본 논문에서는 각종 문화콘텐츠의 진위와 표절을 검출하는 방법론에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 문화콘텐츠에 대한 표절과 위작 감정이 어떤 방법으로 되어 왔는가에 대해 살펴보고 본 방법과의 비교,고찰을 행하고자 한다. 실험 대상은 우선적으로 미술품등에 대해 수행하였으며 이를 토대로 개발하고 있는 시스템이 표절 감정 및 위작 감정에 유용하게 도움을 줄수 있는 방법임을 밝히고자 한다. 끝으로 현재까지 실험이 수행된 부분에 대해 서 실험 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, survey of technical methods for protecting intellectual properties and proposal of art works plagiarism detection are accomplished. For this, in this paper, a survey of technical methods for inspecting of program source code plagiarism, analysis of natural languages plagiarism types and existing inspection methods are accomplished Also, author verification system and plagiarism detection about ancient literatures or art works is proposed because of ancient literatures or art work are important in the aspect of cultural properties control, protecting of author's intellectual property and owner's property estimation.

본 논문에서는 프로그램 소스 코드로부터 표절을 감정하는 기술적 방법론에 대한 고찰과 자연어 형태로 쓰여진 팔에 대한 표절 형태 및 이를 감정하기 위한 기술적 방법들에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 미술품이나 고문헌등에 대한 저작자의 진위 여부 및 표절 감정은 저자뿐만 아니라 소장자의 재산가치 평가 및 문화재 관리측면에서 대단히 중요한 문제이기 때문에 이를 기술적으로 처리하기 위한 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 최종적으로 실험에 의해 븐 논문의 유용성을 입증코자 한다.

It is very important to protect digital copyright such as computer software, digital contents, and others because national power is influenced at present and in the future. This paper deals with the trend of domestic and foreign researches related to digital copyright and the comparative analysis of software tools fur being a systematic judge of the piracy. This paper focuses on the foreign trend of judge business based on JISC and the domestic movement. It also comparatively analyses software tools to judge natural language or program piracy.

Plagiarism refers to the act of using the original data as if it were one's own without revealing the source. The plagiarism of source code causes a variety of problems, including legal disputes. Plagiarism in software projects is usually determined by measuring similarity by comparing every pair of source code within two projects. However, blindly comparing every pair has been a huge computational burden, causing a major factor of not using tools of better accuracy. If we can only compare pairs that are probable to be clones, eliminating pairs that are impossible to be clones, we can concentrate more on improving the accuracy of detection. In this paper, we propose a method of selecting highly probable candidates of clone pairs by pre-classifying suspected source-codes using a machine-learning model called code2vec.

음악 표절 분석은 특정 수치로 정형화된 사례가 없다. 음악과 관련된 표절 시비는 모두 전문가의 감성에 의존할 것이 사실이다. 따라서 전문가 사이에 감정이 개입될 여지가 있기 때문에 표절 시비가 끊이지 않는다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지금까지 사람의 감성에만 의존하였던 음원의 표절 분석을 시스템적으로 분석하기 위해 필요한 음원 요소에 대해서 연구하고자 한다. 따라서 음악 표절 분석을 위해 필요한 음원 요소에 대해서 분석하고, 분석 시스템 구현에 필요한 MusicString 문법에 대해 기술한다. 또한 구현에 필요한 AST 구성과 유사도 알고리즘에 대해서 기술한다. 본 논문은 향후 음악표절 분석 시스템을 자동화하기 위한 초석을 마련할 수 있으며, 검수자의 감성에 의존하는 표절 관련 시비를 조금이나마 개선하고자 한다.

This paper describes the plagiarism inspection supporting system of typical cultural contents or properties such as game programs, cultural contents of natural language documents and art works and proposes the cultural contents the plagiarism inspection supporting system For this, firstly, a survey of plagiarism inspection methods and tools for supporting Plagiarism inspection about programs, cultural contents of natural language documents are discussed. Secondly, the technical method for supporting plagiarism inspection of cultural art works by analyzing the drawing characteristics of authors is proposed. Finally, the experimental results show the effectiveness of this paper.

컴퓨터 소프트웨어, 디지털 콘텐츠등 디지털 정보 재산권의 보호는 현재 뿐 아니라 향후 국가의 국력을 좌우할 수 있을 정도로 대단히 중요한 과제가 아닐 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 표절의 자동검출을 위하여 제작된 각종 소프트웨어 감정 도구들을 여러 각도에서 비교 분석하여 각 도구의 유용성, 제한성, 주요 적용환경 및 분야, 사용방법 등을 제시함으로써 향후 소프트웨어 복제 감정에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

디지털 시대의 도래와 함께 국내외적으로 SW 및 디지털 콘텐츠로 확대되고 있는 표절과 불법복제 문제의 심각성은 날로 더해가고 있으며, 이에 따른 사회 경제적인 폐해 규모도 급격히 증가하고 있다. 따라서 SW표절과 불법복제로부터 저작권 보호를 위한 적극적 대응 방안으로 SW복제도 감정에 적합하고 유용한 SW시스템 개발의 필요성을 인식하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 SW복제도 감정, 즉 두 프로그램 사이의 동일 유사성 정도를 판단하기 위해 제안된 유사성 탐지도구의 핵심 설계구조 및 기반 기술 등 전반적인 구현 메커니즘에 관하여 논한다.
