Development of Item on Feeding Assessment for Children With Cerebral Palsy : Delphi Survey (뇌성마비 아동의 섭식 평가 항목 개발 : 델파이 연구)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is to establish the domain for assessment of feeding disorder with cerebral palsy. In addition, it is to develop item on feeding assessment for feeding disorder on children with cerebral palsy Methods : Factors to be included in the assessment of feeding disorders in children with cerebral palsy based on the ICF classification criteria constituted the assessment domain through literature review. Results : Assessment items of feeding disorders in children with cerebral palsy were categorized into 6 domains. These were systematized through expert advice, and through the first and second Delphi surveys, nine middle categories, 32 sub-categories, and 76 items were confirmed. Conclusions : The results of this study are useful for occupational therapists who want to check the current feeding function and activity level during therapeutic interventions for children with cerebral palsy who have feeding disorders.

  • Due to the economic development and the social structure and holiday structure change, we have more time for leisure and entertainment activities. For coping with this trend the waterpark has already become the one of major entertainment facilities for many countries. The purpose of this study is to construct Waterpark service quality evaluation factors and find out the importance and satisfaction degree of these factors. The result of this study are as follows; First, the safety field had considered as most important. Second, the importance of service quality evaluation fields and factors are different according to social characteristics. Third, the safety field is evaluated as the first satisfactory field and the cost/price field is evaluated as the lowest.

Discharge Assessment Tool in Stroke and Elderly Patients: A Systematic Review (뇌졸중 및 노인 환자의 퇴원 평가도구에 대한 체계적 고찰)

  • Objective : The aim of this systematic review is to analyze the assessment items and tools used for the discharge of stroke and elderly patients and to help select appropriate assessment tools for discharge planning. Methods : The studies included in this review were collected from the PubMed, Medline Complete (EBSCOhost), and Scopus databases from January 2009 to December 2018. A total 22 studies were selected. The research types, the areas and sub-areas of assessment, as well as the assessment tools according to the areas were analyzed. Results : Descriptive research (59.2%) was the most frequent type of research. The 12 main areas of assessment were medical condition, activities of daily living, swallowing function, sensation, mobility, cognition and perception, communication, emotion, home environment, patient knowledge and readiness for discharge, social support, and well-being. Among the assessment tools, the most frequently used tools were Bathel Index; Functional Independence Measure, to assess activities of daily living; Short-Form Health Survey, to assess well-being, and Timed Up and Go test, to assess mobility. Conclusion : This study will help select the assessment areas and tools to be considered at discharge of stroke patients and serve a basis for the development of comprehensive assessment tools for discharge planning.

  • 본 연구에서는 미래 유망산업영역 발굴시 기술영역과 산업/사업 영역을 연계하고, 국가적 차원과 기업차원에서의 유망산업 영역을 연계할 수 있는 방법론을 제시함으로써 기존 연구가 가지는 한계점을 극복하고자 하였다. 즉, 주요기술을 중심으로 국가적 차원의 유망산업 발굴을 주요 내용으로 하는 기존의 연구로부터 출발하여, 국가차원으로부터 기업차원으로 대상을 세분화하고, 유망산업의 기술-산업간, 산업-사업간 영역의 연계를 강화하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, KISTI에서 개발한 새로운 유망산업/사업영역 발굴 프로세스를 새로운 방법론으로 제시하고, 발굴된 유망산업 및 사업영역의 평가에는 내 외적 평가 7단계 프레임워크를 활용하였다.

A Study on the Evaluation of Librarian's Competency Value (도서관 사서의 역량가치 평가 연구)

  • This study was performed in order to provide suggestions on how to strengthen librarian competency by evaluating and analyzing the competency value of librarians as information professions. First, the study divided the common competency value of librarians as human capital of libraries into skills, knowledge, behavior and attitude, and analyzed each area of competency value for librarians of the A-library. As a result, the average of the 'librarian's behavior and attitude' area was the highest, followed by the 'librarian's skill' area and the 'librarian's knowledge' area. Second, in terms of 'librarian's skill', A-library librarians' competence values were high in the order of 'communication', 'leadership', 'technology' and in the terms of 'librarian's knowledge' ones were high in the order of 'law and policy', 'marketing', 'learning and growth' and 'finance and accounting'. In addition, in areas of 'librarian's behavior and attitude', the factors were high in the order of 'ethics and values', 'interpersonal relationships' and 'customer service'. Third, the analysis of whether the average difference exists depending on the characteristics of A-library librarians on their evaluation of the competency value shows that only the 'working period' factor in the total competency value and the two factors 'age' and 'working period' were statistically significant in the 'librarian's knowledge' area. Forth, as a result of a regression analysis to identify the characteristics of A-library librarians and their impact on competency value, only the 'final education' factor was statistically significant for the competency value of the 'librarian's skill' area. Fifth, in the survey on problems and desirable improvement measures in increasing the competency value of librarians, the proportion of presenting problems and improvement plan in systemic aspects such as the 'librarian qualification system' and 'librarian training system' was high.

  • 하천의 수리 및 하도의 특성으로 대표되는 물리적 환경(하도 및 수리 특성)은 생태계 기반으로서 수질특성과 더불어 생물에 미치는 영향이 아주 크다. 따라서 하천의 물리적 환경을 진단하고 평가하는 경우에는 상 중 하류의 위치에 따른 하도의 지형학적 특성과 하천의 규모 및 유량의 크기 등에 따라 하천의 유형을 분류하고 그 유형별 특성에 따라 하천환경의 평가시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다. 1980년 후반 이후에는 세계 각국에서 환경보전, 하천복원 및 하천관리 등 종합적인 하천공학적 관점에서 적용할 수 있는 하천분류체계가 제시되었으며 1990년대 이후 선진국들은 정성적 또는 정량적인 하천의 서식환경 평가시스템을 구축하여 적용하고 있으며 대표적으로 정량적 평가시스템을 운영하는 국가는 독일과 미국이고, 정성적 평가시스템을 운영하는 국가는 영국이며, 호주는 영국과 미국의 평가시스템을 통합한 시스템을 운영하고 있다. 한편, 국내에서는 하천환경에서 생태계 기반인 하천의 물리적 특성(구조)에 대한 평가 및 진단 절차도 없이 시행되고 있는 사례가 대부분이다. 또한 지금까지는 하천의 자연도 평가 연구 등에서 선진국들의 하천환경평가시스템을 여과 없이 적용함으로써 국내의 하천특성을 제대로 반영하지 못하는 문제점을 노출하고 있다. 따라서 국내 하천의 물리환경 평가시스템에서는 생물 서식의 기반이 되는 하천의 하도지형 특성 및 수리특성을 반영할 수 있어야 한다. 하천평가에 앞서 하천유형 분류에 따른 하도특성은 하상경사에 따라서 급경사 하천(high-gradient stream), 중경사 하천(mid-gradient stream), 완경사 하천(low-gradient stream)으로 구분하였으며 하천의 물리환경 평가시스템의 평가영역 및 평가지표는 정량적 평가시스템을 운영하는 독일(LAWA, 2004)과 미국(EPA, 2004)의 연구결과를 참고하여 공통지표를 추출하고, 우리나라의 하천이용 및 정비현황을 반영하여 하천유형을 3가지로 분류하고 각 하천유형에 대하여 3개 영역 10개 평가지표를 5개 등급으로 구분하여 평가시스템을 구축하였다. 하천에 대한 하천 지형특성과 현황을 조사할 항목은 수리 및 하도영역의 6개 항목, 하안영역의 2개 항목, 하천교란 영역 2개 항목으로 3개 영역으로 구분해서 평가하고 그 점수에 따라 1등급은 매우좋음(1등급)상태의 $20>{\sim}18{\geq}$점, 좋음(2등급)상태의 $18>{\sim}14{\geq}$점, 보통(3등급)상태의 $14>{\sim}8{\geq}$점, 나쁨(4등급)상태의 $8>{\sim}14{\geq}$점, 매우나쁨(5등급)상태의 4>점으로 등급을 산정하였다. 매우 좋음의 1등급은 참조하천이며 좋음~매우나쁨의 2등급~5등급은 비교하천으로 구분하였으며 보통보다 높은 경우는 자연하천, 낮은 경우는 인공하천으로 나누어 서식처 기반에 따라 평가체계를 구축하였다. 한국형 하천환경 물리평가 체계가 확실히 구축되기 위해서는 각자의 평가 등급이 적절하게 평가 되는지를 검증해야 하기 때문에, 본 연구에서는 하천유형별 자연하천과 인공하천을 비교 분석하였고 평가 영역별 평가지표를 기준으로 상관분석을 통한 상관성을 분석하고 더 나아가 가중치의 적절성 및 각각의 등급에 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 한다.

Evaluation of Image Segmentation Techniques (영상 분할 방법의 평가)

  • Image segmentation is a process of partitioning of an image into different regions that have similar properties. It is an old and difficult problem. They have developed many image segmentation systems and have studied to evaluate the existing segmentation systems. However, evaluation of image segmentation systems is very difficult in nature. In this paper, we propose the evaluation criteria that evaluate image segmentation systems automatically. In order to overcome the drawbacks of using only a single evaluation criterion, we have incorporated four evaluation criteria, that is, boundary difference, boundary consistency, region uniformity, and region difference. As the experimental results show, our evaluation criteria performs very well.

Development of Evaluation Tool for Educational Applications (교육용 앱 평가도구 개발 연구)

  • 이 연구는 스마트교육환경에서의 교육용 앱을 평가하기 위한 신뢰롭고 타당한 도구를 개발하는데 있다. 기존 선행연구에 기초해서 교육용 앱의 평가를 위한 평가모형을 도출했으며, 이 모형은 4개의 평가영역(교수 학습측면, 화면디자인측면, 기술측면, 경제 윤리측면)과 13개 평가요소들로 구성되었다. 이 잠재모형의 통계적 타당성 검증을 위한 자료수집을 하고자, 경기도 소재 중학교 1곳과 고등학교 2곳의 학생 156명을 대상으로 교육용 앱을 평가하는데 있어서 각 평가문항이 갖는 중요도를 평가하였다. 수집된 자료를 탐색적 요인분석한 결과, 교육용 앱을 평가하는 영역으로 교수 학습(흥미성 자기주도성 실용성, 인지발달성), 화면디자인(디자인의 적합성, 어휘의 정확성), 기술(호환성, 안정성), 경제 윤리(경제성, 윤리성) 등 4개 영역이 제안되었다. 또한 문항내적일관성을 확인하고자 신뢰도 분석한 결과, 각 평가영역 별 Cronbach ${\alpha}$는 .88, .85, .82, .80으로 모두 적합한 수준을 보였다. 따라서, 이 연구를 통해 도출된 교육용 앱 평가도구는 통계적으로나 타당성과 신뢰성 측면에서 의미 있는 것으로 판단할 수 있다.

Trends of Assessment Research in Science Education (과학 교육에서의 평가 연구 동향)

  • This study seeks educational implication by analyzing research papers dealing with science assessment in the most recent 30 years in Korea. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the trends in published papers on science assessment, their purpose, methodology, and key words, especially concentrating on the cognitive and affective domains. We selected 273 research articles and categorized them by research object, subject, methodology, and contents. To examine the factors that affect the research trend, we also tried to contextualize papers' theme in terms of changes in national curriculum and assessment system during the contemporary period. As a result, an overall research trend reflects changes in science curriculum and assessment events such as implementation of college scholastic ability test or performance assessment. There is an unequal distribution in various aspects of the researches, showing a superiority in cognitive domains than the affective ones. By using standardized data obtained through the national and international assessment of educational achievement in science, quantitative researches were superior to qualitative ones. Studies on cognitive domain use variously written- and performance-based tests, whereas most studies of the affective ones prefer written tests. Applied research and evaluation research are predominant comparing to basic ones, which most of the research methodology is based on statistics. Lastly, we found out that key words and subjects tend to be subdivided and detailed rather than general and comprehensive, as time goes on. Such trend will be helpful to elaborate and refine assessment tools that have been regarded as a problem.

Evaluation of a Gifted Education Program for Mathematically Gifted Children in Seoul Area (초등 수학 영재 프로그램 평가 - 서울시 A 교육청 평가 사례를 중심으로 -)

  • Growing in its size, the contents of the teaching-learning programs for mathematically gifted children from A program in Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education were examined in terms of the individual subjects provided through the courses of gifted education programs, and it was evaluated based on the revised version of the existing module. As a result, the educational objectives of teaching-learning program were clear, differentiated and obtainable. Among the program, the advanced parts were more than the selective parts, which mainly consisted of numbers and calculation, shapes, regularity and problem solving parts and had latest contents of research in balance. Additionally, every part of the program needs mathematical and creative thinking and approach and has proper evaluation index for problem solving. The presented materials in the programs are specific and appropriate, though some of them did not suggest the evaluation index for cultivating personality and value clearly and the reference books. The teaching-learning programs were focusing on problem-based learning and cooperative learning and using performance assessment for evaluation.
