최근 인터넷 웹 콘텐츠의 접근성에 대한 표준화의 준수와 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 정부, 공공기관, 기업까지 확산되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 웹 접근성 표준 지침에 패하여 알아보고, 표준 지침별 평가 항목에 대하여 비교 분석한다. 또한, 웹 접근성 인증 기준에 의한 중요도에 대해서도 분석한다. 그리고 웹 접근성 평가도구인 KADO-WAH 프로그램을 활용하여 교육 관련 홈페이지를 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 따라 지침별 준수율을 비교 분석한다.

In domestic and international, evaluation of product with Common Criteria(CC) for security product estimation is expanding standard of product estimation. This expansion is due to multi aspects of product versions. However, it is very difficult to approach the most suitable form of security estimation guide in the developer's perspective, because estimation basis presented to developers is indefinite. With this pending dilemma, we are presenting a composition product introduce definite security standard for information security products.

최근 인터넷 웹 콘텐츠의 접근성에 대한 표준화의 준수와 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 정부와 공공기관 그리고 기업까지 확산되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 한국형 인터넷 웹 접근성 지침에 대하여 살펴보고, 웹 접근성 평가도구인 KADO-WAH 프로그램을 다운 받아서 프로그램을 활용하고 일선 학교에서 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 웹 접근성 평가 도구를 활용하여 교육 관련 홈페이지를 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 따라서 평가하는 방안을 제시한다. 평가 결과에 따라 나타나는 검사 항목 통계 보고서를 토대로 웹 접근성 준수 여부를 분석한다. 마지막으로, 평가 결과 나타난 오류와 경고 항목을 평가보고서에서 요구하는 방향으로 수정하여 교육용 홈페이지의 웹 접근성을 향상시키는 방안을 제안한다.

본 연구는 한국 미국 유럽의 ITS 사업평가방법론을 비교분석(Comparative Analysis)하여 과학적인 국내 ITS사업평가지침 도입방안을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 ITS사업평가의 문제점 및 국외 선진평가방법론을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하여 국내 ITS평가지침을 제도화하기 위한 정책방향을 제언하였다. 국내 외 사례(미국 유럽 한국) 비교분석결과, 국내에서도 중 장기적인 ITS 투자재원의 효율적 배분과 단기적인 시스템운영의 효율화를 위해서 과학적인 ITS평가지침(ITS Evaluation Guideline)의 도입이 제도화되어야 한다. 또한 세부추진방안으로 ITS사업을 지속적이고 반복적으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 ITS사업평가체계의 도입, ITS 서비스의 효과척도(MOE)를 과학적으로 분석할 수 있는 평가기법(운영성능평가, 경제성평가, 사전 사후비교분석, 시뮬레이션분석)정립, ITS특성을 고려한 새로운 평가기법 도입(위험도분석, 행태분석, 시뮬레이션분석) 및 기타 정책적 활용을 위한 지원(평가자료의 데이터베이스화, 한국형 ITS평가용 시뮬레이터개발, ITS사업효과 계량화 등)방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

해상을 통하여 산적으로 운송되는 화학제품의 안전 및 오염 유해성평가 관련 IMO/UN 지침이 산재하여, 산업계가 관련 지침과 정보를 수집하는데 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되어 유행성 평가에 필요한 각종 치침과 정보를 연구하여 간단히 요약한 통합정보를 개발하였다.

건설공사 사후평가는 공공건설사업 수행성과를 평가하고 차후 유사사업 추진 시 이를 활용하여 공공건설사업 효율화에 기여하기 위한 제도이다. 국토교통부에서는 발주청별로 실시하고 있는 건설공사 사후평가의 결과정보를 체계적으로 통합 관리하고, 이를 활용할 수 있도록 건설공사 사후평가 시행지침을 기초로 한 건설공사 사후평가시스템을 구축하여 운영 중에 있다. 하지만 사후평가 시행지침의 개정에 따라 입력양식 및 관리항목이 변경되고, 축적된 사후평가 결과정보의 분석기능 등의 부족으로 유사 건설사업 수행시 활용 체계가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건설공사 사후평가 시행지침의 개정과 분석 및 통계기능 강화를 위해 따라 건설공사 사후평가시스템의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 사후평가시스템의 활용도를 제고하고 유사 공공건설사업 수행시 시행의 효율성을 도모할 수 있으리라 예상된다.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop a comprehensive tool for assessing dietary guideline adherence among older Korean adults, focusing on the domains of food and nutrient intake, eating habits, and dietary culture. Methods: Candidate items were selected through a literature search and expert advice. The degree of adherence to dietary guidelines was then evaluated through a face-to-face survey conducted on 800 elderly individuals across five nationwide regions. The items for dietary guideline adherence evaluation tool were selected through exploratory factor analysis of the candidate items in each of the three areas of the dietary guidelines, and construct validity was verified by performing confirmatory factor analysis. Using the path coefficient of the structural equation model, weights were assigned to each area and item to calculate the dietary guideline adherence score. A rating system for the evaluation tool was established based on national survey results. Results: A total of twenty-eight items were selected for evaluating dietary guideline adherence among the elderly. Thirteen items related to food intake, seven to eating habits, and eight to dietary culture. The average score for dietary guideline adherence was 56.9 points, with 49.8 points in the food intake area, 63.2 points in the eating habits area, and 58.6 points in the dietary culture area. Statistically significant correlations were found between dietary guideline adherence scores and food literacy (r = 0.679) and nutrition quotient scores (r = 0.750). Conclusion: The developed evaluation tool for dietary guideline adherence among Korean older adults can be used as a simple and effective instrument for comprehensively assessing their food and nutrient intake, dietary habits, and dietary culture.

전 국토의 65%가 산악지형으로 이루어져 있는 우리나라는 도로개설 및 산업기지 건설, 대규모 주택단지 개발 등으로 자연사면을 변형시키는 규모나 빈도가 증가하고 있고, 최근에는 기상이변에 의한 집중호우가 빈번히 발생하여 절토사면에서 낙석이 발생할 위험이 점점 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 낙석방지를 위한 대책공법으로는 낙석방지 망, 낙석방지 울타리 등이 있으며 이중에서 낙석방지 울타리는 국내의 국도 낙석방지 대책공법 중 70% 이상을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 국내 설계지침에는 낙석방지 울타리에 대한 다양한 성능등급과 성능평가를 위한 표준화된 시험방법이 제시되어 있지 않아 현장여건을 고려하여 적절한 낙석방지 울타리를 선정하고 낙석방지 울타리들의 성능을 비교검토하기에 어려움이 있다. 유럽의 경우 유럽연합 출범이후 낙석방지 시설에 대한 통합기준의 필요성이 대두되어 유럽 여러 나라의 성능평가 방법과 스위스의 설계지침을 고려하여 2008년에 유럽 통합 지침인 ETAG 27을 제정하였다. ETAG 27에는 낙석방지 울타리의 성능등급이 100kJ~4,500kJ이상 9등급으로 분류되어 있고 성능등급 별로 Service Energy Level과 Maximum Energy Level에 대하여 실물시험을 통한 성능평가 시험과 구성요소에 대한 검증시험을 수행하도록 되어있다. 실물시험은 낙석에너지의 산정과 낙석질량의 타격위치를 정확하게 결정할 수 있는 방법을 이용하여 수행토록 규정되어 있다. 미국의 경우에는 주별로 상이한 설계기준으로 인하여 발생하는 문제를 해소하기 위하여 2003년에 스위스의 설계지침을 준용하여 통합기준인 NCHRP Report 20-07을 결정하였다. NCHRP Report 20-07에는 낙석방지 울타리의 성능등급이 100kJ~5,000kJ까지 9등급으로 분류되어 있고 성능등급 별 낙석질량이 규정되어 있으며 등급별 낙석에너지의 50%와 100%에 대하여 실물시험을 통한 성능평가 시험을 수행하도록 되어 있다. 실물시험은 낙석에너지의 산정과 낙석질량의 타격위치를 정확하게 결정할 수 있는 방법을 이용하여 수행토록 규정되어 있다. 낙석방지 울타리에 대한 국내 설계지침과 유럽과 미국의 설계지침을 비교분석하고 국내에서 수행된 실물실험을 통한 성능평가 연구결과를 검토하였다. 또한 구성요소의 역학적 특성변화가 전체 시스템의 성능에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해서 국내 설계 지침에 제시된 낙석방지 울타리에 대하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 이용한 성능평가를 수행하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 국내 설계지침은 현장여건에 따라 적절한 낙석방지 울타리를 선정할 수 있도록 다양한 성능등급을 규정하고, 낙석방지 울타리의 성능을 합리적으로 비교검토 할 수 있게 하는 표준화 성능평가 시험방법과 평가기준을 정립하며, 구성요소의 품질에 대한 신뢰성을 확인하는 구성요소의 검증시험을 포함하는 방향으로 개선될 필요가 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a wandering management guideline for family caregivers of community-dwelling elders with dementia (EWD). In the first stage of the study, focus group and individual interviews (n=10) were performed to analyze family caregivers' experiences about wandering of the EWD under their care. In the second stage, preliminary contents for the guideline were made based on the interview results of family caregivers and reviews of literature. Final version of the guideline with 86 items was established after experts' review using the Content Validity Index analysis. In the final stage, a pilot test was conducted to evaluate the guideline using a sample of 13 family caregivers of EWD. Family caregivers were educated about how to use the guideline and asked to complete a set of questionnaire to examine their knowledge about wandering, degree of application of the guideline, and satisfaction with the guideline. Family caregivers' knowledge score was significantly improved (p=0.014) and the average scores in the process evaluation (9 items) and user satisfaction (7 items) about the guideline were 2.69-3.46 (range: 1-4), and 2.85-3.38 (range: 1-4), respectively. Further study with a large random sample is necessary to confirm the results of this study.
