한국표준질병사인분류(KCD)는 사람의 질병과 사망 원인을 유사성에 따라 체계적으로 유형화한 분류체계이다. KCD는 계층적 분류체계로 구성되어 있어 분류마다 연관성이 존재하지만, 일반적인 텍스트 분류 모델은 각각의 분류를 독립적으로 예측하기 때문에 계층적 정보를 반영하는 데 한계가 있다. 본 논문은 계층적 분류체계를 적용한 KCD 예측 모델을 제안한다. 제안 방법의 효과를 입증하기 위해 비교 실험을 진행한 결과 F1-score 기준 최대 0.5%p의 성능 향상을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 비교 모델이 잘 예측하지 못했던 저빈도의 KCD에 대해서 제안 모델은 F1-score 기준 최대 1.1%p의 성능이 향상되었다.

In applying RFID/USN technology to various industries, it is needed to solve the problem caused by the system differences. Accordingly, this study introduces the common standard platform concept, and suggests the standard data scheme which provides the uniform perspective of classifying supply chain data and of using vocabularies. We selected several industry areas applicable for the platform, which are pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and liquor industry. We collect and organize terminologies used in the supply chain of each industry, and then classify them according to the defined data attributes. The standardized vocabularies are suggested based on the contextured scheme of data classification. This study could provide more convenient way of communication between business partners, system developers and users of the platform.

This study was conducted to identify the oral function problems of workers according to Korean Standard Classification of Occupations (KSCO) and to provide evidentiary material to promote them to revise the Occupational Safety and Health Act so that workers can benefit from the collective oral healthcare project. For the research materials, it was used the 7th raw data (1st and 2nd) of National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. It was examined the problems of chewing and speaking for the workers over 19 years old by KSCO. The connection between the types of workers and the problems of chewing and speaking has been confirmed (p<0.05). In order to improve the workers' oral healthcare, the collective oral healthcare project should be implemented. Therefore, the Occupational Safety and Health Act should be revised to hire professional health care manager with expertise, who will be host of the collective oral healthcare project.

본 논문에서는 기업 비즈니스 분석을 위해 한국표준산업분류에 근거하여 국내 사업체의 산업군을 분류하는 앙상블 분류 모델 구축 방법론을 제시한다. 기업 평가 및 보고서 자동화 시스템 구축을 위해 기업의 재무제표 정보, 기업등록부와 같은 신고 정보, 사업체 조사 정보에 포함된 텍스트 정보를 이용하여, 각 기업이 속해 있는 산업군 정보를 분석해야 하며, 이를 통해 동일한 산업군에 속해 있는 다른 기업에 대한 현황 파악 및 비교 등 비즈니스 정보를 분석할 수 있다.

전기산업은 표준산업분류표상으로는 서비스업에 속해있으면서 발전업과 기타전기산업으로 분류되어진다. 전기사업법상분류로는 일반전기사업자와 발전사업자로 나뉘어진다. 이러한 전기사업을 포함하여 그 기반과 관련되는 산업으로는 설계, 기자재제작, 건설, 연료조달, 방사 등 포괄적인 광의와 개념의 전기산업이 있겠다.

There are many institutes which manage the disaster protection resources in their system. The system of the institutes is not mutually compatible, because there is no standard framework of the classification and identification for the disaster management resources. NIMS of FEMA defines the classification and identification framework for the incident resources. All incidents management system of USA including IRIS and webEOC follows the standard resources framework. The aim of the classification and identification of the resources provides the resources list for the disaster and supports to find the resources information efficiently. In this study, we defined the classification and identification of the resources considering the compatibility with the international standard and the field requirements.

최근 이슈화되고 있는 국가직무능력표준(NCS : National Competency Standard)에 관하여 "방송통신직종"에 대한 직무분석과 "자격검정"에 관하여 알아보고자 한다. 국가직무능력표준은 학벌 중심의 사회에서 능력 중심의 사회로 전환하기 위한 정부의 정책방향에 따라 856종의 표준을 14년도까지 완료하고, 이를 현장성 있게 학교교육(전문대학) 직업훈련 및 자격제도 개편을 하고자 시행되고 있다. 방송통신직종은 대분류가 정보통신이고, 중분류가 방송기술, 소분류가 방송제작기술, 방송플랫폼기술, 방송서비스로 세 분류가 있다. 또한 일부 콘텐츠적인 방송은 대분류 중에 문화 예술 디자인 방송에 속하여 있다. 결과적으로 "방송통신직종"의 자격검정 제도는 정보통신분야에 속하며, 국가직무능력표준에 따라 직무분석을 별도로 하기 보다는 현재의 검정제도를 순차적으로 변경토록 요구하도록 하여야 하며, 업무능력에 따른 경력자 관리도 이루어져야 할 것이다.

과학기술테이터는 엄격한 평가기준에 의해 신뢰성과 정확성이 보장된 참조표준(standard reference data)값을 지닐 수 있어야 한다. 참조표준은 측정표준을 바탕으로 구하여진 결과 값을 표준화시키는 작업으로서 테잍의 생산조건, 실험환경, 측정방법, 데이터 처리 등이 검토되어 참조데이터(reference data)와 구분된다. 참조표준은 '공인된 수치데이터'로 표현되고 이는 측정결과의 신뢰도를 정량적으로 나타내는 불확도(uncertainty)로 표기된다.본고에서는 참조표준에 대한 의미를 이해하고,평가되지 않은 과학기술 데이터가 어떤 평가 과정을 거쳐 참조표준으로 분류되는지를 알아보기 위해 소재물성분야를 예로 살펴보았다.

SQL은 관계형 DBMS에서 사용되는 표준 질의 언어이다. SQL의 장점 중의 하나는 중첩 질의의 사용이나, 중첩질의를 포함한 질의를 그대로 실행하는 것은 중첩 질의의 반복된 수행을 야기하여 비효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 SQL3 표준에 정의된 모든 유형의 중첩 질의에 대한 완전한 정규화 규칙을 제안한다. SQL3 표준에서 중첩질의는 중첩 질의 반환 값의 유형에 따라 스칼라 중첩 질의와 테이블 중첩 질의로 분류된다. 스칼라 중첩 질의와 테이블 중첩 질의는 상관과 집계의 유무에 따라 다시 분류될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SELECT, FROM, WHERE 절에서 이러한 분류에 의해 가능한 모든 중첩 유형을 지원한다. 특히, SELECT, FROM 절의 일부 중첩 유형은 SQL3와 유사한 형태의 중첩 질의를 지원하는 질의 언어인 XQuery에서 제안된 정규화 규칙을 SQL3 문법에 맞게 응용하여 적용한다.
