본 논문은 안전한 디지털 음악 유통 실현을 위한 오디오 워터마크 기술의 국제적인 평가 기준 연구와 평가 기준에 따른 오디오 워터마크 알고리즘의 평가 및 강인성 분석에 관한 내용이다. 현재 디지털 음악에 대한 저작권 보호 기술로서 많은 오디오 워터마크 알고리즘이 개발되어 제품화되어 지고 있다. 이러한 워터마크 알고리즘의 기술적 평가클 위해 여러 국가에서 각각의 평가 기준을 제시하고 있다. 기존에 나와있는 평가기준에 따라 오디오 워터마크 알고리즘을 분석하고, 이로 인한 각 알고리즘의 취약점 및 앞으로의 알고리즘 개발 방향에 대하여 알아본다.

댐의 용수공급능력이란 어떤 기간 동안에 저수지로부터 각종 용수로 공급할 수 있는 수량을 의미하고 통상 연간 공급가능량으로 표시되며, 평가기준인 이수안전도는 크게 보장공급량 기준과 신뢰도 기준으로 구분된다. 보장공급량이란 최악의 갈수기 동안에도 공급을 보장할 수 있는 최대공급량을 뜻하며 다년기준과 특정 한발년도 기준으로 구분된다. 신뢰도 기준은 장기간의 계획기간에 걸쳐 저수지운영을 통하여 전체기간 중에서 일정비율의 기간 동안만 물 부족을 허용하는 방법이고 연간단위기준, 기간단위기준 및 공급량단위기준으로 구분된다. 기존의 다목적댐의 경우 설계 시에 이수안전도를 다년기준 혹은 특정 한발년도 기준의 보장공급량 방식으로 용수공급능력을 평가하였으나 최근에는 적극적인 수자원의 활용을 위하여 신뢰도 기준의 이수안전도로 용수공급능력을 평가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 설계 당시 이수안전도를 21개년간의 보장공급량으로 기준한 임하댐과 이수안전도를 '67~'68의 한발년으로 기준한 안동댐의 용수공급능력을 신뢰도 방식으로 재평가 하였고, 기본계획 공급량과 비교하여 추가용수공급 가능 여부를 검토하였다. 다년간 운영된 기존댐의 용수공급능력을 평가하기 위해서는 저수지를 하나의 시스템으로 고려하고 댐 운영시점에서의 유효저수량에 저수지 유입량, 강수량, 목적별 계획 용수 수요량, 홍수 시 월류, 방류량 등을 고려한 저수지 모의운영분석을 실시하여 물 부족량 및 용수공급능력을 계산한다. 본 연구에서는 안동댐과 임하댐의 30년 일 유입량 자료를 사용하여 단독운영 모의를 수행하였고, 30년 중 1회 물 부족발생(신뢰도 96.7%) 및 20년 중 1회 물 부족발생(신뢰도 95.0%)을 기준으로 연간단위 평가 및 월간단위 평가를 수행하여 각각의 용수공급능력을 산정하였다. 모의운영 결과 신뢰도 95.0%의 연간단위 평가 시 안동댐의 용수공급 가능량은 연간 893백만$m^3$, 임하댐의 용수공급 가능량은 연간 382백만$m^3$으로 안동댐과 임하댐 모두 기본계획공급량에 비하여 용수공급능력이 작게 산정되었다.

South Korea is carrying out and expanding smart grid pilot projects to build a framework for a national smart grid and expand overseas markets. It is important to properly evaluate performance for the projects and further develop related businesses in a more desirable direction. This study is to provide evaluation criteria for the performance of smart grid pilot projects and a basis for further continuous development according to the type of projects. Evaluation criteria were selected through reviews of documental materials and expert discussions. The viability of the proposed draft in the situation of South Korea was examined by expert Delphi surveys. The Delphi surveys were conducted twice, and therefrom drawn were 18 evaluation criteria for 6 evaluation categories.

The increase of social interest for the e-Learning industry leads to the increase of e-learning contents and the system providers which are targeted at private education companies and public institutions. As the e-Learning is used in various areas, the evaluation for evaluation criteria and suitability are needed to provide a high-quality service and reliability. Previous works suggested the evaluation criteria for quality certification, however, the technical evaluation criteria are not provided. In this paper, we suggest the technical evaluation criteria for quality certification of e-Learning contents and describe the detailed features. Through the proposed work, we can establish the technical evaluation criteria and suggest detailed evaluation items for them by providing examples. It is expected that the proposed study is able to be utilized in e-Learning industry, if the policy is reflected and notified according to the feedback of the results of the trial service.

American Academic Accreditation System was reviewed. Current accreditation standards of the six regional accreditation associations were analysed with reference to the evaluation of academic libraries. That analysis was led to the recognition of some trends; mission and goal based assessment, qualitative evaluation, emphasis on the student learning outcomes, emphasis on the teaching role of academic librarians, distance education, and less prescriptive text. Some suggestions were made for revision of the Korean academic accreditation standards related to libraries.

So far, various researches have been conducted on evaluation of e-learning software, but subjective evaluation criteria are formed according to the classification presented from the viewpoint of the researcher rather than systematized form according to related standards. In addition, standards for software evaluation are continuously being supplemented for practical use, so it is urgent to establish evaluation bases by establishing evaluation criteria. Therefore, in order to establish the quality evaluation standard of e-learning software, this study analyzes the quality requirements of e-learning software based on the usability system among the quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25000 series. This evaluation standard is distinguished by the fact that the evaluation standard of e-learning software that reflects the latest trend of related standardization has been established and practical utilization has been improved. It can be used effectively for quality evaluation and certification of e-learning software in the future.

This study proposes new fashion brand evaluation criteria. In developing the criteria, we emphasize the following considerations: first, the object of the evaluation should be the brand rather than the products or store second, the "new" brand should be the "new" brand from the consumer's perspective finally, only fashion brands available in department store are included to examine the relationship between evaluation criteria and consumers' relationship quality perception with a department store. Our data analysis of an online survey panel sample of 537 female consumers produced six new fashion brand evaluation criteria: merchandise power, in-store communication, brand/company image, salesperson, VMD, and assortment variety. New fashion brand evaluation criteria factors include both brand attributes and store attributes. Brand-related evaluation criteria are merchandise power, assortment variety, and brand/company images, whereas store-related criteria are VMD, salesperson, and in-store communication. The associations among brand evaluation criteria, brand attitudes, and the consumers' relationship quality with department store were tested by regression analysis.

새로 개발한 철재 교량용 방호울타리는 기존 시설에 비해 충격흡수기능과 조망권 확보, 융설작업, 유지보수가 용이하도록 설계되었다. 본 연구는 새로 개발한 철재 교량용 방호울타리를 건설교통부의 $\ulcorner$도로안전시설 설치 및 관리지침 - 교량용 방호울타리 편. 1999$\lrcorner$ 의 설계기준에 따라 기존 고속도로에 사용하고 있는 F형 콘크리트 교량용 방호울타리와 성능비교를 통해 평가하고자 하였다. 비교평가는 S2급 교량용 방호울타리의 시험기준으로 실시하였으며 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 소형승용차를 대상으로 한 운전자의 안전도 평가에서는 두가지 시설 모두 강도성능, 충돌 후 차량 안전성능 구성 부재 비산 억제 성능 등 세 가지 기준을 만족하였으나, 가속도 기준에 있어서는 철재 교량용 방호울타리는 기준인 20g 이하인 18.2605g로 나타나 안전기준을 만족하였고, F형 콘크리트 교량용 방호울타리는 20.1791g로 나타나 기준을 약간 상회하는 것으로 나타났으나 안전기준의 범위에 있는 것으로 평가하였다. 둘째. 대형차량을 대상으로 한 방호울타리의 구조적 안정성 평가에 있어서는 F형과 철재 교량용 방호울타리 모두 평가기준에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 새로 개발한 철재 교량용 방호울타리는 국내 최초로 모의충돌시험과 실물차량 충돌시험을 통해 개발하였다는 의의를 가지고 있으며 성능측면에서도 기존의 시설에 비해 충분히 안전하다는 것을 증명하였다. 그러나 측정시설의 미비로 충돌후의 차량의 이탈속도나 이탈각도에 대하여 만족할 만한 수준의 결과를 제시하지는 못하였다.

웹사이트의 사용성에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 매우 많으며 또한 각각이 갖는 비중 또한 다르다. 이러한 점들을 고려한 웹사이트의 사용성을 예측할 수 있는 평가방법의 개발은 웹사이트 개발자 뿐 만 아니라 사용자들에게도 중요한 문제이다. 이러한 다중기준 평가에서는 대상 시스템의 전체적인 사용성을 효과적으로 정의할 수 있는 단일기준을 추출할 수 없기 때문에 다중기준을 고려하였고 그에 따라 가중치를 설정하기 위해 AHP 모형을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 웹사이트의 설계, 개발 단계에서 사용성을 평가, 개선할 수 있는 효율적인 사용성 평가방법을 제시하는 것이며 이를 위해 웹사이트의 사용성 평가항목 정의, 각 사용성 평가항목에 대한 세부평가기준 정의, 각 평가기준에 대한 쌍대비교, 가중치 산출, 가중치 종합에 의한 사용성 평가값 산출의 단계를 거쳐 연구가 수행된다.
