국내 항만배후단지 부가가치 물류활동 분석 연구

  • 우리나라 항만배후단지는 수출입 화주의 글로벌 SCM 지원 및 효율적 물류활동을 지원하고, 항만의 고부가가치화를 실현하기 위해 개발 및 운영되고 있다. 따라서 물류센터를 운영하는 항만배후단지 입주기업들은 다양한 부가가치 물류활동을 수행할 것으로 기대되었으나, 여전히 단순 보관기능 위주의 활동에 치중되어 있다는 비판을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 항만배후단지 입주기업의 부가가치 물류활동 실태를 설문조사를 통해 분석하였다. 응답 입주기업의 44%가 단순 하역, 운송, 보관 기능만 수행하는 것으로 조사되었고, 5개 이상 부가가치 물류활동을 수행하는 기업은 전체의 11%로 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 또한 포장, 분류, 라벨링 등 비교적 저수준의 부가가가치 물류활동이 전체 부가가치 물류활동의 약 60%로 나타났고, 2017년 기준 부가가치 환적화물의 처리 비중은 2.6%로 상당히 낮은 결과를 나타냈다. 항만배후단지 입주기업의 부가가치 물류활동 수준을 제고하고, 부가가치 환적화물 유치 강화 등을 위한 경쟁력 강화방안 마련이 요구된다.

A Survey of Korean Consumers' Awareness on Animal Welfare of Laying Hens (산란계 동물복지에 대한 국내 소비자의 인지도 조사)

  • This study was conducted twice to investigate egg purchase behavior and perception on animal welfare of Korean consumers. This study included women, who were the main decision makers and caretakers in the household, and men with one-person household. This survey was conducted with by the Computer Assisted Web Interview and Gang Survey methods. On the key considerations factor, the highest response rate was considered to be 'price', and the response rate of considering 'packing date' increased in the second survey. At a reasonable price based on 10 eggs, the response rate was the highest at 53.8% and 42.9% in both the first and second surveys and the appropriate price averages were 2,482 won and 2,132 won, respectively. The highest rate of purchase of egg consumers from 'Large Mart' followed by 'Medium sized supermarket' and 'Chain supermarket'. As for the awareness about animal welfare, the recognition ratio (73.5%) was higher in the result of the second survey than the first. The cognitive period of animal welfare was 59.0% before the insecticide egg crisis and 41.0% thereafter. Regarding whether or not they have ever seen an animal welfare certification mark and an animal welfare animal farm certification mark, 59.6% of respondents said that they saw it for the first time and 37.6% answered that they knew the animal welfare certification mark. On the animal welfare system, the 'free-range' response rate was the highest at 85.8%. The 'free-range' fit response decreased by 34.2%p, while the 'barn' and 'European type' fit response increased by 13.2%p and 24.1%p, respectively. The number of 'I have never seen' and 'I have ever eaten' responses to the recognition and eating experience of animal welfare certified eggs decreased while the number of those who answered 'Have ever seen' and 'Have eaten' increased. The answer of purchasing animal welfare certified eggs at department stores, organic farming cooperatives, and internet shopping malls was higher than that of buying conventional eggs. Of the total respondents, 92.0% were willing to purchase an animal welfare egg before the price was offered, but after offering the prices of animal welfare eggs, the intention to purchase was 62.7%, which was about 30%p lower than before. The reason for purchasing an animal welfare certified egg was the highest score of 71.0% for 'I think it is likely to be high in food safety', and 38.1% for 'I think the price is high' for lack of intention to purchase. In the sensory evaluation of animal welfare eggs, egg color and skin texture of conventional eggs were significantly higher than those of certified welfare eggs (P<0.05), and boiled eggs showed that egg whites of animal welfare certified eggs were more (P<0.05). As a result, the results of this study will contribute to the activation of the animal welfare certification system for laying hens by providing basic data on consumer awareness to animal welfare certified farmers.

A Comparative Study on the Food Hygiene Attitude and Personal Hygiene Management of High School Students according to Gender (고등학생의 식품위생태도와 개인위생관리의 성별에 따른 비교연구)

  • This study aimed to provide basic data for the development of education programs on food hygiene attitude and personal hygiene management of high school students according to gender. From July 16 to October 15, 2015, questionnaires were distributed to 30 students per grade at 16 high schools in Chungcheongnam-do, and a total of 1,214 questionnaires(excluding uncollected and insufficient questionnaires) were processed using SPSS(ver 18.0). According to the study, female students more checked the expiration date for food(3.78, 3.57), ate stored food without heating(2.83, 3.02) and stored it according to the characteristics(3.92, 3.72) than male students. On the other hand, male students answered they looked at food packaging more closely(3.34, 3.22), and always used personal plates when they ate(3.43, 3.32), than female students. Female students were always better at hand washing after went to toilet(4.25, 3.94), used individual cups when using water purifiers(3.45, 3.32), kept nails cleaner(3.61, 3.49), and went around(2.14, 2.53) and went to toilet during meals than male students(2.22, 2.57). Boys answered they were better at hand washing before meals(3.64, 3.50), with right way(3.58, 3.46), and covering with a tissue, handkerchief or sleeve when they coughed(3.55, 3.37) than girls. In this study, high school students showed significant differences between gender in food hygiene attitude and personal hygiene management, with different areas requiring improvement. Therefore, this study suggests the need for education on food hygiene attitude and personal hygiene management differentiated according to gender.

Analysis of Consumer Attitudes to Washed Fresh Ginseng (세척 및 시판 수삼 이용실태와 소비자 인식도 분석)

  • We focused on the condition of washed, fresh ginseng in the market and analyzed consumer attitudes to the product to improve the consumption of fresh ginseng. A preference for fresh ginseng was high among every age class, and was particularly notable in older individuals. Fresh ginseng was usually eaten as ginseng chicken soup, mostly in summer and winter, and as a valuable health food, rather than because of desirable qualities of taste or smell. A total of 66.5% of those surveyed reported that they had purchased fresh ginseng, mostly from big discount stores. Such stores were preferred as outlets owing to a reputation for quality and shopper convenience (the stores were located near interviewees' homes). More than 70% of purchasers emphasized that they chose to purchase in department stores and traditional markets owing to the reputation for quality of such sources. Most consumers considered quality to be a prime element in purchase decisions. A total of 32.9% of those surveyed had bought washed fresh ginseng to give as a gift to a friend. Of those surveyed, 67.1% had never bought washed fresh ginseng. The following reasons were proposed to explain the preference for purchase of ginseng with attached soil. Most consumers (40.2%) thought the soil was a reflection of quality. Those who preferred washed fresh ginseng considered that the material was hygienic and convenient to store. When questioned about their intention to buy washed fresh ginseng, 55.0% of consumers replied in the affirmative and 17.1% in the negative. When consumers were asked whether they would be willing to pay an additional charge for the washing and packing of fresh ginseng, 58.8% answered in the affirmative.

  • Design and implementation of remote procedure cail (RPC) resource service system based on the XML considering the request delegation between the servers are described for the resource application and efficient processing of distributed environment. For this purpose, the request information about several server, which would be used by client, is encoded into XML document based on XML-DOM and transferred to server. Server classifies the client requests using objects which can deal with the XMLL-DOM. For the request delegation between the servers, server saves the request result of client in XMLL-DOM structure without replying it immediately, and makes the client request delegated to another server in XML-DOM's request information. In addition, the resource repository are managed for resource transparency of distributed environment. As a result, resource application and processing efficiency are improved by reduction of response time caused by integration of RPC and XML-RPC services and request delegation between the servers. Extension of asynchronous and average blocking time of client were reduced and information of resource which can be used by client was offered.

  • 연구목적: 생산자와 소비자의 물리적 사회적 거리가 가까워지고, 1일 유통체계 준수에 의한 높은 신선도 유지, 먹거리에 대한 생산자와 생산정보 공유에 의한 농산물 안전성 향상 등 여러 장점 때문에 늘어나고 있는 로컬 푸드의 지속발전을 모색하고자 로컬 푸드 참여농가의 농작업 어려움 조사 및 기계화 방안 제시 조사방법: 전북 완주군 소재 용진농협에서 운영 중인 로컬 푸드 직매장에 농산물을 공급하는 농업인 21인을 대상으로 2016년 11월에 로컬 푸드의 어려운 점, 주요 생산품목, 가장 힘든 농작업, 기계화가 시급한 농작업, 농기계 도입에 어려운 점, 의견 및 건의사항을 설문 조사 분석하였음 결과 및 고찰: 로컬 푸드 참여 농가들은 4~5개 품목을 소량 생산하고, 농가에서 수확 소포장 라벨 부착 후 매장에 직접 진열하고 있었음. 농협은 정선 선별기, 소형 도정기, 포장기, 바코드 기계 등을 설치하여 농가 공동이용, 안전성 신선도 관리 등 교육, 스마트폰 앱을 매장 재고 현황을 농업인에게 실시간으로 제공 등 지원하고 있음. 조사에 응한 농업인 21명 중 60대(13명) > 50대(5명) > 70대(3명)로 모두 50대 이상이었음. 어려운 점에 대한 물음에 대해서는 '판매가 어렵다'(45%) > '인력이 부족하다'(40%) > '생산비가 많이 든다'(8.5%) > 기타(6.5%) 순이었음. '인력부족'은 파종과 수확 시기에 노동력이 집중적으로 필요한 것에 기인하고, 경지 규모가 다소 큰 농가에서는 농사일을 전문으로 하는 외국인 노동자를 고용함으로 노동력 부족 문제를 해소하지만, 소규모 농가는 품삯을 주고 고용할 경우 오히려 적자이기 때문에 고되더라도 자체 노동력으로 해결하고 있는 것으로 조사되었음. 가장 힘든 작업은 수확(81%) > 파종 정식(19%)으로 수확이 절대적으로 힘든 작업이라고 응답하였고, 기계화가 시급한 작업은 수확(71%) > 파종 정식(29%)으로 응답하였음. 힘든 이유로는 적기에 수확을 끝내야 상품성을 인정받을 수 있기 때문에 단기간에 많은 노동력이 요구된다고 응답하였음. 농기계 도입에 어려운 원인으로는, '적합한 수확기계가 없다'(48%)와 '재배면적이 적어 필요성을 못 느낀다'(29%)가 대부분이었고, 이밖에 '가격이 비싸다'(10%), '기계 정확도가 떨어진다'(10%), '기계 조작이 어렵다'(5%)로 나타났음. 결론: 로컬 푸드 참여 농가를 대상으로 농작업 기계화 현황에 대하여 조사하였음. 로컬 푸드의 지속 발전을 위한 방안을 제시하면; 첫째, 중 소농을 위한 수확기 개발이 가장 시급한 것으로 조사되었고, 둘째, 농기계가 아니더라도 우선 힘든 일을 해소하면서 편하게 자세를 유지할 수 있는 작업 보조기구 또는 편이장비의 개발 보급이 필요함. 셋째, 농가의 영세성과 지역의 특성을 고려하여 기술센터 농기계임대사업이나 시군 보조사업을 통해서 소형 농기계, 농기구, 보조 및 편이장비 보급이 확대되어야 함.

Importance-Performance and Willingness to Purchase Analyses of Home Meal Replacement Using Eco-Friendly Food Ingredients in Undergraduates according to Gender (성별에 따른 대학생들의 친환경 식재료를 활용한 간편 가정식 구매의향 및 중요도-만족도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to survey intention to purchase home meal replacement (HMR) made with eco-friendly food ingredients as well as need for development while analyzing importance and performance of HMR made with eco-friendly ingredients for its commercialization. From September 2014 to March 2015, questionnaires were filled out by respondents. Of the 422 questionnaires that were returned, 412 were used with 10 discarded as incomplete. Regarding reasons behind purchasing HMR, the highest percentages of both males and females answered 'ready to eat'. Almost all respondents spent 'less than 10,000 won' each time they purchased HMR. Regarding place they bought HMR, a higher percentage of respondents answered 'convenience store' and 'discount retail chain store'. In terms of improvements needed for HMR, the highest percentage of males answered 'development of a variety of menus' while the highest percentage of females answered 'change in food ingredients' at 37.7%. For development of HMR made with eco-friendly ingredients, most respondents replied that there is a need for development. Regarding intention for purchasing HMR made with eco-friendly ingredients, 66.7% of males and 73.5% of females answered they have intention to buy. Important performance analysis showed a need to improve performance of 'safety of food ingredients', which was located close to the second quadrant. To improve performance for 'safety of food ingredients', safety must be ensured through use of eco-friendly ingredients, and a systematic process for managing hazardous materials that could arise during the manufacturing process has to be developed.

Application of DC Resistivity Survey from Upper Portion of Concrete and Geostatistical Integrated Analysis (콘크리트 상부에서 전기비저항 탐사 적용 및 지구통계학적 복합 해석)

  • A DC resistivity survey was performed to detect anomalies beneath concrete pavement. A set of high conductive media and planar electrodes were used to lessen the effect's a high contact resistance of concrete. Results of the resistivity survey were analyzed and compared with those of other geophysical surveys such as Ground Penetration Radar (GPR), Impulse Response (IR), and Multi-channel Analysis of Surface Waves (MASW), which were carried out in the same location. The results of resistivity survey showed a high resistive distribution in the section of sink and pavement where a pattern of reinforcement was observed through the GPR survey. Also, a comparison of results between the IR and resistivity surveys indicated that the high resistivity was produced by the high dynamic stiffness in the reinforced section. The co-Kriging of both the results of DC resistivity and MASW surveys at the same location showed that an integrated geostatistical analysis is able to give more accurate description on the anomalous subsurface region than can a separate analysis of each geophysical approach. This study suggests that the integrated geostatistical approaches were used for a decision-making process based on the geophysical surveys.

  • 공사장의 건설기계 소음은 저주파 에너지를 많이 가지고 있기 때문에, 일단 소음이 발생되면 그 전파가 멀리까지 감쇄없이 진행하는 물리적 특징을 가지고 있으며 현실적으로 흡음재처리를 통한 소음방지효과는 저조한 실정이다. 특히, 선진국에서는 건설기계 등의 엄격한 소음 인증제도 실시로 인해 국내 일부 건설장비 생산제품이 외국에서 요구하는 소음규제치를 초과하기 때문에 저소음, 저진동 건설기계 설계 기술의 발전이 없으면, 향후 수출여건이 점차 어려워지고 있다. 이와같은 주변여건의 변화로 인해 건설기계를 생산하는 입체에서는 공사장 소음과 같은 저주파 에너지에 의해 지배 받는 소음문제를 효과적으로 저감시키기 위한 건설기계의 저소음, 저진동 설계의 필요성을 심각하게 인식하고 있는 실정이다. 건설기계중, 소음이 문제시되는 기계로는 지반정지공사, 기초공사, 콘크리트공사, 포장공사, 파괴 및 해체공사와 기타등 6가지가 있다. 이중에서 환경연구원의 연구결과에 따르면, 항타기, 브레이커 및 착암기가 높은 소음도를 나타내고 있다. 가장 높은 소음을 배출하고 있는 항타기는 기초 공사에 쓰이는 것으로써 지반 천공후 H빔을 싣는 디젤 항타기의 경우, 소음도가 107dBA를 보여주고 있다. 이 값은 기계로부터 7m 떨어진 거리에서 측정된 값이다. 또, 파괴 및 해제공사에 쓰이는 브레이커는 98dBA의 소음도를 보여주고 있다. 착암기는 작용원리에 따라 91-96dBA의 소음을 배출하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설기계중 소음이 높아 문제시 되고 있는 유압 브레이커의 저소음 설계기술개발에 관한 내용이다. 저소음 브레이커의 개발을 위해 소음에너지의 전달경로를 검토하고, 현실성있는 소음방지 대책을 제시하였다. 연구결과, 브레이커의 설계개량을 통해, 10dB의 소음저감효과를 볼 수 있어 만족스러운 결과를 도출할 수 있었다.타를 처리하기에는 부적절한 방법임이 널리 알려진 사실이다[3]. 최근에 Ben Mrad와 Fassois[4]는 신호에 잡음이 존재하여도 이를 잘 처리할 수 있는 확률적(stochastic) 방법을 개발하여 기존의 결정적 방법들과 그 결과를 비교하였다. 그러나, 개발된 방법은 응답 신호에 백색잡음(white noise)이 섞이는 특수한 경우에만 사용할 수 있게 만들어져서 이 방법의 실질적인 적용에는 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 방법들의 단점을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 회귀적 모우드 변수 규명 방법을 개발하였다. 이는 Fassois와 Lee가 ARMAX모델의 계수를 효율적으로 추정하기 위하여 개발한 뱉치방법인 Suboptimum Maximum Likelihood 방법[5]를 기초로 하여 개발하였다. 개발된 방법의 장점은 응답 신호에 유색잡음이 존재하여도 모우드 변수들을 항상 정확하게 구할 수 있으며, 또한 알고리즘의 안정성이 보장된 것이다.. 여기서는 실험실 수준의 평 판모델을 제작하고 실제 현장에서 이루어질 수 있는 진동제어 구조물에 대 한 동적실험 및 FRS를 수행하는 과정과 동일하게 따름으로써 실제 발생할 수 있는 오차나 error를 실험실내의 차원에서 파악하여 진동원을 있는 구조 물에 대한 진동제어기술을 보유하고자 한다. 이용한 해마의 부피측정은 해마경화증 환자의 진단에 있어 육안적인 MR 진단이 어려운 제한된 경우에만 실제적 도움을 줄 수 있는 보조적인 방법으로 생각된다.ofile whereas relaxivity at high field is not affected by τS. Visitors' Evaluation of the Forest Trail Facilities by Applying Universal Design Concepts (유니버설디자인을 적용한 숲길 보행시설에 대한 이용객 평가)

  • As 'design for all' and 'adaptable design', universal design is highly demanded to be adopted in neighborhood forest trail. The research areas were Mt. Doeum in Pohang, Gyeongsangbuk Province and Mt. Anma in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province which were equipped based on 7 principles of universal design. The purpose of this research is providing baseline data for effective formulation of forest trail using universal design through visitors' evaluation on forest trail facilities by importance-performance analysis. Visitor's evaluation was achieved through questionnaire survey, and total 247 pieces of subjects were used for the analysis, 114 pieces from Mt. Doeum in Pohang and 113 pieces from Mt. Anma in Chuncheon. The residential areas of the respondents were mainly near each mountain - Mt. Doeum and Mt. Anma. According to the responses, nature study and education were the biggest reasons for the respondents' visits to Mt. Doeum, and so was the health to Mt. Anma, which are representative types of visiting behavior to nearby forest trails. The mean of importance was shown to be 3.87 while that of performance was 4.04, being a little higher than importance's, in importance-performance analysis of Mt. Doeum. This result suggests that the responders placed positive value on the forest trail applying universal design. It is necessary to improve the safety and convenience of guidance-safety handrail, make information sign easy to understand, and introduce an interpretive sign meeting the visiting purposes of visitors. Also, the management to make the road surface flat is in demand for the accessibility to forest trail. The mean of importance was 3.92 and that of performance was 3.99 in Mt. Anma, which suggests the necessity of improvement in safety of pavement material and boundary safety facilities.
