Recently, there has been much interest in the e-Navigation that applies a variety of digital devices to shipboard thanks to the high interest to maritime safety and the rapid development of ICT technologies. The e-Navigation proposes a new ICT paradigm in maritime information service and maritime safety. This study proposes the shore-based maritime information service platform that enables the converged services of various kinds of maritime data and the standard ENC based on IHO S-100. The proposed maritime information service platform enables the harmonized integration, presentation and web services of ENC, sensed data such as AIS, ocean weather and currents, and geospatial data. Also, the platform enables the mobile maritime information service through WebApp or App software operating in mobile devices of smart phone or web pad. Finally, the proposed platform accommodates the standard ENC of the existing S-57 and the new S-101, and the standard web services of WMS and WMTS of ISO 19100 and OGC.

WIPI is developed by KWISF(Korea Wireless Internet Standardization Forum) and a wireless internet standard platform adopted by TTA. It needs the certification Process for standard specification in order to confirm interoperability. The WIPI is composed of the HAL, the Runtime Engine, and APIs(WIPI-C, WIPI-Java). nl applications are implemented through WIPI APIs that can be finished by themselves or provided essential functions from runtime engine or HAL. Therefore it needs to certify where the problems occur when errors occurred in a application. In this paper we propose the PCT that certifies a WIPI platform's functionality and APIs and the HCT that certifies HAL APIs. Because the PCT reports the final certification results for the platform it is impossible to know where the problems occur when it fails to certify platform. So, it needs to certify the HAL regardless of platform certification.

This paper introduces platform of platform (POP) for global network on climate adaptation change and disaster risk reduction (CCA/DRR). The POP consists of disaster prevention technology e-market platform, e-learning platform, information sharing platform, and monitoring platform for AMCDRR action plan. The POP is developing based on Korean e-Government standard framework and supports Web and mobile service. Additionally the POP uses special product and technology to search and classify data about CCA/DRR.

기계식 장치가 주를 이루던 자동차 부품이 최근 전자제어 장치로 크게 변환되면서 차량용 소프트웨어에 대한 연구 개발 및 제품 생산도 크게 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 자동차의 부품에 소프트웨어가 탑재됨에 따라 공통 모듈의 재 사용성, 부품 호환성 등의 문제점이 생겨나게 되었고 이를 해결하고자 하는 업계 노력의 일환으로 AUTOSAR (AUTomotive Open System Architecture) 표준이 제정된다. 본 고에서는 자동차에 탑재되는 부가 서비스 개발에 있어 기본이 되는 전자장치용 소프트웨어의 표준 플랫폼인 AUTOSAR의 동향 및 이슈에 대해서 알아 본다.

Java Card 플랫폼을 내장한 스마트 카드는 현재의 스마트 카드에 적용되는 모든 표준을 따르는 전형적인 스마트 카드인데, 자바카드 플랫폼의 장정을 최대한 이용하기 위해 적용할 기술은 메모리 측면에서 보면 사용할 수 있는 자원이 적어 다양한 용도로 사용에 있어 제한적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 적은 메모리 자원을 가지고 보다 효율적이고 최적화된 성능을 가지는 자바플랫폼을 지원하기 위해 자바 플랫폼의 성능에 핵심이 되는 자바 카드 가상기계(JCVM)의 성능최적화 방안에 대한 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

초기의 이동통신 서비스는 음성 위주였으나, 현재에 와서는 음성뿐만 아니라, 무선 인터넷, 게임, 위치, 동영상, 전자상거래, 모바일 오피스 등의 다양한 무선 인터넷 서비스에 대한 비중이 점점 더 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 서비스 아이디어를 신속히 제공하기 위한 개방형 무선 애플리케이션 플랫폼에 대한 요구가 커지자, 자바, BREW, stinger, SIM toolkit 등의 다양한 애플리케이션 플랫폼들이 등장하게 되었고, 비동기 표준 단체인 3GPP에서는 이들 현재 기술들을 바탕으로 한 모바일 애플리케이션 실행 환경인 MExE를 제안하고 있다. 본고에서는 무선 데이터 서비스 애플리케이션 플랫폼에 대한 이동통신 사업자의 입장과 각 요소 기술을 살펴보고자 한다.

분산 객체 컴퓨팅은 인터넷의 활성화와 더불어 각광받고 있는 분야중의 하나이며 많은 응용 소프트웨어들이 분산객체 기술을 이용한 컴포넌트 형태로 개발되고 있다. 분산 객체 컴퓨팅 기술을 기반으로 한 CORBA는 새로운 세대의 분산 컴퓨팅 플랫폼이며, 보안은 항상 분산 컴퓨팅 플랫폼의 기본적인 문제이다. 따라서, CORBA 플랫폼에서의 보안 서비스의 적용은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 보안의 표준들과 분산 계산 플랫폼의 보안 모델들을 참조하여 CORBA 보안 서비스 규약에 따르는 객체지향 분산환경에서의 객체보안 서비스를 제시한다.

RUPI(Robot Unified Platform Initiative, 로봇 통합 소프트웨어 플랫폼) 기술은 기존 로봇의 한계를 극복하고 보다 다양하고 복잡한 서비스를 쉽고 편리하게 개발하고 제공하기 위해 네트워크 로봇에 필요한 각종 소프트웨어의 표준 규격을 제정하고 이를 참조 구현하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본고에서는 로봇을 통해 환경을 인지하거나 로봇을 제어하고자 할 때 필요로 하는 로봇 내부 소프트웨어에 해당하는 RUPI 클라이언트 로봇 소프트웨어 플랫폼에 관하여 소개하고자 한다. RUPI 클라이언트 로봇 소프트웨어 플랫폼은 로봇 소프트웨어의 재사용성 및 상호호환성을 위해 컴포넌트 기반의 로봇 개발 프레임워크를 제공한다.

스마트폰이 본격적으로 도입 활용되면서 서비스가 특정 플랫폼이나 환경에 제한 되지 않도록 하는 서비스 접근성을 만족하는 것이 스마트 서비스 제공의 중요한 목표가 되었다. 또한, 개발자들이 복잡한 앱 기술 보다 HTML5등 기존 웹 개발 기술을 활용하고 네이트브 앱에서 제공하던 단말 기능을 웹 기술로 사용 가능하도록 제공하는 기술이 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 전자정부 모바일 표준프레임워크는 이러한 요구사항을 만족하기 위하여 AJAX 프레임워크와 하이브리드 앱 기반의 실행환경을 도입하였다. 또한, 개발자 편의성을 위한 개발환경, 재사용성 증대를 위한 공통컴포넌트, 가이드 프로그램을 제공한다. 모바일 전자정부 표준프레임워크는 여러 공공서비스에 활용 되어 왔으며, 공공정보화 분야와 민간 기업 환경에서 핵심적인 기반 플랫폼 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 표준프레임워크에서 활용된 기반 기술, 적용 아키텍처 및 주요기능, 활용사례에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.
