3D 지리정보 통합 플렛폼을 활용하여 해양교통시설 정보 및 이를 운영하기 위한 다양한 부가정보(기상, 낙뢰, 지진, AIS 등)를 매쉬업하여 표출함으로서 해양교통시설을 효과적으로 운영관리하고 이를 활용하여 서비스 이용자 접근성을 보다 표리하게 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Objectives : Assuming that the characteristic of meridian system has been similar to this of electric potentials in human body and that measurements of electric potential at well(井穴) and sea(合穴) points in branches of the twelves meridians will be representative of measurements of the twelve meridians, to measure the electric potentials in twenty healthy volunteers when they were sleeping or waking respectively, to do significance test for electric potential of meridian system between hand and foot meridian, yin and yang meridian, exterior and interior of the body, and among the five elements. Methods : When twenty healthy volunteers were sleeping, their electric potentials of well and sea points in branches of the twelve meridians were simultaneously measured by physiograph. After a minute we measured them again, totally 5 times. And then when they were waking, their electric potentials were measured 5 times by the above method. Results : Measurements were analyzed by statistical t-test, we obtained that the left side electric potential of hand or yin meridian was significantly different from that of foot or yang meridian both sleeping and waking. The right side of electric potential was the same result as the left side's. Most of the t-test was significant between exterior and interior of the body, and among the five elements. That meaned that it was partly possible to apply the ancient theory of meridians to the study of electric potential at well and sea points in branches of the twelves meridians.

In order to clear the basic concept about oriental medical physiology and pathology, We studied the theory of three yin, three yang, and it is based on the principle that yang goes forward and yin goes back. The result were summarized as follows. 1. It showed how to originate about the concept of three yin three yang. 2. It showed the logical basis concerning that the TAIYANG channels are open, the YANGMING channels are shut, the SHAOYANG channels are pivots, the TAIYIN open, SHAOYIN shut, JUEYIN pivots. 3. According to the opening, closing, pivoting principle, It explained the exterior and interior relation such as TAIYANG and SHAOYIN, YANGMING and TAIYIN, SHAOYANG and JUEYIN. 4. According to the opening, closing, pivoting principle, It showed that arteries of the twelve channels rotated in lung channel of hand-TAIYIN, the large intestine channel of hand-YANGMING, the stomach channel of foot-YANGMING, the spleen channel of foot-TAIYIN, the heart channel of hand-SHAOYIN, the small intestine channel of hand-SHAOYANG, the urinary bladder channel of foot-TAIYANG, the kidney channel of foot-SHAOYIN, the pericardium channel of hand-JUEYIN, the sanjiao(三焦) channel of hand-SHAOYANG, the gall bladder channel of foot-SHAOYANG, the liver channel of foot-JUEYIN. 5. As arteries of the twelve channels was based on the cycle, the logical criticism about Napgibup(納氣法) was shown.

The physiologic and pathologic theories of "The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine (黃帝內經)" were based on yin-yang theory. It has been an important constituent of traditional Chinese medicine, and the eight principal syndromes have been main guidelines in diagnosis and treatment. Recently it had an great influene on the formation of the pathophysiology of Constitutional medicine. Therefore each constitution menifests special pathophysiologic propriorities of the eight pricipal syndromes, especially specific to one's constitution. So we can recognize specific patterns of the yin and yang, cold and heat, exterior and interior, deficient and excessive syndromes through a series of processes distinguishing one's constitution. The theory of the Constitutional medicine, however, has contained those achievements in a new angle and view the problem from a little different standpoint. The dynamic relationships inevitably have caused certain changes and distortions in the meaning and application of eight principles. These are a progress in medical science, and this advance is the stirring venture of Lee jaema. This thesis has intended to show the delicate relationship between the two, and investigate into these "changes and distortions".

공정하고 투명한 선거를 이루기 위해서는 비밀성(privacy), 선거권(eligibiligy) 등과 더불어 전체검증(universally verifiability)과 매표방지(receipt-freeness) 속성이 반드시 제공되어야 한다. 그러나 전체검증은 누구나 투표내용을 확인할 수 있는 방법을 제공하는 것이고 매표방지는 투표내용과 투표자를 연결할 수 있는 방법을 차단하는 것으로 두가지 특성은 상호표리적 관계에 있어서 두가지 특성을 동시에 만족시키기가 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 신뢰할 수 있는 제3자인 정직한 랜덤마이저(Honest Randomizer, HR)와 최소한의 물리적 가정인 HR에서 유권자로 가는 도청 불가능한 채널(untappable channel)을 이용하여 전체검증과 매표방지를 제공하는 효율적인 전자선거 기법을 제안한다.

Industrial products are getting more and more complex. The number of parts or components and the variety of manufacturing processes are increasing. This leads to rapid product oriented machine tools. The process integrated CNC lathe is one of the these machine tools which can produce numerous parts and various machining processes and reduce the lead time and non-machining time. Therefore this study deals with the design technique of a process-intergated CNC lathe which can reduce the tact time and production cost by the speed-up of the tooling system and the high-speed machining oriented construction of 2 spindles and 2 turrets.

Objectives The aim of study was to suggest diagnostic indicator according to Exterior-Interior disease for the Sasang Constitution based on original symptom. Methods We investigated the literature(『Dongeuisusebowon sinchukbon』) and another study(Clinical Practice Guideline for Disease of Sasang Constitutional Medicine: Diagnosis and Algorithm). As a result, we developed diagnostic indicator of original symptom for Exterior-Interior disease in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Results and Conclusions Diagnosis of Exterior-Interior disease in Sasang Constitution was decided by heat and cold of original symptom. Detailed indicators of diagnosis in Exterior-Interior disease were heat/cold sensitivity, the degree of sweating, the amount of drinking water, thirst, face color and somatalgia.

우리나라의 경제적(經濟的) 수종(樹種)이며 주요(主要)한 조림수종(造林樹種)인 잣나무재(材), 젓나무재(材) 및 낙엽송재(材)에 대(對)하여 정적(靜的) 못박기 방법(方法)에 의(依)한 함수율(含水率)과 저항(抵抗)과의 관계(關係), 함수율(含水率)과 표리면할열(表裏面割裂) 길이와의 관계(關係), 함수율(含水率)과 표(表), 이면(裏面) 할열폭(割裂幅)과의 관계(關係)와 못박기 속도(速度)와 할열(割裂)길이와의 관계(關係), 못박기 속도(速度)와 할열폭(割裂幅)과의 관계(關係)를 측정(測定)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1) 함수율(含水率)이 증가(增加)함에 따라 정적(靜的)박기 저항(抵抗)은 감소(減少)되고 특(特)히 낙엽송재(材)는 타수종(他樹種)에 비(比)하여 현저하게 저항(抵抗)이 감소(減少)한다.(Fig. 1~3) 2) 함수율(含水率)이 증가(增加)함에 따라 표리면할열(表裏面割裂) 길이와 폭(幅)이 감소(減少)한다.(Fig.4~5) 3) 표면할열(表面割裂)길이와 폭(幅)보다 이면할열(裏面割裂) 길이와 폭(幅)이 배(倍) 이상(以上) 크다.(Fig.5~6) 4) 수종별(樹種別)로는 낙엽송재(材)가 현저하게 할열(割裂)이 컸고, 젓나무재(材), 잣나무재(材) 순(順)으로 할열(割裂)이 작게 일어난다.(Fig.7~8) 5) 속도(速度)가 증가(增加)함에 따라 표면할열(表面割裂) 길이와 폭(幅)은 약간 증가(增加)하는 경향(傾向)을 나타내고 있다.(Fig.8~9) 6) 못박기 속도(速度)에서도 함수율(含水率)과 마찬가지로 이면할열(裏面割裂)이 표면할열(表面割裂) 보다 배(倍) 이상(以上) 컸다.(Fig.10~11)

Objectives : By comparing the correspondence of Three Eums and Yangs (三陰三陽) to calendr in ${\ulcorner}Somun\;Make'ae{\lrcorner}$ with twelve principal divinatory symbols, this paper intends to explain the exterior and interior of meridian system using the phenomena of the trigrams from Juyeok(卦). It also tries to relate the phenomena of the trigrams with the characteristics of the original Gi (本氣) of Three Em and Yangs tough the interpretation of Three Eums and Yangs assigned to twelve principal divinatory symbols. Methods : This paper compares the correspondence of Three Eums and Yangs to calendar in ${\ulcorner}Somun\;Make'ae{\lrcorner}$ with twelve principal divinatory symbols. By this, it traces the making of the exterior and interior relationship between Taeeum (太陰)-Yangmyeong (陽明), Soeum (少陰)-Taeyang (太陽), and Gworeum (厥陰)-Soyang (少陽) through the phenomena of trigrams assigned to Three Eums and Yangs. It also interprets Three Em and Yangs assigned to twelve principal divinatory symbols, using the original Gi of the six atmospheric influences(六氣). Results and Conclusions : Three Eums and Yangs in ${\ulcorner}Somun\;Make'ae{\lrcorner}$ signify the six meridians of the leg. Soeum (少陰) is assigned to October in ${\ulcorner}Somun\;Make'ae{\lrcorner}$ but it is more appropriate to assign it to July. If Soeum (少陰) is assigned to July, Three Eums and Yangs have phenoma of the trigrams with Em and Yang lines (陽爻) counter to each other, and can be explained as the exterior and interior relationship. lastly, in case of Three Eums and Yangs assigned to twelve principal divinatory symbols, the phenomena of the trigrams can be interpreted as the original Gi of Three Eums and Yangs.

Objectives : The aim of this paper is to examine texts that deal with the clinical application of the exterior-interior relationship between the Heart and Small Intestine. Methods : Texts that apply the Heart and Small Intestine relationship to treating urine disorders were selected and analyzed. Results : The relevance of the Heart-SI relationship to urine disorders was first discussed in the 『Zhubingyuanhoulun(諸病源候論)』, and the theory was finally applied to clinical treatment of urine disorders in the 『Waitaimiyao(外臺秘要)』. Text analysis revealed that Daochisan of the 『Yujiweiyi(玉機微義)』, Daochisan of the 『Yizongjinjian(醫宗金鑑)』, HupoDaochitang of the 『Yichunshengyi(醫醇賸義)』, and Daochiyinjiaweifang of the 『Xuezhenglun(血證論)』 were of Daochisan affiliation, while those that were not of this affiliation were Gandihuangwan of the 『Waitaimiyao(外臺秘要)』, Xijiaotang of the 『Shengjizonglu(聖濟總錄)』 and 『Pujifang(普濟方)』, Rushensan and Xijiaodihuangtang of the 『Qixiaoliangfang(奇效良方)』, and Liangxinlishuitang of the 『Bianzhenglu(辨證錄)』, indicating that the formulas used for treatment were mostly affiliated with Daochisan. When clinically applying the exterior-interior relationship of the Heart and SI to urine disorders, the phenomenon can be most closely matched to the biomedical concept of Overactive Bladder. Discussion : Based on the finding that the formula following the exterior-interior relationship of the Heart and SI was first mentioned in 『Waitaimiyao(外臺秘要)』 published in 752, and was continuously mentioned in the 『Xuezhenglun(血證論)』 which was published in 1884, it is highly probable that the exterior-interior relationship theory of the Heart and SI and its clinical application closely influenced each other.
