국내외적으로 의료 데이터의 전산 자동화 처리에 관심과 노력이 기울여 진 후 대부분의 병원에 의료 정보 시스템이 보급되었다. 의료 데이터가 컴퓨터 시스템에 저장되어 병원 내 각 부서별 자원의 공유가 가능하거나 병원 간 자료 전송이 원활하게 이루어진다면 오프라인으로 처리 및 보관하는데서 발생하는 자료의 관리 노력과 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한 인터넷 전용선과 광케이블의 보급으로 인하여 원격 시스템 사용이 원활하게 진행될 전망이며, 치료 정도 시스템의 경우 원격 진료 및 환자 정보 검색이 가능하게 된다. 하지만 의료 데이터가 인터넷을 통해 전송될 경우 환자의 사생활 침해 및 의사와 환자 간의 비밀 보장이 파괴될 우려가 남아있게 된다. 데이터 접근 권한 및 데이터 전송에서 오는 보안 기법이 확립되어야 하나, 국내의 경우 의료 정보 유출에 대한 법령과 체계적인 지침 등이 미흡한 상태이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전자 문서 교환 표준으로 제안되고 있는 XML을 이용하여 의료 데이터가 전송 공유 가능한 병원 정보 교환 시스템(Hospital Information Exchange System : HIES)을 구축하고 데이터 접근 및 전송에 적용 가능한 보안 기법을 소개하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 온라인 다중 사용자 환경의 eBook annotation 시스템 개발에서 데이터를 의미 기반으로 관리하고, 데이터에 대하여 상호 공통적인 이해를 표현하며, 그리고 데이터에 대한 무결성 검사 등을 지원하기 위해서 eBook annotation 온톨로지를 설계하였다. eBook annotation 데이터에 대한 상호 공통적이 이해를 표현을 위해서 한국 전자책 문서 표준인 EBKS(Electronic Book of korra Standard)를 기반으로 설계하였으며 설계된 온톨로지는 Conceptual Graph(CG)를 사용하여 표현하였다. 의미 기반의 처리를 위해서 본 온톨로지에서는 동의어(Synonym) 관계와 다국어(Interlingua) 관계를 고려하였으며 또한 annotation 데이터 생성시 오류 방지와 중요도를 표현하기 위해서 integrity, important axiom을 고려했다. 제안된 온톨로지는 annotation 데이터의 재사용성을 높일 수 있고 의미 정보를 활용함으로써 eLearning, cyberclass과 같은 다중 사용자 환경에서 효과적인 협업을 가능하게 한다.

최근 웹 기반의 XML이 인터넷 전자거래 및 데이터 전송에 이용되고 있다. 인터넷을 통해 비즈니스 거래가 신뢰성 있게 수행되기 위해서 XML 키 관리의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. XKMS는 XML 문서를 교환하기 위해 보안을 목적으로 사용되는 암호화키의 안전한 관리를 위한 명세이다. 그러나 키의 분실 및 키 재발행 시 키의 변경에 따른 키 관리 방법에 대해서는 정의하지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 XKMS 표준 명세를 준수하는 키 변경에 따른 확장된 키 재발행(Extended-Reissue) 서비스를 제안한다. 제안하는 방식은 서버에 이전 사용자의 개인키를 저장하고, 키 분실 및 변경에 따른 키 재발행 시 분실키와 신규 키를 동시에 사용함으로써 효율적인 보안 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

With the National Archives of Korea's establishment of the Selection Criteria for Preservation Format of Digital Records (v1.0) in 2022, criteria have been formed to facilitate the selection of appropriate preservation formats for various types of digital records. With the advancement of technology, diverse electronic file types are produced. However, no specific criteria exist for records other than document types, such as PDF/A-1b. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to derive intrinsic criteria for selecting preservation formats for audiovisual records, particularly focusing on video-type digital records, to expand the scope of the preservation format selection criteria. Initially, significant properties of video-type digital records were determined, forming the basis for the intrinsic criteria. According to these properties, the video types were categorized into container type and codec type, and three and six evaluation criteria items were derived, respectively. By structuring evaluation criteria for each attribute, this paper proposes intrinsic criteria for selecting preservation formats for video-type electronic records.

W3C has developed the RDF standard for utilizing ontology in Web applications. This paper presents extracting, storing, and applying ontology on product data. The management and document information included in DWG files is focused as an example. By analyzing the relationship among the drawing data, the RDF schema is designed frist. Based on the schema ontology is extracted and stored in XML files. As an application of the stored ontology, we the schema ontology is extracted and stored in XML files. As an application of the stored ontology, we can reconfigure the sitemap of drawing data repositories. In this example, the users can select the view that he or she is interested in (e.g., designer, document, project). With such various views of an drawing data repository, the users can access the specific data more effectively.

오늘날 우리사회는 컴퓨터기술과 통신기술의 발달로 인하여 정보사회로의 이행이 급속히 진전되고 있으며, 기업들은 치열한 경쟁에서 살아남기 위하여 정보기술을 이용한 경영혁신에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 정보기술의 급속한 발달에 따라 정보시스템의 기능이 조직의 내부에서 점차적으로 조직외부의 고객과 공급자 그리고 경쟁자 등으로 그 초점이 이동되어가고 있는 실정이다. 기업조지간에 통신망기술로 연결하여 정보를 교환하는 조직간정보시스템(Interorganizational System : IOS) 은 산업의 구조를 변화시킬 뿐만 아니라 , 기업에 잠재적 경쟁우위를 제공하는데 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 조직간정보 시스템이 특수한 형태인 전자자료교환(Electronic Data Interchange : EDI) 시스템은 표준양식에 의한 기업간의 거래문서를 전자적으로 컴퓨터와 컴퓨터간 통신 네트워크에 의해 교환하는 것으로서, 기업간 정보거개의 혁신적인 개선과 업무절차의 간소화에 의한 생산성의 향상 및 업무의 효율성 증대 등 획기적인 성과를 가져온다. 본 연구의 목적은 EDI 시스템의 성공적 구현에 영향을 미치는 주요요인에 대한 중요도 순위를 설문을 통하여 조사하고자 하는 것이다. 우선 EDI 시스템의 개념을 살펴본후, EDI 시스템구현의 성공요인에 대한 선행연구들을 고찰하고, 선행연구에서 도출된 주요요인들을 연구자별로 분류하여, 본 연구에서 조사하고자 하는 요인들을 설정한다. 다음으로 EDI를 이용하고 있는 국내기업의 70여개 기업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 본 연구에서 조사하고자 하는 19가지 주요요인에 대한 중요도를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다.

Telematics services are being widely used recently. However, data sharing is restricted because data representations among telematics severs and terminals are not yet standardized. Moreover, changes of some data items can cause the modification of telematics software. To resolve the problem, we define an XML-based markup language, called tele-XML, for the standard representation of telematics data, and design a framework and related schema for the tele-XML. We also implement API libraries and program modules for the processing of tele-XML documents. By using the proposed representation and processing scheme, the previous problem can be resolved.

As a means of overcoming the linguistic barrier between different languages in the Internet cyberspace, a sign-language communication system has been proposed. However, the system supports avatars having the same model structure so that it is difficult to communicate between different avatar models. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new gesture communication system in which different avatars models can communicate with each other by using a FBML (Facial Body Markup Language). Using the FBML, we define a standard document format that contains the messages to be transferred between models, where the document includes the action units of facial expression and the joint angles of gesture animation. The proposed system is implemented with Visual C++ and Open Inventor on Windows platforms. The experimental results demonstrate a possibility that the method could be used as an efficient means to overcome the linguistic problem.

This paper propose multiplex Certification remote education agent system using XML digital signature to satisfy security requirement.

Recently Digital Content has been to product, process and circulate fast. Also Environment and personality of user who consume digital content have been to diversify. These would be provide customized digital content to satisfy user request following specific character, environment and personality of user. In this paper, We design and implement customized content creation and consumption based on DID of MPEG-21 framework which is processing the standardization in MPEG. It filled in standard document md packaging according to the selection of the user.
