Evaluating battle damage after conducting an attack on selected targets during warfare is essential. However, regarding the assessment of battle damage caused by cyber-attacks, some methods available under limited circumstances have been suggested so far. Accordingly, this paper suggests a militarily applicable, comprehensive, and specific method of battle damage assessment from battle damage assessment methods in combat assessment theories from the understanding of cyberspace. By using cyberspace components, this paper classifies cyber targets, suggests the assessment methods of data damage, social cognitive damage, derived damage, and the existing battle damage assessment methods such as physical damage, functional damage, and target systems, and provides an example to demonstrate that this method is applicable to the actual past cyberattack cases.

The measure to encourage participation of ESCO business for companies with core technology may vary on the conditions of preference policy considerations. Accordingly, the three measures are can be suggested, evaluation points for incentives, loan allocated to a separate, and participation with consortium. This study recommends that the evaluation points for incentives is preferred in the ways. If the assumption that the allocation of large amounts of money, the amount of the loan allocated to a separate may be considered as suboptimal.

본 논문은, 국적일반화물선 공식안전성평가(Formal Safety Assessment, 이하 FSA) 연구의 1, 2 단계에 해당하는 위험요소 식별(Hazard identification) 및 식별된 사고 시나리오에 대한 위험도 분석(Risk analysis) 결과를 소개한 "국적일반화물선 초기안전성평가 연구(1)"에 이어서 FSA 연구의 3, 4 그리고 5단계의 내용으로, 국적일반화물선의 위험도 수준을 저감할 수 있는 위험도제어방안들(Risk Control Options)을 식별하는 단계(Step 3)와 식별된 위험도제어방안들 중 전문가 의견수렴을 통하여 선별된 위험도제어방안들을 대상으로 한 비용-효과 평가 단계(Step 4: Cost-Benefit Assessment) 그리고 비용-효과 평가의 결과를 정리하여 국적일반화물선의 안전성 제고를 위한 구체적인 방안을 제안하는 단계(Step 5: Recommendation for Decision Making)의 결과를 소개하였다.

To improve the dCollection system, it is suggested that the usability tests of the dCollection system are needed to find out whether submitters or IR managers are satisfied with the system or not. For the usability evaluations, we used sixty participants, thirty for its management module and thirty for its submit and retrieval modules and for its test constructed the five evaluation indicators including architectural/visual clarity and effectiveness. Based on the results of the usability tests, some improvements in terms of supportiveness, usefulness and visual clarity were suggested.

In this study, it suggests the High Availability (HA) implementation plan of building a continuous service infrastructure as a strategy ensuring availability, as the importance of availability securing corporate business continuity emerges in the knowledge and information society. However, if the reliability of the criticality assessment of information asset is not ensured, it requires assessment measures for availability that can be managed by mapping with service maintenance assessment items, which are availability criteria based on the asset criticality evaluated through the asset value matrix because it is difficult to maintain security in conjunction with the value of real assets. Therefore, this study suggests the assessment measures for availability of information assets.

원자력발전소에서 디지털 컴퓨터의 사용이 증가함에 따라 관련 시스템의 안전성, 신뢰성, 무결성, 가용성, 완전성 등을 충족시키기 위한 방안들이 현안으로 대두되고 있다. 특히 원자력발전소의 신경계통이라 할 수 있는 계측제어 계통의 디지털화로 인하여, 기존의 아날로그 하드웨어의 기능을 향상시킨 소프트웨어가 디지털 시스템에 사용되게 됨으로서, 디지털 시스템에 사용되는 상용 소프트웨어 제품의 신뢰도가 원자력발전소의 안전 및 안정 운영과 직결되므로 상용 소프트웨어에 대한 평가 문제가 중요한 관심사로 대두되었다. 본 논문의 서론에서는 원자력발전소에서 상용 소프트웨어제품을 사용하게 된 배경과 감시 및 제어를 위한 상용 실시간 운영체제를 사용하기 위한 고려사항을 기술하고, 본론에서는 상용 실시간 운영체제 선정시 제공하여야 할 기능에 대한 고려사항과, 상용 소프트웨어 제품 선정에 관한 규제 현황 및 규제 요건에 대한 고려사항을 해결하기 위한 선정 및 평가 절차를 수립하고, 이를 평가에 반영하는 방법과 절차를 제시한다. 결론에서는 원자력발전소 감시제어를 위한 상용 실시간 운영체제 평가시 고려사항의 해결에 대한 문제점과 해결 방안, 그리고 선정 절차 및 평가방안을 적용하는 데 따른 문제점과 해결 방안을 제시한다.

임베디드 소프트웨어는 탑재할 대상에 맞게 구성하고 맞춤화(customize)하는 작업 이 필요하므로 그 종류가 다양하고 시스템을 구성하는 컴포넌트들이 밀접하게 연관되어 있기 때문에 이를 평가하기 위해서는 일반 소프트웨어와 다른 관점이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 임베디드 소프트웨어의 구성을 분석하였고, 이를 기반으로 임베디드 소프트웨어의 특징을 반영하여 품질 평가와 기능평가를 포함한 체계적인 임베디드 소프트웨어 평가 모델의 구축 방안에 대해 제시하였다.

운영 중인 가스배관에는 매우 낮은 빈도이긴 하지만 부식, 기계적 손상, 내압, 토양하중, 차량하중, 지반침하, 열하중, 균열 등이 생길 수 있다. 안정적인 가스공급과 안전한 배관 운영을 위해서는 손상배관에 대한 건전성 평가가 필요하다. 평가 방법은 국내외 규격을 적용하거나 배관 운영회사에서 독자적인 건전성 평가방안을 적용하면 된다. 결함평가 방안은 고압 가스배관뿐만 아니라, 중저압 가스배관, 압력용기, 원자력 배관, 화학플랜트 배관 등에 필요한 사항이다.

전자해도는 기존 종이해도로 표현하던 해안선, 등심선, 수심, 항로표지 등의 정보를 디지털화한 것으로 기존 종이해도 정보의 디지털화 과정에서 해도 사용 목적에 부합하는 수준으로 일반화 과정을 거치게 된다. 이 과정에서 일관된 기준과 자동화된 작업 방식 적용의 어려움으로 일반화 수준이 균일하지 않은 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자해도로 제작된 여러 정보 중 해안선을 대상으로 균일한 수준으로 일반화되었는지 평가하는 전자해도 일반화 평가 방안을 연구하였다. 세부 내용으로는 일반화 평가에 활용할 수 있는 여러 알고리즘을 비교 분석하여 전자해도에 가장 최적화된 알고리즘 및 평가 방법을 제안하였다.

소프트웨어의 품질 향상이란 상당히 중요한 관심문제 중에 하나이다. 최근 들어서 각 지자체에서는 시민의 안전과 아동 보호의 목적으로 CCTV를 설치하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제품화 되어 있는 CCTV의 품질 향상을 위해서 CCTV의 품질을 평가하는 방안에 대해서 제시하고 품질 측정을 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 메트릭을 제시한다. CCTV 품질 평가에 대한 메트릭은 현재 진행 중에 있는 국제표준 ISO/IEC 25000에 준하여 제시하고 CCTV 품질 평가에 활용하는 방안에 대해서 제시한다.
