Objective : The purpose of this study tried to present the performed average and range through systematic review about assessment tools that measures the praxis ability of sensory integrative function for foreign and domestic normal children. Methods: With making use of Medline, PubMed, Ovid, Eric, the Library of Congress, National Science and Technology Information Center, Kiss, RISS, and the Google search engine, we searched the name of assessment tool on the basis of the framework of the theory of sensory integration. Target paper was thesis and Journal published from January 2000 to April 2011. Results: Total of 24 papers were retrieved, used assessment tools were Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency (BOTMP), Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency, Short Form (BOTMP-SF), Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency, Second Edition (BOT-2), Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency, Second Edition, Short Form (BOT-2-SF), Clinical Observations of Motor and Postural Skills (COMPS), Motor Assessment Battery for Children (MABC), Clinical Test of Sensory Interaction with Balance (CTSIB), and subtest of Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT). We presented the average and range of assessment tools applied to normal children in each country. Conclusion: A performed result in other cultural and domestic normal children which this study presented will provide a standard in comparison with performance of children with disabilities who are the actual clinical evaluation.

베트남은 1991년 이래로 지속가능한 개발을 국가계획에 반영하여 온 최초의 몇 안 되는 실행국가이다. 2004년 4월에는 베트남의 수상이 베트남 아젠다 21의 지속가능성과 연계한 전략적 접근에 대한 결정을 문서화하고 있다. 아젠다 21의 제28장에서 언급된 바와 같이 지역 자치단체장은 지역 아젠다 21을 실행하기 위한 과정에 참여하고 있으며 이는 지역사회, 지역의 정책 및 프로그램이 국가계획과 연계되어야 하며 지역의 단체들은 이 부분에 준비 및 참여를 수행하였다. 본 논문은 이러한 국가 계획하에 아젠다 21을 수행한 2개의 지방자치단체에 대한 참여프로그램 분석을 수행한 연구이다. 랑손시의 대중위생관리 및 미칸마을의 녹색성장에 대한 참여프로그램을 분석하였다.

본 연구는 유역 수질의 효과적인 관리와 수질 모델의 효율적인 활용을 위하여 GIS를 기반으로 수질 모델과 지형 및 문자 데이터베이스를 통합한 모델링 시스템(Water Quality Management System)을 개발하고 전라북도 내 동진강에 대해 적용하였다. WQMS는 DOS 기반의 수질모델이 가지는 복잡성과 결과해석의 불편을 최소화하기 위하여 윈도우 기반의 하천모델을 운용하기 위한 시스템을 구축하고, 나아가 GIS 기반의 사용자에게 보다 편리한 모델링 환경을 제공하도록 설계되었다. 개발된 시스템의 구현 단계는 전처리와 모델링 실행, 후처리의 세단계로 구분될 수 있다. 전처리단계는 DB에 의해 모델실행을 지원하며 후처리 단계에서는 GIS를 이용하여 모델실행 결과를 그래프와 속성 자료로 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 실측자료를 활용하여 WQMS의 적용성을 평가한 결과 신뢰성이 높게 평가되었다. WQMS는 기존 DOS 기반의 모델링의 복잡성을 제거하고 정도 높은 수질분석을 수행하므로서 효율적인 유역 수질관리에 필요한 기본자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

소프트웨어 스트리밍[1][2]은 프로그램 설치 및 실행을 위하여 서버로부터 데이터 전송이 진행중인 동안에도 PC, PDA, 휴대용 개인 컴퓨터, 휴대 전화 등과 같은 데스크 탑 또는 이동 연산장치 상에서 미설치 소프트웨어의 실행이 즉각적으로 이루어지도록 하는 기능이다. 즉, 소프트웨어 스트리밍 기술을 사용하면 사용자가 다운로드, 압축해제, 인스톨과 시스템 재구성이라는 일련의 과정이 완료될 때까지 기다릴 필요 없이 최소한의 다운로드 후에 해당 소프트웨어가 곧바로 실행될 수 있도록 해준다. 이러한 스트리밍 시스템을 사용하면 사용자는 다양한 공개 또는 상업용 응용프로그램을 광범위하게 지원하는 사용자 투명성을 가진 가상 소프트웨어 컴퓨팅 환경을 만들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 리눅스 환경에서 설계 구현된 Software On-Demand(SOD) 스트리밍 시스템을 소개하고, SOD 스트리밍 시스템의 성능평가 소프트웨어를 사용하여 SOD 스트리밍 시스템의 성능을 측정한다.

This study aims to reveal what is necessary for pre-service science teachers to make good use of online formative assessment in the context of online classes. For 22 pre-service physics teachers, first, the preliminary perception of online classes, online formative assessment, and formative assessment was investigated; second, the practice process of online formative assessment was examined. Then the differences between perception and practice were compared and analyzed. Data were collected in preliminary surveys, lesson plans, online formative assessment items, and interview data. As a result of the study, an interaction was mentioned as the difficulty of online classes in the preliminary perception, and pre-service teachers mentioned the use of technology, feedback, and adjustment as advantages of online formative assessment. In most cases of practice, the automated feedback was used using the platform's technology, but it did not lead to adjustment and interaction. In addition, the use of items in online formative assessment was not suitable for formative functions. The reason why the interaction using formative feedback did not occur seems to be because the understanding of formative assessment was insufficient. Pre-service teachers need to be prepared for the 'formative' function through the feedback of online formative assessment so that can lead to interaction in online classes. The shift to online classes is creating difficulties, especially in interaction. It is necessary to prepare and educate pre-service teachers on fundamental aspects that can overcome these difficulties.

Performance indicators for academic libraries in Korea suggested in this research cover three areas, that is, collection, budget, and human resources, which consists of three subdivisions, respectively. Performance indicators and action plans in this research were prepared, based on the official documents which universities in Korea formally submitted to the Ministry of Education and Human Resources, and the data published by the related institutions. Performance indicators and action plans are intended to draw attentions of university administrators and headquarters, but do not require librarians to prepare for evaluation. The better results would be expected with the development and application of both quantitative and qualitative indicators for information services by standardizing and unifying the process of collecting statistics. It is also expected that periodic and continuing evaluation of academic libraries could help government and universities have a better understanding of and appreciate the significance of academic libraries.

최근 정부는 변화하는 환경에 조응하기 위한 혁신적인 국가 R&D 시스템의 도입 및 성과평가 준거 틀의 전환을 시도하고 있다. 이에 연구자 중심의 "정부 R&D 혁신방안(2015)"을 제안하고 기존의 추격형 R&D체제에서 벗어나 질적 우수성 추구로 패러다임 전환과 창의 도전적 R&D에 초점을 맞춘 평가방식, 그리고 행정시스템 간소화 등을 해결해야 할 주요 과제로 제안하고 있다. 하지만, 다양한 이해관계자가 제시한 지속적인 의견 등을 고려할 때, 변화 이슈에 대한 장기적인 R&D 시스템 전개방향은 공감되나, 실행단계에서 실효적 적용은 많은 논의가 필요해 보인다. 특히, 특정 집단의 이해관계를 벗어나기 힘든 경우, 편향된 이슈 및 정책 제안이 제시되거나, 제안된 정책 간 일관성 있는 논리를 설정하기 어렵거나, 불특정 다수의 이해관계자 집단 간 이익 대변 혹은 현실을 벗어나는 이상적인 방향을 제안하는 경우도 있다. 따라서 이해관계자를 넘어서는 통합적 관점에서 사회 전체적 여건을 고려하는 혁신적 국가 R&D 시스템에 대한 정책적 실행방안을 고민해 볼 필요성이 제기된다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 과학기술 혁신정책 및 R&D 성과, 주요국 관련 동향 등을 살펴보고 현행 R&D 추진 시스템을 사회 시스템 차원에서 바라보며, 제기되는 관련 이슈에 대한 비판적 담론과 쟁점을 정리 및 분석하였다. 또한, R&D 혁신주체 간 상호작용 및 추진 시스템 효율성 측면의 핵심 이슈를 분석하여 R&D 추진 시스템 중장기 구축방향과 한계도 체계적으로 살펴보았으며, 이를 정리한 실행전략을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to supplement the NURI Curriculum by investigating the practicing level of the NURI Curriculum for 5-year olds according to the demographic backgrounds of early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 201 early childhood teachers who work at kindergartens and child care centers located in Gyeonggi Province and were in charge of 5-year olds. The instrument used was a questionnaire measuring the practicing level of the NURI Curriculum. The results of this study were as follows. First, the practicing level of the NURI Curriculum for 5-year olds generally showed high scores. A total average of 3.24 on a 4 scale was found. In each case, educational contents have the highest score, 3.40, and educational evaluation has the lowest score, 3.03. Secondly, teachers' age, teaching career and educational background had an affect on the practicing level of the NURI Curriculum for 5-year olds, but their certificate and institution type did not. That is, the higher the teachers' age, teaching career and educational background, the higher the practicing level of the NURI Curriculum for 5-year olds.

National forests have been assumed to do a leading role in carbon sequestration and creating forest resources since society demanded it due to climate change. Therefore, it is needed to check whether a national forest management plan and its evaluation are implemented effectively. As an effective planning and management is to be ensured on the basis of proper evaluation system, this research suggests to improve the evaluation system by analyzing it theoretically. Improvements for national forest management plan and its evaluation are as follows: (1) adjusting evaluation goal and time; (2) giving weighting to each work when planning; (3) writing details of change in planning and its grounds; (4) using the national forest management information systems to integrate these evaluation methods and result. Since to predict future changes in forests and achieve sustainable forest management begins at the reliable evaluation for overall process of the implemented project, the significance of this study is in proposing the improvement of evaluation system for national forest.

방송통신고등학교는 국가수준 교육과정의 개정 시기를 맞아 방송고 학습자 특성을 반영한 온라인 콘텐츠 설계를 위해서 콘텐츠 질 분석, 수업 구조 분석, 화면 로그인 경로 분석 등을 통해서 시행하고 방송고 온라인 콘텐츠 교수설계 모형을 도출하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서 도출한 온라인 콘텐츠 교수설계 모형은 먼저 크게 수업 설계, 수업 실행, 수업 평가로 구성되어 있다. 수업 설계는 학습자 분석, 교수환경분석, 교수 분석, 교수 전략개발의 단계를 가지고 있다. 수업 실행은 수업에 대한 동기 유발, 선수학습 회상, 수업 목표 제시, 수업 내용 제시 및 학습 안내 제공, 수행 행동 유도 및 피드백 제공, 목표 수행 평가, 파지 및 전이 단계를 가지고 있다. 수업 평가는 최종 수업 평가 및 최종 피드백 제공 단계를 가지고 있다.
