This study analyzed international case studies on Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) follow-up and suggested implications based on the study's findings to aid implementation of SEA follow-up in Korea. SEA requires follow-up in order to identify unforseen adverse effects and enable appropriate remedial action to be taken. Tool kits and methodological framework for effective SEA follow-up are only being researched recently. Based on the study's findings, following implications for implementing SEA follow-up in Korea were drawn. First, the system of carrying out SEA follow-up would be different depending on the PPP topic. During the scoping stage, significant impacts should be identified according to the PPP topic, and thus help determine the indicators to be developed in the later stage. Secondly, responsibility, method, time, intervals and actions from SEA follow-up may vary depending on the target SEA consultation. Thirdly, the indicators of SEA follow-up may be considered together with various environmental standards and current political, social and economic indicators which are a big issue in society. Fourthly, SEA follow-up can be used as an integration system of its target planning and environmental planning. Finally, SEA feedback system should be needed. The result of SEA follow-up should be used for target PPP. These would lead to improvements to the target PPP. If SEA follow up is successfully implemented and actively carried out for domestic PPPs, Korea can be a step closer to realization of sustainable development.

This study investigate the reasons of organizational failure in detection and appropriate response to risk signal. The Crisis does not come true suddenly, there is some risk signals in crisis. If Organization detect the risk signals the crisis is come true opportunities, if not the crisis is come true disastrous outcome. This is use the system dynamics approach. System Dynamics assume the system as a collection of causal feedback loop, so we understand the dynamics around the problems. This investigate suggest that, the focus on growth is the a kind of promotional pressure and the pressure drive the organization to less attention the risk signal, so the risk is underestimate In proportion to real risk. Ultimate, the organization entrap the promotional climate and insensible to security. This study is a kind of hypothesis-discovering research, in the further study, the discovered hypothesis will be empirically tested.

This study was carried out to investigate variation of heavy metal contents for feed materials during composting and to evaluate the effect of pre-treatment methods on heavy metal analysis. Dry ashing, $HNO_3-HClO_4$, aqua-regia, HCl reflux, $HNO_3-HClO_4-HF$, autoclaving methods of $HNO_3$, HCl, and $HNO_3(2+1)$ were used as pre-treatment for heavy metal analysis. In analyzing standard material SRM 2781, recovery efficiencies of pre-treatment methods were 50-60% for Cr and Zn, >100% for Ni, and 80-90% for Cd and Cu. Recovery efficiency of dry ashing for SRM 2781 was the lowest. In composting raw material, Cd concentration by autoclaving methods was 3 to 4 times higher than the other methods and recovery efficiency of dry ashing was also the lowest. During composting, Cd content was the highest in autoclaving. Cr and Cu concentrations were the lowest in dry ashing and aqua-regia, respectively. Variation coefficients of Pb and Zn between pre-treatment methods were generally low.
The goal of this study is to analyze the problem and performance of life sympathy policy and to present development plan. For this, literature, and empirical research were performed. The analysis showed the problem of life sympathy policy in the following manner. That is the confusion of the mix of department, the lack of publicity, the uncertain of persistence and the lack identity of the monitor, the absence a unified operating instructions on the monitor, the insufficient to activities and operations housewife monitors etc. To vitalize life sympathy policy and operational needs of aspects of the institutional and the activation. Due to the spread of COVID-19, it is rapidly changing from face-to-face to non-face-to-face work environments and is changing to a digital work environment that can be accessed anytime, anywhere, providing convenience to all lives. However, the number of breaches, personal information leakage, and technology leakage targeting SMEs that are vulnerable to security continues to increase. Accordingly, the government has been continuously promoting the information security consulting support project for SMEs every year since 2014. Therefore, this study intends to develop a performance model and measurement methodology for continuous and more systematic support and efficient management of information protection support projects in consideration of the importance of information security for SMEs. It is intended to be used as basic data when setting future operational directions and goals. The main method of this study is to derive performance models and indicators for SME information security support projects based on domestic literature, case studies, and survey results, utilize expert advice to verify the developed performance measurement indicators, and use pilot-test questionnaires. Conduct evaluation through surveys. Based on the verified indicators, we would like to present a performance model and measurement index for the information security support project for SMEs.
The purpose of this study was to find and to apply an effective intervention method to deal with the aggressive behaviors of Junseo, who is in a classroom for two-year olds. First, we collected the data about the aggressive behaviors by ABC event sampling, journal, recording the frequency of behaviors and the interview with the parents. Second, we drew an inference to the reason for his behaviors and tried to find an appropriate method to deal with them with colleagues and the professor. A time-out was applied to Junseo's aggressive behaviors and alternately, his parents were asked to applause him frequently on appropriate behaviors at home. The aggressive behaviors became better gradually while the intervention method was monitored and assessed for feedback. As a result, the approach procedure, which was used in this study, was suggested to deal with the aggressive behaviors of young children. And supporting the system for operating this procedure was further discussed.

As an innovation cluster has become an important policy tool for attaining regional and national competitiveness, many nations and regions are making great efforts to foster innovation clusters. In the case of Korea also, many innovation clusters have been established and some of them are recently receiving a lot of attention due to their performance. In fact, there have been lots of investment by the central and regional governments. However, there have been no in-depth analyses on Korean successful innovation clusters. This study investigates some of the success factors of a Korean representative innovation cluster, Pangyo Techo Valley. We find out that the Pangyo Techno Valley has four groups of success factors: innovative environment, consistent policy support by regional government, knowledge networks, and good feed-back system of innovation. Our findings would have some theoretical and practical implications for innovation cluster research and policy practice.
This study conducted an overall recognition analysis and demand survey of parent education programs in order to explore ways to promote parent education. Based on previous research, the questionnaire was developed including five factors and 23 items : (1) operating a center to support parent education, (2) perception on parent education programs, (3) developing a parent education program, (4) utilizing space, and (5) program operation and evaluation. A survey was administered on the parents of second and fourth graders at A elementary school in Chungju. The result showed that parents are positive about the operation of the center, which can provide professional support for parent education programs. There was also a great demand to strengthen the educational content of parents' roles. This study is meaningful in providing basic data for developing parent education programs based on the perception and demand analysis of existing parent education. Furthermore, the need for performance analysis and feedback was presented in future research directions after the actual development and operation of parent education programs that reflected the demand of parents.

Timosaponin A III, an active and major compound, was isolated from rhizomes of Anemarrhena asphodeloides. The quantitative analysis of timosaponin AIII was performed by a high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method using ELSD and the useful extraction method for HPLC analysis was examined as well. This HPLC method can be utilized as the standard analytical method for the evaluation of the quality of Anemarrhena rhizoma in the steps of breeding and cultivation. Additionally, the HPLC analysis method can be useful for the evaluation of the quality of Anemarrhena rhizoma sold as a traditional medicine in current markets.
