본 논문에서는 스위칭 손실을 저감한 고주파 인터리브드 토템폴 브리지리스 부스트 PFC 컨버터를 제안한다. 인터리브드 토템폴 브리지리스 부스트 PFC 컨버터는 하드 스위칭 동작을 하기 때문에 큰 스위칭 손실을 가지며, 고주파에서의 동작이 제한된다. 제안하는 컨버터는 수동 소자인 인덕터가 추가된 구조이며, 추가 인덕터의 에너지를 이용해 영전압 스위칭을 할 수 있다. 그 결과, 스위칭 손실이 저감되고 고주파 동작이 가능해진다. 또한 기존에 설계된 회로와 제어단을 그대로 유지할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 전기자동차용 충전기를 위한 전해커패시터가 없는 단일단 인터리브드 토템폴 소프트스위칭 AC-DC 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안하는 단일단 충전기는 토템폴 구조에 인터리빙 회로를 적용하여 소자의 수를 최소화하였으며 넓은 전압 및 부하영역에서 스위치의 ZVS 턴 온 및 다이오드의 ZCS 턴 오프를 성취하여 고효율을 달성할 수 있다. 또한 CCM 동작으로 인해 입력필터가 작고 스위치의 도통손실을 감소시킬 수 있으며 전해커패시터를 제거하고 필름커패시터를 사용하여 높은 전력밀도와 내구성을 만족한다. 제안하는 전기자동차용 충전기의 동작원리를 제시하고 시작품을 통해 본 논문의 타당성을 검증하였다.

In this paper, a coupled-fed monopole antenna for LTE/WWAN mobile handset applications is presented. The antenna consists of a monopole, a coupling strip, a feeding pad, a stub, and a shorting strip. The basic resonance of the monopole combines with the resonance formed by the coupling that occurs between the coupling strip and the feeding pad to include LTE700(698~787 MHz), GSM850(824~894 MHz), and GSM900(890~960 MHz) bands. The resonance of the stub combines with the harmonics of the monopole to include GSM1800(1,710~1,880 MHz), GSM1900(1,850~1,990 MHz), and UMTS(1,920~2,170 MHz) bands. Therefore, the proposed antenna is suitable as antenna for hexa-band mobile handset applications, covering LTE700, GSM850, GSM900, GSM1800, GSM1900, and UMTS bands. A stable and omni-directional radiation pattern with reasonable gains is observed within the operating bandwidth.

This paper explores the concept of pure language introduced in Walter Benjamin's "The Task of the Translator" and looks at various perspectives on this concept represented in theories of Paul De Man and Gilles Deleuze and a short story of Jorge Luis Borges. According to "The Task of the Translator," pure language is defined as a vessel of which fragments are the original and the translation. Just as fragments are part of a vessel, so the original and the translation are fragments of a greater language, which is pure language. On the other hand, De Man, from a deconstructive criticism, says that pure language does not exist except as a permanent disjunction, which inhabits all languages as such, and that any work is totally fragmented in relation to this pure language and every translation is totally fragmented in relation to the original. While De Man consider pure language incorporeal, Deleuzian interpretation regards it as a virtual object or differenciator in relation to which the two series of the original and the translation coexist and resonate. Finally in Borges's "Pierre Menard, Author of the Quixote" Menard attempt to translate Cervantes's Don Quixote identically in every detail. By showing a case in which the original and the translation are the same, Borges raises a question what would take place in relation to pure language if the original and the translation were identical. In Deleuze, identity and resemblance are the result of a differenciator, but in Borges, identity is a differenciator which produces differences. If we apply this logic to the last paragraph of "The Task of the Translator," we can say the interlinear version of Scriptures, as the prototype or ideal of all translation, in the form of which the original and the translation must be one, is a differenciator, an endless difference-making machine.

본 논문에서는 대용량 전력 어플리케이션에 적합한 인터리브드 토템폴 브리지리스 부스트 PFC 컨버터의 전입력전압 범위, 전부하에서 소프트 스위칭을 달성하여 높은 효율을 얻는 새로운 PFC 컨버터를 제안한다. 기존의 회로는 하드 스위칭에 의해 큰 스위칭 손실을 가져 효율이 낮을 뿐만 아니라 소자에 부담을 주어 높은 성능의 방열 시스템을 필요로 한다. 제안하는 컨버터는 하나의 인덕터가 추가되었으며, 위상 천이 기법을 통해 적절한 크기의 전류를 생성하여 소프트 스위칭을 달성하면서도 추가적인 손실을 최소화 한다. 따라서 전 부하에 걸쳐 높은 효율을 얻을 수 있다.

This paper focuses on the design of microspeakers with minimum flux leakage, for use in radiotelegraphy. The response surface methodology (RSM) is applied as the optimization technique for obtaining a large magnetic force and a small flux leakage on diaphragm. The object functions of this optimization are the magnetic force and the flux leakage along three factors; pole piece thickness, magnet grade and yoke thickness, which are determined by the design of the experiment. The magnetic force and the flux leakage are calculated for each condition and optimized by results evaluated with RSM. For a pole piece thickness of 0.9 mm, a magnet grade of N42H and a yoke thickness of 0.75 mm, the magnetic force is satisfied as initial model and flux leakage is decreased to 11.8% than initial model.

This paper proposes a single-stage interleaved totem-pole on-board battery charger with a simple structure and a reduced component count. Apart from achieving ZVS turn-on of all switches and ZCS turn-off of all diodes, this charger does not require an input filter due to its CCM operation and bulky electrolytic capacitors, which in turn result in a high power density. A single-stage power conversion technique is applied to the interleaved structure in order to achieve a high power density and high efficiency. A 2.5 kW prototype of the proposed charger is also built and tested to validate the proposed operation.

본 논문에서는, 유니버셜 입력 전압에서 높은 효율을 가지는 새로운 구조의 브리지리스 부스트 PFC 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안하는 컨버터는 두 개의 인덕터와 네 개의 GaN 스위치, 두 개의 다이오드와 SPDT 릴레이를 사용하여 입력 전압에 따라 토폴로지 변환이 가능하다. 로우라인 입력전압이 인가될 경우, 제안하는 컨버터는 기존의 인터리브드 토템폴 브리지리스 PFC 컨버터로 동작하는 반면, 하이라인 입력전압이 인가될 경우, 제안하는 컨버터는 하나의 부스트 컨버터로 동작하게 된다. 따라서 제안하는 컨버터는 유니버셜 입력전압에서 높은 효율을 가지며, 고효율을 요구하는 서버용 전원장치나 유니버셜 입력을 요구하는 기타 PFC 어플리케이션에 적용될 수 있다. 제안하는 컨버터는 유니버셜 라인 입력 ($90V_{AC}{\sim}265V_{AC}$), 400V / 1.6kW 출력의 프로토타입 컨버터를 통해 동작을 검증하였다.

본 논문은 단상/3상 겸용 단일단 800V 전기차 탑재형 충전기를 제안한다. 제안하는 단일단 충전기는 넓은 단상/3상의 계통전압(120V-240V)에도 스위치의 ZVS 턴 온을 보장하며 전해 콘덴서 없이 DC충전이 가능하다. 2상 인터리브드 토템폴 구조로 구성되어 입력필터가 작으며 전해콘덴서가 없어서 5.5kW/L의 높은 전력밀도를 달성하였다. 또한 4차 고조파 주입 알고리즘을 통해 고조파 규정인 EN 61000-3-2 규정을 만족한다. 시작품의 타당성 및 성능 검증을 위해 SiC 소자를 적용하여 스위칭 주파수 150kHz의 11kW급 충전기를 제작하였고 제안하는 컨버터의 타당성 및 성능을 검증하였다.
