This study was done to compare consciousness of biomedical ethics in nursing and general students. Participants were 382 nursing and general students at a college in S city. Mean score of consciousness of biomedical ethics(range:1~4) in nursing students was 3.04 and general students, 3.12. Thus, mean score of consciousness of biomedical ethics of two group were above the average and general students significantly higher than nursing students. Life-respect consciousness, perceived ethical values in nursing students were shown as significant predictors on consciousness of biomedical ethics and life-respect consciousness, sexual attitude, value regarding child rearing in general students. The most influential predictor of two groups was life-respect consciousness. To establish desirable biomedical ethics of nursing students, it is necessary that subjects related to biomedical ethics should be mandatory, and it is necessary to raise the proportion of credit for the curriculum.

This study aims to find new attributes by analyzing Korea and China duty free store online reviews and examine the influence of these attributes on star ratings(satisfaction)of duty free store. For study, we used Dazhong Dianping that largest online review site in China. Using R, we analyzed 5,659 reviews of Korea duty free store and 4,051 reviews of China duty free store. According to the analysis, Sale, Food and Membership attributes had a positive effect on star rating of Korea duty free store. Sale, Product, Airport, Food and Membership had a positive effect on star rating of China duty free store. This study has identified new factors such as food that showed the importance of providing space of restaurants while shopping at duty free store. This study has contributed to the existing literature by finding new attribute such as food. Practically, this finding will help to duty free industry workers better understand the impact of providing space of restaurants on duty free store.

To examine the effects of edible coatings on the quality of fresh-cut fruits, Shingo pear was coated with several concentration of albumin, WSF(whole soy flour), dextrin and SPE (sucrose polyester) solution and quality characteristics, sensory evaluation and respiration rate were determined during storage at $4^{\circ}C$ for 10 days. Weight loss rate was reduced in coated fresh-cut pears. 2% dextrin and 1% WSF for pears were more effective in reducing weight loss rate during storage. In preventing the browning of fresh cut fruits, browning was inhibited by coating with 0.5% WSF, 1% albumin, 3% dextrin for pears. Compared with non-coated pears, 0.5% WSF, 1% albumin and 3% dextrin coating were effective in inhibiting the color changes. Even if hardness had a tendency to decrease in coated and no71-coated fruits during storage dextrin coating induced texture softening in fresh-cut pears. The changes in decrease of titratable acidity and vitamin C content and increase of pH and soluble solid were recessed by coatings but there was no differences in accordance with coating materials. Sensory evaluation of coated pears was conducted in according to coating materials and concentrations. Pears coated with 0.5% albumin, 4% dextrin, 1.0% SPE and 0.5% WSF recorded high sensory score. Among the tested coating materials and concentrations, 4% dextrin was the best in all organoleptic quality of coated pears. Respiration rate was repressed by coating with WSF and dextrin in pears.

The world-wide principal criteria of aircraft operations is ICAO Annex 6. Operations of Aircraft. Among ICAO Annex 6, Part I is for International Commercial Air Transport - Aeroplanes and it assumes major part of civil aviation. ICAO has been providing Contracting States with SARPs(Standards and Recommended Practices) and monitor each State's reflection degree into their domestic air law, so-called USOAP(Universal Safety Oversight Audit Program). Current ICAO USOAP is Snap-shot method, but it will be changed to USOAP-CMA method from the year of 2013. ICAO USOAP results have overall effects on national aviation industry such as routes, insurance, airlines cooperation and so forth. Low grades of results attract international attention and that leads to flag carrier's operation stoppage, route restriction, airlines cooperation restriction, insurance increase directly or indirectly. Thus it is important to get excellent grades in ICAO USOAP and to maintain confidence. Our government ranked top to get 98.89 grades in 2008 ICAO USOAP but after 2008 the revised provisions have not been reflected sufficiently into our air law. So I would like to grip reflection ratio of ICAO Annex 6 Part I into our domestic air law by using the most updated revised edition on this paper. Together I would like to suggest alternatives for the non-reflected and partially reflected.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the Expected factors on the quality of life and its degree of elders in urban regions. Survey was conducted among 300 elders age of over 65, who attended four schools for elders at Busan metropolitan city in the month of October 2 to October 25, 2012 and data were collected 245 samples. Data analysed by using correlation analysis and multi-regression analysis to recognize the degree of the quality of life of elders and the result showed the expected factors on the quality of life and its major were as follows: First, average score of the quality of life of urban elders was 3.17 (5 scores of scale) and it indicated the medium result; Second, between sub-areas of the quality of life of subjects, significant positive relation was shown among every area excluding depression area;Third, the factors mostly influencing on the quality of life are mental health, social relation, and physical relation in order and it showed a significant level (p<0.001). The study revealed the symptoms of depression which reltaed to mental health, it indicated as a major factor to the quality of life, this study suggest there is requirement of nursing intervention and the application of health program to reduce the depression.

This study was conducted to evaluate the combined effect of heating and gamma irradiation on the shelf-stability and quality of kimchi during storage at $35^{\circ}C$. The optimum condition for heat treatment of kimchi was considered at $60^{\circ}C$ for 30 min. Irradiation after kent treatment was effective to inhibit the growth of microorganisms and prevent the quality change of kimchi during storage. In particular, microorganisms of kimchi co-treated with heat and 20 kGy-irradiation were not detected and sensory scores of that were the highest after storage at $35^{\circ}C$ for 14 days. Therefore, combination treatment of heat and irradiation was considered as the effective method to improve the shelf-stability of kimchi in the accelerated condition.

This study was done in order to monitor the quality properties of the granule using Bokbunja (Rubus coreanus Miquel) extracts. In order to prepare the granule depending on operational parameters such as content of Bokbunja extract ($X_1$, 0.4~1.2 g), sugar content ($X_2$, 6~10 g) and citric acid content ($X_3$, 0.1~0.3 g), a response surface methodology was applied to monitor the optimum recipes on the organoleptic properties and Hunter's color. The optimum recipe on the organoleptic color showed extract content of 0.96 g, sugar content of 7.05 g and citric acid content of 0.232 g. The optimum recipe on the organoleptic flavor showed extract content of 0.86 g, sugar content of 6.04 g and citric acid content of 0.215 g. The optimum recipe on the organoleptic taste showed extract content of 0.92 g, sugar content of 6.39 g and citric acid content of 0.251 g. The optimum recipe on the overall palatability showed extract content of 0.86 g, sugar content of 6.65 g and citric acid content of 0.272 g. The response surface of the Hunter's color b value was similar to the response of the overall palatability; therefore, the optimum conditions accepted by the consumers were 0.8 g Bokbunja extract content and 0.6 g sugar content in the Hunter's color a value of 6.0.

This study examined the public interest in high school Korean language instruction and the universal design for learning (UDL) using the social big data analysis method. The observations from 10,339 search results led to the conclusion that public interest in UDL was significantly lower than that of high school Korean language instruction. The results of the Big Data Association analysis showed that 17.22% of the terms were found to be related to "curriculum." In addition, a survey was conducted on a total of 330 high school students to examine how their teachers apply UDL in the classroom. High school students perceived computers as the most frequently used technology tool in daily classes (38.79%). Teacher-led lectures (52.12%) were the most frequently observed method of instruction. Compared to the second-year and third-year students, the first-year students appreciated the usage of technology tools and various instruction mediums more frequently (ps<.05). Students were relatively more positive in their response to the query on the provision of multiple means of representation. Consequently, the lesson contents became easier to understand for students with the availability of various study methods and materials. The first-year students were generally more positive towards teachers' incorporation of UDL.

As the market sheare of the Chinese game market across the world has been largely expanded over a decade, big game exporters of USA, Japan, Korea have developed Chinese factors and promoted export strategies, that target China. The Purpose of this study is to analyze the popular game characters of USA, Japan and Korea in order to provide empirical analysis of traditional Chinese elements applied in existing games. The RPG games in USA, Japan and Korea were selected for the contents analysis of the Chinese elements to show how the existing game companies used Chinese elements. The main findings of the research from survey data are rather inconsistent with the content analysis. In particular, all the RPG game companies of USA, Japan and Korea showed a remarkable ratio of using Manzu clothes more than Hanzu clothes. But, the preference of real game users on the Manzu style were lower than Hanzu style. Moreover, Chinese users showed more preference of the game character background that users more deepen Chinese culture. We suggest that applying Chinese elements need to be more selective based on real user's demand.

This study analyzed the correlations between variables like characteristics related to admission, academic achievement, obtainment of a radiological technology license. A majority of participants were from Daegu and academic high schools. Many participants were accepted by general admission selection, and their reason to apply to Daegu Health College was high graduate employment. Their selection for the academic program was made by their parents and themselves. Those who took the same course twice held 35.1%, and those who got an academic warning took 8.5%. The degree of participants' academic achievement showed somewhat low, and they had difficulty in taking their major courses. The average grade for admission was lower in a following selection order: college graduates, general, special, and rural areas. The admission selections and taking science courses in high school showed little significant correlations with obtainment of a radiological technology license. However, the obtainment of the license had significant correlations with retaking the same course, getting an academic warning, and the degree of academic achievement. The results also revealed that the obtainment of the license had little significant correlations with a part-time job experience, having a boy/girlfriend, and student club participation, but it had significant correlations with accommodations and study club participation. In conclusion, it is important to point out that radiological technology graduates' obtainment of a license is closely related with the degree of their academic achievement and their college life.
