  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for injury prevention and performance improvement by developing a flywheel training program for handball players. The results of analyzing the effects of the 12-week complex flywheel training program on body composition, physical fitness factors, anaerobic power, and isokinetic muscle function are as follows. There was a significant difference between groups in push-ups. Body fat percentage and anaerobic power showed significant differences in the interaction by period. Long jump, slow jump, grip strength, back muscle strength, anaerobic average power, and isokinetic muscle function tests showed significant differences by period in the left and right flexors. Therefore, it is considered that 12-week flywheel training results can be used as the basic data for injury prevention and improvement of performance in handball players.

On the Capacity for the Secondary User with Primary Full Duplex Relay Network in Spectrum Sharing Systems (주파수 공유 시스템에서 일차 사용자가 양방향 중계기를 사용할 때의 이차 사용자의 통신 용량 분석)

  • This paper investigates the capacity for the secondary user with the primary full duplex relay (FDR) network in spectrum sharing systems. For sharing the spectrum of the primary user, sharing scheme under the various primary network should be investigated. However, the conventional works only consider the point-to-point primary communication system. When the FDR node is used for the primary networks, both primary relay and destination suffer the interference from the secondary transmitter simultaneously. Thus, the strict interference constraint should be considered to share the spectrum of the primary user. Therefore, we investigate the capacity of the secondary user with the primary FDR network under the average and peak received-power constraints. In addition, we analyze the performance degradation by the selection of the worst interference channels to consider interference constraint in this system. Through the numerical results, the capacities of the primary and secondary users under the average received-power is superior to the that under the peak received-power constraint.

Synchronization performance optimization using adaptive bandwidth filter and average power controller over DTV system (DTV시스템에서 평균 파워 조절기와 추정 옵셋 변화율에 따른 대역폭 조절 필터를 이용한 동기 성능 최적화)

  • To recover transmitted signal perfectly at DTV receiver, we have to acquire carrier frequency synchronization to compensate pilot signal which located in wrong position and rotated phase. Also, we need a symbol timing synchronization to compensate sampling timing error. Conventionally, to synchronize symbol timing, we use Gardner's scheme which used in multi-level signal. Gardner's scheme is well known for its sampling the timing error signal from every symbol and it makes easy to detect and keep timing sync in multi-path channel. In this paper, to discuss the problem when the received power level is out of range and we cannot get synchronization information. With this problem, we use 2 step procedures. First, we put a received signal power compensation block before Garder's timing error detector. Second, adaptive loop filter to get a fast synchronization information and averaging loop filter's output value to reduce the amount of jitter after synchronization in PLL(Phased Locked Loop) circuit which is used to get a carrier frequency synchronization and symbol timing synchronization. Using the averaging value, we can estimate offset. Based on offset changing ratio, we can adapt adaptive loop filter to carrier frequency and symbol timing synchronization circuit.

Influence of the DC Power on the Electrical and Optical Properties of ITO Thin Films Deposited on Nb2O5/SiO2 Buffer Layer (Nb2O5/SiO2 버퍼층위에 증착한 ITO 박막의 전기적 및 광학적 특성에 DC 파워가 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, we deposited ITO thin films on buffer layer of $Nb_2O_5(8nm)/SiO_2(45nm)$ using DC magnetron sputtering method and investigated its electrical and optical properties with various DC powers(100~400 W). The surface of the ITO thin film was observed by AFM. All thin films had defected free surface such as pinholes and cracks. The thin film deposited at DC power of 200 W exhibited the smallest surface roughness of 1.431nm. As a result of electrical and optical measurements, the ITO thin film deposited at DC power of 200 W which showed the lowest resistivity of $3.03{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}-cm$. The average transmittance in the visible light region(400 to 800 nm) and the transmittance at the wavelength of 550nm were found to be 85.8% and 87.1%, respectively. The chromaticity(b*) was also a relatively good value as 2.13. The figure of merit obtained from the sheet resistance of the ITO thin film, the average transmittance in the visible light region and the transmittance at the wavelength of 550nm were the best values of $2.50{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}^{-1}$ and $2.90{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}^{-1}$ at a DC power of 200W, respectively.

  • A global simulation of $SiH_4/H_2$ discharge is conducted in a planar-type inductively coupled plasma (ICP) discharge. We numerically solve a set of spatially averaged fluid equations for electrons, positive ions, negative ions, neutrals, and radicals. Absorbed power by electrons is determined by an analytic electron heating theory including the anomalous skin effect. Also, we investigate functional dependence of various discharge quantities such as the densities of various species and the temperature of electron on external controllable parameters such as ratio between $SiH_4$ and $H_2$, power and pressure.

The Relationships between the Empowerment, ursing Performance, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Long-term Care Hospital Nurses (노인요양병원 간호사의 임파워먼트와 간호업무성과, 직무만족 및 이직의도와의 관련성)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between the empowerment, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention of long-term care hospital nurses. The subjects were 258 nurses at a long-term care hospital in B and U city. The data were collected from November 23, 2012 to January 21, 2013. Data were analyzed by SPSS win 20.0 program. The mean score of empowerment was 3.22, nursing performance was 3.78, job satisfaction was 3.25 and turnover intention was 2.87. Empowerment was correlated with nursing performance and job satisfaction positively, but correlated with turnover intention negatively. As a result of multiple regression, empowerment has 50.3% of the explanatory power on job satisfaction, 13.4% on nursing performance, and 21.9% on turnover intention. The significant predictive factors of nursing performance and job satisfaction were information and support in empowerment. In addition, turnover intention was resources in empowerment. These results suggest that empowerment improvement programs should be focused on developments to improve the quality of nursing.

Influence of transformational leadership of managers perceived by public health nurses and their social capital on empowerment (보건소장의 변혁적 리더십과 보건간호사의 사회적 자본이 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to elucidate public health nurses' empowerment to public health center managers' transformational leadership and public health nurses' social capital. From Feb. 29 to Apr. 8, 2016, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 303 public health nurses, the public nursing officials working at public health centers in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program and factors affecting the health-related quality of life were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Public health nurses' empowerment had a positive correlation with transformational leadership and social capital. The managers' transformational leadership perceived by the public health nurses and the social capital of the public health nurses were included in the factors affecting their empowerment. The results of the study indicate that these variables should be considered in developing nursing intervention programs to increase empowerment in public health nurses.

세포 포집 소자 제작을 위한 펨토초 레이저 미세 가공

  • 최근 세포 포집 소자 제작에 있어 세포의 종류와 크기의 다양성을 고려하여 정확하게 포집하기 위한 고정밀화, 소형화 된 도구 제작 기술 개발이 중요한 현안으로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행 기술에서의 세포 포집 한계를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 펨토초 레이저 가공을 통한 미세 세포 포집 장치 제작에 관한 실험을 진행하였다. 펨토초 레이저의 짧은 파장의 대역 범위와 전력 특성이 미세 소자 제작을 가능하게 함에 따라 수백, 수천 개의 세포 포집에 있어 보다 안정적이고 신뢰도 높은 포집 장치 구현을 실현시킬 수 있다. 실험에서는 펨토초 레이저의 가공 조건을 가변하며 MEMS 소자에 홀(hole)을 형성시켰다. flatness 200인 Polycarbonate 재질의 기판 위에 CNC공작기계를 사용하여 유로를 제작하고 상부에 젤라틴 코팅 부분 2를 포함한 총 두께 12의 membrane 필름을 부착하였다. 이후 775 nm 파장의 펨토초 레이저를 사용하여 10${\times}$10 개수의 홀을 형성 한 후 홀 주위의 thermal damage와 레이저의 파워에 따른 홀의 형태와 크기 변화를 비교하였다. 실험 결과 membrane 막의 젤라틴 코팅 측면 홀의 평균 직경은 레이저의 파워와 비례하여 증가하였으며, 레이저 파워가 일정한 임계치에 도달하면 특정 시점에서 수렴됨을 확인하였다. 또한 PET 측면의 직경은 서서히 증가하고 빠르게 일정한 값으로 수렴됨을 확인하였다. 본 실험에서는 펨토초 레이저의 특성 파라미터와 레이저의 가공 조건을 수립함으로써 실험에서 사용 된 레이저를 이용한 드릴링 방안을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 AC 센서를 사용하는 전기자전거용 탭 인덕터 부스트 컨버터 시스템을 제안한다. 일반적으로 인덕터 전류 측정을 위해서는 DC 센서를 사용한다. 왜냐하면, AC 센서를 사용하여서 인덕터 평균 전류 크기를 측정하면 평균 전류 크기가 0이기 때문에 실효성이 있는 평균 전류 크기를 측정할 수 없다. 하지만 탭 인덕터 부스트 컨버터의 경우에는 부스트 컨버터 스위치가 닫혔을 때와 열렸을 때의 인덕터값이 달라져서 AC 센서로 측정되는 인덕터 전류 크기가 0이 아니고 AC 센서 측정값과 탭 인덕터의 턴 비를 이를 이용하여 간단한 계산을 통해 인덕터에 흐르는 평균 입력 전류 크기를 계산할 수 있다. 알 수 있다. 제안되는 시스템은 프로토타입 하드웨어로 설계되었으며 본문의 실험을 통해서 검증되었다.

A Study on Computer-Aided Diagnosis System for Interstitial Lung Disease in Chest Radiograph (흉부 영상에서 간질성 폐질환 검출을 위한 컴퓨터지원진단 시스템 연구)

  • 간질성 폐질환(Interstitial Lung Disease) 컴퓨터지원진단(Computer-Aided Diagnosis: CAD)시스템은 방사선의사들이 흉부 X-ray영상에서 석회화와 섬유화를 탐지하고자 적용하였다. 진단 중에 발생할 수 있는 오진율을 줄이고 간질성 폐질환이 존재하는 폐야에서 이상유무를 판단하여 검출을 표시하도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 흉부영상에서의 간질성 폐질환을 검출하기 위해 폐 텍스처(texture)의 물리적 척도를 측정하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 2차원의 푸리에 변환으로부터 얻어지는 파워스펙트럼(power spectrum) 분석에 기반을 두는 방법으로 각각의 ROI(Region Of Interest)에서 구한 평균제곱자승오차(Root Mean Sguare: RMS)와 파워스펙트럼의 첫 번갠 모멘트(Moment)는 폐 텍스처의 밀도변동의 크기(magnitude)와 섬세함(fineness)을 나타낸다. 실험결과 다양한 간질성폐질환을 가진 비정상 폐 텍스처의 RMS와 첫 번째 모멘트와는 차이가 있었다. 디지텔 흉부영상으로부터 계산되어진 정량화된 텍스처의 척도는 방사선의사의 간질성 폐 질환을 진단함에 효율적인 질환 탐지를 가능하게 하였으며 진단율을 향상시킬 수 있었다.
