 실험한 결과, 본 표층 생성기는 문법에 맞으면서 자연스러운 텍스트를 생성해 낸다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Bearing Capacity Analysis on Cyclic Loading of Soft Ground by Surface Reinforcement (표층처리지반에서의 반복하중재하시험을 통한 지지력 분석)

  • The study of surface ground reinforcing method is supposed to be considered preferentially is not satisfied and also doesn't contemplate plastic flow because of repetitive drive of construction equipment. Also, Terzaghi's bearing-capacity equation and Yamanouchi's suggestion have been used to design the surface reinforcement, but most engineers depend on their experience and cases constructed before because of dispersed variables and inappropriate bearing-capacity factors. Hence, plate load test and repetitive plate load test were performed in the field which is reinforced with geotextile, Geogrid whose tensile strength are 200kN/m, 100kN/m and bamboo($0.4m{\times}0.4m$). The object of this study is to evaluate bearing capacity and behaviour of surface ground and to compare each reinforcement form test results. From the results bearing capacity ratio increased by a maximum of 1.5 times with bamboo reinforcement method comparing to others.

  • This study, as basic research which was intended to develope the surface reinforcement method using reinforcement material which is applicable to very soft ground in Korea, was aimed at proposing Bearing Capacity Evaluation method for the surface ground improvement method. To that end, a wide width tensile test using geotextile, geogrid and steel bar (substitute for bamboo) and 21 kinds of the laboratory model tests with the end restraint conditions of the reinforcement that comprises the constrained and partially constrained (3 types) conditions were conducted. According to result of tests, Terzaghi's bearing capacity method is adequate to calculate bearing capacity in non-stiff material(geotextile, geogrid). But, It can't adequate to stiff material(bamboo net). So, New bearing capacity method suggest surface reinforcement method of very soft ground which Terzaghi's bearing capacity method modify for effect of stiffness.
