많은 인원을 필요로 하는 조선업은 선박을 건조하는 현장의 제품들이 복합 공정이면서도 중후장대한 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 선박을 건조할 때는 종사하는 작업자 간의 작업 내용에 대한 의논과 방법의 결정에 따른 경험기술의 활용도가 높다. 그래서 작업자별 작업 방법이나 기능의 차이가 많고 그 차이만큼이나 공정 진척이나 품질에 대한 결과도 다르게 나타나게 된다. 하지만 인력 집약도가 높은 조선소 작업인력이 퇴직이나 이직 등으로 발생되는 공백을 내국인으로 채우지 못하고 경험이 없고 소통도 어려운 외국인 작업자로 대체하고 있는 실정이다. 외국계 작업자의 경우 인건비가 낮은 중소기업이나 대기업의 하도급 업체에 고용이 되는데 중소기업의 특성상 기술력의 축적이나 안전작업을 위한 사전 직무교육 등에는 여유가 없어 제한된 기간 동안의 고용이나 단순 업무에만 종사토록 하는 등의 방법으로 활용해왔다. 그러나 외국계 작업자의 고용 비중이 높아지면서 전반적인 생산성의 한계와 불안전 작업에 대한 우려로 그 관심도 높아지고 있다. 외국계 작업자의 경우 생산 현장에서 이루어지고 있는 각종 안전관련 교육이나 행사, 동료간의 소통등에 소외되면서 불안전이 가중되고있고 비자종류에 따라 체류기간이 한정되어 기술력의 유지는 어려운 현실이 될 수 밖에 없다. 이러한 외국계 작업자에게 안전에 대한 수준을 높이기 위한 방안으로 직무별 위험성평가도 작업자의 논높이에 맞게 해야 한다. 현재 활용되고 있는 4가지 위험성평가 방법을 일부 보완하여 안전수준에 맞게 실시하여 작업자 개인별 직무 수행상의 위험성에 대한 이해도가 안전에 미치는 영향을 최소화 하여 안전을 유지시키는 방안을 연구한다. 위험성평가의 취지가 기본적으로 해당 작업자 전원참여라는 중요 요소임을 감안할 때 외국인 작업자의 직무 이해도 점검은 매우 중요하다 하겠다.

The web, which is most actively used in the internet environment, is changing educational system. Students usually prefer the interactive and multimedia learning aids based on web applications and web media to static web pages. The former is known to enhance the effectiveness of learning. This paper proposes a study system which involves effective adaptation to the various changing factors of learners' progress and the corresponding automated evaluation system. Conventional evaluation utilizes normalized method, where the learning objectives generally set by the instructors or educational operators/administrators are usually pursued rather than the interest of the individual learners, which is not ideal for the computer-based learning. Web-based project-oriented learning system provokes the mutual participations among the users, operators, and administrators in understanding the jobs to be performed and the effort to enhance the progressive developments of knowledge and application capabilities. In this Paper, an automated evaluation system is implemented, where the instructors and web-operators/administrators work as hosts for education. The learners take advantage of user-oriented comparative learning and pattern design. The design and implementation of the project-oriented evaluation methods performed in the internet/intranet environments are discussed.

본 연구는 한국어 학습자 작문의 자동 평가 시스템 개발의 일환으로, 자동 평가 결과에 대한 설명과 근거가 될 수 있는 평기 기준 범주를 선정하기 위한 데이터 구축과 선정 방법을 제시한다. 작문의 평가 기준의 영역과 항목은 평가체계에 대한 이론적 연구에 따라 다양하다. 이러한 평가 기준은 자동 평가에서는 식별되기 어려운 경우도 있고, 각각의 평가 기준이 적용되는 작문 오류의 범위도 다양하다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 자동 평가 기준 선정의 문제는 다양한 평가 기준에 중 하나를 선정하는 분류의 문제로 보고, 학습데이터를 구축, 기계학습을 통해 자동 작문 평가에 효과적인 평가 기준을 선정 가능성을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore secondary school teachers' perceptions of student evaluations, focusing especially on students' performance in the classroom. The study selected Germany as a representative country where teachers' performance evaluation strongly affects students' school pathways. The researchers selected 4 English teachers and conducted in-depth interviews with them. The results indicated that German English teachers perceived students' performance as an individual evaluation and provided each student with oriented learning materials and evaluation results. The second, they used formative evaluations to confirm and motivate their students' learning process as well as peer assessments. The third, the German English teachers showed strong empowerment in the evaluation process. The fourth, they motivated to participation in-class activities teacher through performance evaluation considering fairness. Based on the results, future studies should need to observe real settings in the classroom and students' perceptions of their evaluations. the study also suggested using practical performance evaluations to enhance students' motivation and participation in the classroom. This study identified limitations of the research and made significant recommendations for future studies.

본 연구는 온라인교육에서 주로 활성화 되어 있는 데이터 기반의 학습자 평가시스템이 아닌 초 중등학교 면대면 교실 수업 중 실시간으로 발생하는 유의미한 학습활동 정보를 스마트기술을 활용하여 데이터로 축적하고 분석하여 다양하게 제시함으로써, 학습자에게는 학습에 대한 정확한 피드백을 주고 교수자에게는 수업방향을 제고하며 부모들에게는 자녀들의 학습활동에 대한 이해도 높일 수 있는 학습자 분석 및 평가 시스템을 개발 시 요구사항들을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 스마트교육을 위한 교수학습 방법들을 고려하여 적합한 스마트기기 기반 수업지원 도구를 조사하고 도구 사용 후 발생되는 학습활동에 관한 데이터를 분석할만한 데이터 마이닝 기법을 소개하여 향후 학습자평가 시스템에 대해 제언한다.

The recent change of educational evaluation puts particular emphasis on performance assessments which can appraise learning processes as well as learning results. The performance assessment is not only helpful for the improvement of teaching and learning methods, but also for making the learning activities significant to learners themselves. In this paper we propose and implement a system to support the internet-based and essay-typed performance assessment, in which student's performance can properly be evaluated. Teachers can be relieved from the burden of testing and provided with convenient methods of evaluation. We analyze the performance of the implemented system by evaluating practical usages of selected instructors and students group.

In future education, the paradigm of education is changing due to changes in learner-led and assessment methods. In addition, AI-based learning infrastructure and software education are increasingly needed. Thus, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of AI-based evaluation in future education by combining it with learner-led assessment. Using AI education and evaluation literature and Step 7 of the Learner-Driven Software Assessment Method, we sought to extract evaluation elements tailored to elementary school level in conjunction with the 2015 revised elementary practical course content elements, software understanding, procedural problem solving, and structural evaluation elements. In the future, we will develop a grading system that applies AI-based learner-led evaluation elements in software education and continuously demonstrate its effectiveness, and help the school site prepare for future education independently through AI-based learner-led assessment in software education.

We developed a smart learning system by using the 'bring your own device' concept, which means the policy of permitting teacher and learners to bring personally owned mobile devices such as laptops, tablets, smart phones, etc. and applied the system to school classes. In addition, we analyzed the learner's satisfaction related to interfaces, interactions, applications, technical support, and evaluation areas. The evaluation system consists of App program for tablet PC's and smartphones, web program for desktop PC and electronic teaching desk, and server program for evaluation and database. Because all the teaching materials, feedback data and evaluation materials about learners are stored on the server, students can receive the necessary data through real-time feedback using their smartphones and desktop PC's. As a result, it could increase educational achievement with interest in learning.

Research on moral judgment has been dominated by rational factor or moral emotion, in which moral judgment is thought to be caused by moral reasoning or moral intuitions. This research demonstrates that offender' anger can influence moral judgment. The study examined the role of offender's anger (control group versus anger group) on moral domain ( life, interpersonal ethic, traffic regulation: 6 case) : 2(groups) ×6(cases) mixed design. Participants were asked to judge the offender, case, sympathy and one's anger about the him or her who offended against the law or convention. Participants who perceived the offender's anger tended to assess questionnaire generous. In interpersonal ethic domain, participants have not been affected by anger. There was not significantly differences between two groups in interpersonal ethic domain. The results of experiment confirmed hypotheses that influence of anger varies with the moral domains affected a value system of culture. These findings indicate functional emotion for moral judgment and suggest people may be decide how much emotion is considered on moral judgment performance according to moral domains.

최근에 웹 기반 교육 시스템으로서 다양한 온라인 학습에 대한 새로운 교수 모형이 제시되고 있다. 또한, 학습자의 요구에 맞는 코스웨어의 주문이 증가되고 있는 추세이며 그에 따라 웹 기반 교육 시스템에 효율적이고 자동화된 교육 에이전트의 필요성이 인식되고 있다. 그러나 현재 연구되고 있는 많은 교육 시스템들은 학습자 성향에 맞는 코스를 적절히 서비스해 주지 못할 뿐 아니라 지속적인 피드백과 학습자가 코스를 학습함에 있어서 취약한 부분을 재학습 할 수 있도록 도와주는 서비스를 원활히 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 취약성 분석 알고리즘을 이용한 학습자 중심의 코스 스케줄링 멀티 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 먼저 학습자의 학습을 지속적으로 모니터링하고 평가하여 개인 학습자의 학습 성취도를 계산하며, 이 성취도를 에이전트의 스케줄에 적용하여 학습자에게 적합한 코스를 제공하고, 학습자는 이러한 코스에 따라 능력에 맞는 반복된 학습을 통하여 적극적인 완전학습을 수행하게 된다. 또한, 구현한 시스템에서의 학습과 일반 학습을 수행한 후 학습 평가를 비교하여 시스템에 대한 전체적인 실험 평가를 하였다.
