본 연구에서는 국제수로기구(IHO)에서 제정한 S-100/10X 표준의 지속적 안정화를 위해 S-100 표준화 등록소(S-100 GI Registry)를 신규로 구축하였다. 이를 통하여 S-100 기반의 다양한 제품표준 사양에서 사용되는 피쳐 정보와 심볼을 체계적으로 관리하고 이용할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다.

The IHO developed the S-100 standard for Digital Hydrographic Data in order to assist the proper and efficient use of hydrographic data and information for the safety of navigation and the protection of marine environment. The former model, S-57, was considered outdated to be utilized as the basis for the next-generation Electronic Chart(ENC) product specification. The key feature of the S-100 standard is the use of Registry and its components, Registers. This online-based Registry provides a universal standard that can be implemented in the actual performance of the navigation system with convenience. In the current situation, the only registry is owned by the IHO and it is available to domain experts. However, since S-100 is an international standard operated by an international organization, the process of the changes and updates of the data requires time before immediate implementation when demanded. Therefore, regarding the safety of navigation of the domestic users and mariners, a separate domestic registry is necessary to develop a domestic Information Registry. This study specifically aims to build a Registry based on IHO published S-99 through designing an adequate website dedicated for its purpose to provide collection of definitions and hydrographic data.

본 연구에서는 IHO에서 발표한 S-100 표준에 맞춰 Feature Catalogue Builder의 고도화와 S-100 표준 등록소를 개발하였다. 기존의 S-57 기반에서는 Object, Attribute와 도메인의 효율적인 관리가 어려웠으나, S-100 기반의 시스템에서는 새로운 Item의 제안과 검토, 승인 절차 등이 표준화가 되어있어 보다 효과적인 관리가 가능할 것으로 예측된다.

XML을 이용하여 인터넷 기반의 B2B e-business가 가능하도록 하는 전자상거래 국제 표준안인 ebXML이 국제 기구인 UN/CEFACT와 OASIS가 공동 추진하여 지난 5월 표준으로 제정되었다. ebXML의 핵심은 등록기/저장소이며 등록기/저장소에서 지원하는 등록기 서비스에는 객체 관리 서비스와 객체 질의 관리 서비스가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 현재 제안된 표준 vl.0을 기준으로 등록기에 저장된 메타데이타를 검색할 수 있는 서비스 인터페이스를 정의하고, 이를 위한 질의를 제공하는 객체 질의 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한 Browse & Drilldown Query, Filter Query와 같은 ad-hoc 질의 서비스를 제안하였다.

기업간 전자상거래 국제 표준인 ebXML 의 표준 사양에 따른 정보등록저장소를 활용하여 각 산업별 B2B 표준 컨텐츠를 저장, 등록, 관리하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 각 산업별 기관별 등록저장 소가 만들어지고 또한 국가별로도 중앙등록저장소가 구현됨에 따라 이들을 서로 연계하여 산업간의 B2B 활용도를 높이고 또한 연동성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 찾고 있는 중이다. 이미 OASIS에서는 Federation 및 Replication 기능을 추가한 ebRS 2.5 버전 사양에 대한 드래프트를 제시하였고 표준으로 승인받기 위한 절차를 진행 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국전자거래진흥원의 지원하에 개발된 정보등록저장소의 Federation 및 Replication 처리시스템의 개발방법에 대해 살펴보고 현실에 적용할 때에 발생할 수 있는 제반 프로토콜상에서의 문제점 및 해결방안에 대해 논의해 보고자 한다.

ebXML 등록 및 저장소는 ebXML 프레임워크의 핵심부로 거래에 필요한 컨텐츠를 등록 저장 검색하는 기능을 제공한다. 거래 파트너간 상호 협업을 위해서는 등록된 기업 정보를 검색하는 것이 필수적이다. 현재 표준인 ebXML Registry Service 2.1 명세에서는 Filter Query와 SQL Query에 기반한 검색을 지원하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 등록 및 저장소에서 XQuery에 기반한 검색지원 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해서 주요 검색 질의를 XQuery로 지원하는 과정을 기술하고 이를 지원하기 위한 시스템을 설계한다.

ebXML은 기업간의 전자상거래를 위한 글로벌 표준으로 비즈니스 프로세스 및 문서, 메시지 서비스, 기업의 공용 등록소 및 저장소, 거래 약정 등에 관련된 세부 표준들로 구성되어 있다. 기업간에 혐의된 비즈니스 프로세스에 따라 상대 기업과 문서를 주고받고자 할 때에는, 비즈니스 응용 프로그램은 전송하고자 하는 문서와 메시지를 생성하고 전송하는데 필요한 파라미터들을 메시지 전송 모듈에 전달해야 한다. 본 논문에서는, 비즈니스 응용 프로그램과 메시지 전송 모듈 사이에 메시지 서비스 인터페이스를 제공할 때의 문제점을 정의하고, 이에 대한 해결책으로 효율적인 메시지 서비스 인터페이스인 메시지 채널을 제안한다. 더불어, 메시지 채널을 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 메시지 채널을 사용함으로써 비즈니스 응용 프로그램은 메시지를 전송하는데 필요한 파라미터들을 프로그램 내에 하드 코딩하지 않고 효율적으로 전달할 수 있다.

International Hydrography Organization has published S-100 Universal Hydrographic Data Model to support use of various hydrographic data for navigational safety. In the S-100 standards, it is possible to manage hydrographic data and apply various application field by introducing the concept of registry and its register. In this study, the S-100 standard based product specification in the field of maritime safety is developed by designing application schema according to general feature model defined in the S-100 standard, and feature catalogue is produced through simple registry.

음악 상품의 검색, 주문(계약), 대금결제, 배송 등에 있어서 기업들은 자신의 독자적인 비즈니스 방식과 거래 시스템을 구축하여 운영하기 때문에 기업과 기업간(B2B) 음악 상품의 전자 상거래에는 많은 어려움이 따른다. e비즈니스 표준 프레임워크인 ebXML은 기업의 전자 상거래를 위한 비즈니스 정보를 교환할 때 확장성 표기 언어를 적용해 기업간 시스템간의 상호 운용을 가능하게 하지만, 음반 산업분야의 적용은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 음악 B2B를 위해 ebXML 등록기 및 저장소를 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 설계, 구현한 등록기는 거래 당사자인 기업간에 음악 상품 및 기업의 거래 관련 정보를 공유하는 서비스를 제공하며, 저장소는 실세계의 기업간 음악 거래 정보 및 음악 거래에 사용되는 개체간의 연관성 정보를 저장하고 있다.

Earthquakes and volcanic information can vary in type and extent, from raw data to processed data. In order to be able to analyzed and modeled, information needs to be opened in any formats and provided with metadata from the Korea Meteorological Agency and related data production organizations. We propose the metadata and data registry related to volcanic disasters in a form that can be used in conjunction with the Korea Meteorological Administration system that manages earthquake and volcanic data in Korea. The standard registry refers to a virtual system that checks the standards developed for over 20 years in the field of geographic information and receives information registration to grasp the location of geographical features. It is not only data from natural disasters such as earthquakes and volcanoes, but also national environmental survey results, and the cooperation system with other organizations dealing with national land information is also important, so a registry that creates and operates standards is necessary. Therefore, creating and operating the standard registry is necessary and expected to contribute to academic openness and data-driven policy.
