Acme와 같은 ADL(Architecture Description Language) 들은 컴포넌트 기반 시스템의 아키텍쳐를 정형적으로 명세할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 하지만 날로 다각화되는 개발 과정 상의 이해관계들을 다 포용하지 못하고, 아키텍쳐에 특화된 별도의 표기 형식을 익혀야 하는 부담이 있어 아키텍쳐를 명세하는 언어로서 정착되지 못하고 있다. 반면 UML(Unified Modeling Language)은 범용 모델링 언어이여 소프트웨어 개발의 전 과정에 일관된 표기형식과 폭넓은 지원도구들을 제공하고 있어 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 사실상의 표준 언어로 자리잡고 있다. 이에 따라 지금까지 UML을 이용하여 아키텍쳐를 모델링하기 위한 연구들이 많이 진행되어 왔다. 특히 UML에서 표현수단이 미흡한 아키텍쳐의 핵심 개념들을 명시적으로 표현할 수 있도록 UML의 확장 메커니즘을 사용하여 UML을 특화하는 연구 결과들이 많이 소개되고 있으나 특화된 영역의 아키텍쳐를 기술하기에는 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 최근에 활발히 개발되고 있는 모바일 애플리케이션의 특징중의 하나인 device의 제약사항을 QoS로 정의하고 UML 확장메커니즘을 이용하여 모바일을 위한 아키텍쳐 모델링 언어 프레임웍을 제시하고 있다.

Many firms are utilizing the Internet and various information technologies to effectively manage their business operations with a goal of gaining a competitive advantage in the rapidly changing business environments. Today, the business is characterized as digital economy where information freely flows and business processes are improved with the use of information technologies. Internet technology is playing a key role in transforming the organization and creating new business models. It has become the infrastructure of choice for electronic commerce because it provides process efficiency, cost reduction, and open standards that can easily be adopted by different organizations. Here, the vast amount of data and information slow among the related parties and security issues are very critical matter of research interests by academicians and practitioners. In this research, we address the importance of security framework in managing the data shared among the related parties in the e-business and suggest the security architecture for effectively supporting the needs of e-business in an organization. This research provides valuable contributions both in academics and industry in terms of how security framework and architecture should be set in order to provide the necessary e-business.

이제 웹 어플리케이션도 과거의 정적이고 단방향의 형태에서 벗어나 다양한 화면과 인터랙티브한 어플리케이션으로의 전환의 시점을 맞이하였다. 이른바 RIA(RIch Internet Application)이라 불리는 새로운 형태의 어플리케이션 구현에 있어서 어떠한 기술을 이용하여 구현을 할 것인지, 어떠한 솔루션을 채택해야 하는지에 관한 것이 새로운 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이에 대한 방안으로 웹 프레임웍, 웹 표준, 솔루션의 세가지 형태를 살펴보고, 상황에 맞는 기술전략 가이드를 제시한다.

인터넷이 정보사회의 핵심 역할을 담당하면서 각 산업별로 생성되는 방대한 양의 콘텐츠들이 디지털화 되고, 각 인터넷 사이트는 고객의 수요에 따라 다양한 콘텐츠 선점을 통한 사이트의 경쟁력을 높이려 경주하고 있으나 자체 생산과 관리의 한계로 콘텐츠 신디케이션이 등장하였다. 그러나 산업기술 콘텐츠 신디케이터의 입장에서는 다양한 분류와 콘텐츠 제공업체(CP)에 따라서 서로 다른 데이터 표현으로 인하여 정보 수집에 있어 표준화된 프레임웍이 요원하였다. 따라서 이러한 문제점에 기초하여 관련 산업과 국제표준을 고찰해보고 융화시켜 국내 현실에 맞는 범용의 메타정보 프레임웍 구축을 통한 산업기술 콘텐츠 신디케이션 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다.

Todays enterprise networks are composed of multiple types of interconnected networks.Enterprise Networks interoperability between these technologies is needed. To enable interworking, it is necessary to be able to map between the relevant object models and to build on this to provide a mechanism to handle protocol conversion on the domain boundaries.In this paper, we describe a gateway between management application in the CORBA domain and agent in the SNMP domain and various integration methods. The main function of the gateway is to dynamically convert the method invocations on object reference in CORBA domain to SNMP messages for MIB entries at remote agents, We also present translation methods from SNMP MIB to CORBA IDL using Direct translation and Abstract translation. JIDM algorithm has no notion of containment and inheritance relationships between object classes and is difficult to understanding between management attribute and SNMP Action attribute. Abstract translation over come these problems.New superclasses define for common attributes and define explicit CORBA method for SNMP Action.It is a methodology for obtaining the CORBA-compliant management agents from already existing SNMP agents.

CORBA는 이종의 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 재사용성, 이식성, 상호 운용성을 유지하며 통합할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 그러나 표준 CORBA는 객체 복제를 이용하여 지원할 수 있는 결함 감내와 고 가용성을 지원하지 못한다. 지금까지의 CORBA 기반 그룹 통신에 관한 연구들은 CORBA 애플리케이션 프로그래머가 그룹 통신 프로토콜을 직접 이용할 수 있는 방법이 없었다. 또한 CORBA 또는 OS의 수정이 요구되거나, 기존의 다양한 그룹 통신 프로토콜을 적용할 수 없었다. 본 연구에서는 상호 운용성, 기존 그룹 통신 프로토콜의 재사용, ORB와 OS에 대한 독립성을 유지하고, 유연성 있는 하부 프로토콜 적용을 가능하게 하는 OCI를 확장함으로써, 표준 CORBA의 수정 없이 다양한 그룹 통신 프로토콜을 적용할 수 있는 그룹 통신 프레임웍을 제안한다.

디지털 방송용 멀티미디어 컨텐트는 객체 기반의 사용자 상호작용 지원 및 실시간스트리밍 기능을 가질 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 객체 기반 상호작용을 지원하는 디지털 방송용 MPEG-4 컨텐트 생성을 위한 저작 모델과 제안된 모델을 적용한 저작 도구를 소개한다. 특히 컨텐트의 상호 운용성을 지원하기 위해서 특정 파일 포맷에 독립적인 저작 인터페이스와 컨텐트 컴포지션 트리를 제안한다. 정의된 트리는 멀티미디어 디스크립션의 한 표준인 MPEG-4 표준안에서 제안한 장면 디스트립션 형식인 BIFS를 포함하여 다양한 포맷의 컨텐트 생성을 지원하고 기능에 대한 확장이 용이하다. 그리고 이를 응용한 저작 도구에서는 객체 기반 상호작용을 지원하는 방송용 컨텐트를 쉽게 생성할 수 있도록 효과나 템플릿 등 고급-수준의 시각적인 사용자 인터페이스를 제공한다.

Owing to changing work environment and increasing uncertainty, risk management in records management area is becoming more important to secure work legitimacy and to increase the value of information for future. While risk factors in traditional records management were mainly focused on the preservation function, those in current records management were directly coupled with those of overall work processes which produce, distribute, and utilize records because information technologies make the relationship between works and records closer. This study proposes a set of risk management factors and strategies in records management based on the overall risk management framework of ISO 31000. Moreover, ARMA's works areas and NIST's systems areas were applied to form the risk management processes in records management, and ISO's records management standards were used to suggest the checklists for the processes in both areas, especially with ISO TR 26122 for work processes, and ISO 16175-3 for the context of records.

무선 이동 통신의 발달로 인해, 각 이동 단말 장치에 따른 데이터 동기화 방법이 다양해짐에 따라 공통된 동기화 프로토콜 규격의 필요성이 대두되었다. SyncML 은 이기종 시스템 간의 상호 운용성을 보장하는 데이터 동기화 표준으로서 사용자와 벤더들에게 많은 장점을 제공하는 프로토콜로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SyncML 프로토콜에 대한 간략한 설명과 함께 SyncML 을 이용하여 개발된 서버의 프레임웍을 제시하고, 데이터 동기화를 처리해 주는 Sync Agent에 대하여 기술하였다.

이 논문에서는 산업계의 표준으로 널리 사용되고 있는 객체 지향 시스템의 명세 언어인 UML의 sequence diagram을 이용하여 객체 지향 시스템을 검증하는 방법과 이 방법을 테스팅 오라클을 생성하는데 사용할 수 있는 프레임웍을 제시하였다. 우리는 sequence diagram을 테스팅 결과의 검증에 사용하기 위하여 정형적으로 재정의 하였다. 그리고 시제 논리의 강력한 검증 능력을 사용하기 위해서 Half-Order Dynamic Temporal Logic(HDTL)이라 불리는 새로운 시제 논리를 정의하였고 sequence diagram을 HDTL 논리식으로 변화시키는 의미 함수(semantic function)를 정의하였다. HDTL에서 오토마톤을 생성하기 위해서 Tableau 방법을 변형하여 적용시켰다. 이 결과 생성된 오토마톤은 이상 상태(anomaly), 즉 sequence diagram에 표현되지 않은 사건(evevt)의 발생을 검색하는 오라클로 사용할 수 있다. 테스팅의 결과를 수작업으로 검증하는 것은 매우 어렵고 오류가 발생하기 쉬운 작업이므로 제안한 방법은 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
