After rapid economy growth, Korean economy and Korean enterprises are aware of the importance on Mutual Cooperation. However, Korean society is not ready to proceed Mutual Cooperation and there are no theoretical model yet. Therefore, this study will suggest the theoretical basis for Mutual Cooperation, though identifying the most commonly used factors of three reliable sources: Mutual Cooperaton Manual(Ministry of Construction and Transportation 2006), selected distinguishing Mutual Cooperation Cases by Ministry of Construction and Transportation and Mutual Cooperaton Manual of other leading fields. through this study, it is expected to find reliable factors to evaluate Mutual Cooperations between General Contractor and Specialty Contractor.

수소를 기반으로 하는 신재생에너지의 생산, 관리 및 이용 시스템을 연계하여 운전하는 Green City 실증단지 구현을 위한 국내 도서 선정은 지자체별 이해관계와 지역발전계획에 따라 첨예한 논란을 수반할 소지가 있다. 입지 선정 절차상에서 예비후보지 선정과정이 형식적이거나 입지선정기준이 없어 입지선정을 위한 평가항목, 평가기준, 항목별 배점 등이 분석자의 의도에 따라 조정될 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 또한 각 지역에 대한 입지선정을 위한 기준이 있다 하더라도 추상적이거나 객관적이지 않은 기준이 많아 입지선정에 직접 적용하기 어렵고, 자연환경, 사회경제, 법제, 입지조건, 부하특성, 지자체 호응 등 인자들의 평가의 형평성이 결여될 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 의사결정도구로 이용되는 계층분석법(AHP)을 입지선정절차에 적용하였다. 객관적인 정보가 제공 가능한 평가항목을 설정하고, 관련 전문가들의 설문조사를 통하여 주관적인 중요도 결과를 취합하였다. 이 결과를 계층분석법을 활용하여 평가항목별 가치를 측정하여 가중치를 부여하였고, Green City 실증단지 구현을 위한 후보도서의 순위를 제시하였다.

This study measures the effectiveness of 39 Korean Government websites in providing equitable and appropriate government information to the public. 39 government web sites were divided into two groups, 21 "departments or ministries" and 18 "offices". Five evaluation criteria were information contents of services, fluent operation of services, feedback mechanism, easiness of access, and design. The study showed that there are some different results between 21 "departments or ministries" and 18 "offices". Most information services provided by Government websites were slightly moderately appreciated by the researchers. Some problems and resolutions for the improvement of government websites are provided. Also, some suggestions for the government website designers and administrators are made.

In this study, the correlation of evaluation items and safety rating for 104 of large-scale slopes along the general national road was analyzed. And, we proposed the regression model to predict the safety rating using the multiple regressions analysis. As the result, it is shown that the evaluation items of slope angle, rainfall and groundwater have a low correlation with safety rating. Also, the regression model suggested by multiple regression analysis shows high predictive value, and it would be possible to apply if the evaluation items of excavation condition and groundwater (rainfall) are not clear.

Educational web sites are proliferating at an astonishing rate, however many of those web sites are of poor or unknown quality. Educators are in need of instruments to assist in evaluating educational web sites for authenticity, applicability, authorship, bias, and usability, etc. The ability to critically evaluate educational content form numerous web sites is an important skill in this information age. In this paper, indicators of educational web site quality have been identified from literature review and our own research, and classified within 8 categories. To test the relative contribution of each indicator to the satisfaction level from using educational web sites, a questionnaire survey was administered. Subjects were asked to visit the educational web site of his or her choice and rate the quality level of each indicator. 255 completed questionnaires were turned in for analysis. Cronbach's Alpha test and factor analysis were applied to test the reliability and validity of the data. Stepwise regression analysis was applied to test the relationship between the satisfaction level and 14 independent factors. Implications from the statistical analysis as well as the guidelines for evaluating educational web sites were provided.

This study aims to suggest a direction to develop Korea's certification system by comparing the evaluation items between Korea's G-SEED (Green Standard for Energy & Environmental Design) and Germany's sustainable building certification. A number of eco-friendly building certification systems are being implemented globally. On the other hand, mutually comparable evaluation items have not been suggested up until now. Therefore, international standards have been trying to establish evaluation criteria for eco-friendly buildings, and Germany's sustainable building certification is the first certification standard that has accepted those evaluation criteria. According to the result of comparing Korea's green building certification with Germany's sustainable certification, the green building certification has evaluation items not only on environmentality (62.6%), but also on social aspects (25.4%) and economic aspects (3.0%). This suggests a crucial direction to the development of evaluation items regarding the social and economic aspects of green building certification.

본 연구는 행정기관 홈페이지 평가 항목 중에 접근성에 관한 새로운 세부항목 평가 기준을 제시하고 시각디자인적인 요소를 중심으로 웹사이트 평가를 행한 결과를 제시한다 평가 기준을 가독성, 위치성, 구조성, 심미성, 편의성 등의 6 가지 기준으로 나누고 평가한 결과, 현재 공공기관 웹사이트는 심미성, 위치성에 관한 항목들이 매우 잘 만들어져 가고 있는 반면, 기관들의 웹사이트 가독성과 일관성의 통합 작업이 부족함을 알게 되고 보완의 가이드 라인을 제시할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과가 시각디자인 요소를 중심으로 한 사용자 인터페이스 디자인의 표준모델의 일부로 활용되어 공공기관 웹사이트를 이용한 대민 서비스의 질적 향상과 기관 이미지 제고에 이바지 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 교육용 컨텐츠 추천시스템의 정확도를 향상시키고자 사용자 모델 정보를 활용하여 기존의 협업여과 방법의 유사도 재산을 보완함으로써 추천의 정확도를 향상시키는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 협업여과방법은 사용자의 평가와 비슷한 선호도를 가지고 다른 사용자의 평가를 기반으로 제품이나 항목을 예측하고 이를 사용자에게 추천한다. 그러나 협업여과방법은 일정 수 이상의 상품이나 항목에 대한 평가가 이루어져야 하며, 사용자의 평가가 적은 경우 희소성으로 인한 평가의 정확도가 낮아지는 단점을 기지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인구 통계 정보를 이용한 가상 평가 점수를 반영하여 유사도 계산시 희소성을 낮춰 예측의 정확도를 향상시키고자 한다.

소프트웨어 어플리케이션들이 점차 다양한 응용분야에서 광범위하게 사용됨에 따라 소프트웨어 품질의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 특히 웹기반 소프트웨어는 전통적 소프트웨어에 비해 보다 높은 품질 수준을 요구하고 보안이 중요시되며 시스템 통합과 유지보수 및 재사용에 대한 품질 요소가 중요시 된다. 웹기반 소프트웨어의 품질을 객관적이고 정량적으로 명세하고 평가하기 위하여, 객관적인 근거를 제시할 수 있는 지표로서 평가 항목들이 정의되어야 한다. 본 논문은 웹기반 소프트웨어의 품질 평가를 위한 모델을 제안하고 평가항목 및 평가방법과 절차를 제시하고자한다.

통합보안관리시스템(Enterprise Security Management)은 기업의 보안 정책을 기반으로 다수의 보안시스템을 중앙에서 통합관제, 운영, 관리를 지원하는 시스템이다. 국내의 경우 정보보호시스템에 대한 보안성 평가는 국제공통평가기준을 근거로 평가 및 인증이 이루어지고 있는 반면, SW 품질관점에서의 ESM에 대한 평가 방안에 대한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 SW 품질관점에서 ESM에 대한 평가항목을 제안하고자 한다.
