기업 비즈니스를 위한 업무절차와 문서/데이터에서의 일관성 확보를 통한 비즈니스 프로세스의 표준화는 기업 내부적으로 효율적으로 개선된 프로세스에 기반한 정보화시스템의 구축뿐만 아니라, e-비즈니스 환경에서 기업간 협업체계로의 적용을 통해 새로운 기업가치의 창출을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 중소 규모의 업체에서 자사 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석 및 모델링하고 공개된 표준적 모델을 참조하여 자사 프로세스를 표준화하기 위한 방법론을 제시하고 있다. 즉, 기업이 유사 업종의 선진적인 표준모델을 참조 및 비교함으로써 프로세스 개선기회를 손쉽게 파악하고 자사 업무환경을 고려하여 프로세스 표준화의 구체적인 실행계획을 수립하기 전 단계까지의 과정에 대한 방법론의 개발을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과물은 표준모델의 참조를 통한 비즈니스 프로세스 표준화의 방법론으로 중소업체에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있으며, 업종 특성을 고려한 표준모델의 공개 및 보급과 함께 프로세스 표준화를 유도함으로써 기업내부 정보화뿐만 아니라 산업 전반에 걸친 정보화 및 e-비즈니스 환경의 구현을 촉진시킬 것으로 기대된다.

As the Internet-related products are launched in a variety of ways, if the products are not produced according to the world standardization model of the Internet, communication with the standardized products will not be smoothly performed. This study was carried out in order to improve the competitiveness of export by launching the global standardization promotion strategy of the Internet of things, to grasp the internet standardization trends of each country and to release the following products. This research work presents a strategic driving model that can enhance interoperability among heterogenous IoT devices. Therefore, this research proposed case by case strategic standard approach based on level of technologies.

Much research has been recently accomplished for standardization in cloud computing. However, little research on standardization of data sharing and exchanging has been studied. Most of all, the corresponding standardization organization suggests no specific standardization items and reference model. This paper defines the current standardization problems and proposes a set of specific standardization items and a reference model for supporting the semantic interoperability. To achieve the goal of this paper, the overall standardization trend in cloud computing is first analyzed. Especially, this paper describes the status of standard development for addressing the semantic interoperability of data. This paper also defines the potential standardization items based on the concepts of standards in the data exchanging and management field, which are used for developing standards in various fields. Finally, the reference model is describe to show the relationships between items and overall semantic interoperability process. This paper can be used as a guideline for development of standards and also can facilitate standardization of cloud computing.

본 연구는 한국, 미국, 일본의 ITS 표준추진체계 비교분석(Comparative Analysis)을 통해, 국가 ITS표준 추진체계의 운영효율화방안을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 ITS표준추진체계의 문제점을 파악하고, 국외사례분석을 통해 이를 개선할 수 있는 대응방안을 제언하였다. 미국, 일본사례 비교분석결과, 국가ITS표준화추진체계의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 관.민협력적, 범부처적 국가ITS표준추진체계 모델을 정립하고, 국제표준과 연계하여 국가표준, 부처표준, 단체표준을 추진하되, 해당표준이 표준의 기능과 역할에 부합하도록 개발.제정되어야한다. 사업자와 수요자의 다양한 요구(Need)를 신속히 표준화할 수 있도록 단체표준화육성을 통해 국가 표준화하고, 특히 교통안전과 공공성에 관련된 ITS기술은 정부부터가 강력히 규제할 수 있는 기술기준(Technical Regulation)을 도입하도록 하였다. 아울러 표준제정 뿐만 아니라 데이터등록소(Data Registry) 및 웹기반의 표준화활동 등 표준화구축사업을 통해 표준화의 활동을 활성화하도록 제언하였다.

본 고에서는 유럽의 정보 기반구조(EII, European Information Infrastructure) 표준화 관련 최신 기술 동향을 소개한다. EII 표준화는 현재 개념정립 단계를 지나 세부 표준화가 정립되고 각 과제별 추진 계획이 수립된 상태다. 정보 기반구조의 모형인 $\ulcorner$Enterprise Model$\lrcorner$과 모델 내 각 요소들간의 인터페이스 정의, 그리고 이들 인터페이스들로부터 표준화 $\ulcorner$하이웨이$\lrcorner$의 설정을 통한 세부 표준화 계획을 설명하고, 정립된 33개 세부 과제의 현황을 기술하였다.

프라이버시 참조구조(privacy reference architecture)는 구현 및 배치 상황을 바탕으로 해야 하며, 독립적으로 존재할 수 없다. 구조 설치는 프라이버시 인지 및 가능 ICT 시스템을 배치할 구조와 조화를 이루어 운영되며 정책을 반영하는 업무 관리 기능, 프로세스 및 절차를 종합적으로 고려하여 이루어진다. 업무 및 데이터 처리 모델 또는 인벤토리의 공식적인 구축 및 유지는 해당 조직에 적용되는 모든 프라이버시 및 정보 보호 요건에 부합해야 한다. 업무 프로세스 모델이 구축되고 데이터 처리 모델과의 비교가 완료되면 동의 취득 기능, 개인식별정보 범주화 및 태깅 기능, 감사 및 기록 절차, 보존 일정, 고지 및 보안 경보와 같은 프라이버시 통제수단을 정하고 필수적인 프라이버시 보호 요건과 비교할 수 있다. ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27 WG5의 프라이버시 표준화는 프라이버시 프레임워크, 프레임워크 기반 구현을 위한 프라이버시 레퍼런스 아키텍쳐를 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프라이버시 표준화를 위한 국외 표준화 동향을 소개하고, 향후 추진해야할 중점 표준화 항목을 도출한다.

최근 인터넷을 통한 전자상거래의 규모가 폭발적으로 증가하면서 B2B 거래품목을 합리적으로 표현하고 원활히 교환할 수 있는 표준화된 전자 카탈로그의 개발이 매우 중요한 과제로 떠오르고 있다. 전자 카탈로그에 표현된 상품정보의 내용과 표현은 중요한 표준화 대상이 된다. CommerceNet[1]에서는 전자 카탈로그 표준화 대상과 범위를 상품분류체계, 게시표준, 전송표준, 포맷표준, 표현표준, 디렉토리 서비스 등 총 6가지 분야를 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이들 표준화 대상영역 중에서 상품정보를 게시할 때 여러 가지 이질적인 상품정보를 하나의 표준적 프레임워크로 표현할 수 있는 개념적 모델을 기존의 연구들이 갖는 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 상품 표현 모델로 제시하고, 이런 모델을 갖는 XML 문서 형태의 상품 정보를 관계데이터베이스에 저장하고 질의하는 시스템을 구현한다.

The purpose of this research is to develop a standardization model for available stock management process among the entire Enterprise Resource Planning System modules of Automobile Parts Manufacturing Industry. The standardization model system is constructed through the phased method based on the development methodology of information establishment suggested by the Small and Medium Business Administration and Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for Small & Medium Enterprises. The standardization model is to develop the process modules of ordering management, storing management, delivering management, and stock management for available stock management process. The study will help the manufacturing business and related IT business which want to construct available stock management process under the ERP system to establish the system more effectively by applying the standardization model and also will provide them with construction availability and reliability. By application of this study results, the businesses will not only prevent the excessive possession of raw materials and products and reserve adequate and steady stock but also will check real-time stock, observe customer due date, decrease over-production and reduce stock cost.

휴대인터넷(와이브로) 표준화는 2003년 초부터 표준화가 시작되어 2007년 10월 전파통신총회에서 3G표준의 하나로 반영됨으로써 큰 이정표를 찍었다. 본 고는 표준화와 관련된 진행현황을 시간 순으로 요약하였으며 또한 일련의 과정에서 이슈화되었던 사항을 정리하였다. 아울러 표준화 측면에서 향후 와이브로가 나가야 할 방향은 국제전기통신 연합(ITU)에서 IMT-Advanced표준화가 시작되기 때문에 명약관화해진다. 본고는 향후 기술개발을 통한 국내 및 국제 표준화라는 전략을 세울 때 참조모델 중 하나로 적용가능 하리라 생각한다.
