올초 한국통신에서는 94년부터 올해까지 4개년간 시행된 공공 데이터베이스개발 사업에 대한 총체적인 평가를 시행했다. 동사업에 대한 평가가 어떻게 나타났는지 외부기관에서 분석한 평가보고서를 통해 살펴봤다.

노후 상수도관의 개량사업이 지속적으로 시행되고 있지만 노후관 개량사업은 경험적 판단에 의존하는 노후관 평가 및 대안의 선정, 사고예방을 위한 대응적 차원의 개량 사업을 실시함으로 인해 경제적 손실은 물론 시스템의 유기적 기능향상이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 상수관로 중에서 아연도 강관, 도복장 강관, 닥타일 주철관을 선정하여 현장조사를 실시하였으며, 직접 채취된 관체 시편을 대상으로 육안분석, 관체분석, 그리고 토양부식성 등을 평가하여 채취한 관의 노후도를 종합적으로 평가하였다. 기본적으로 노후도 평가를 점수 평가법을 사용하였으며, 평가된 결과를 바탕으로 향후 노후 수도관 개량사업 추진 내용에서 개대체 우선순위를 결정하기 위한 모델을 제안하였다. 상수관로 노후도 영향 인자 및 가중치 추정은 현재 매설된 상수관로의 노후진척도를 평가하기 위한 노후도 예측모형의 기본 요소이며, 모형의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 필수적인 사항이다. 관로 노후진척도 분석의 정확도는 장기간의 자료 수집을 통하여 이루어져 이에 대한 분석이 필요하며, 대상관로를 이용하여 개발된 제안식은 향후 지속적으로 현장조사를 실시하여 보완이 필요하겠지만, 노후수도관의 개량 우선순위를 분석하기 위한 매우 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 판단한다.

The purpose of this study is to review recent academic studies on the service quality evaluation of libraries in Korea and to derive from research trends and several suggestions. This paper compared and analyzed service quality evaluation models in the field of library and information science and management science. This study also conducted comparative analysis of academic journal articles on 'service quality evaluation models of digital libraries'(2002~2007) and 'service quality evaluation of libraries'(2009~2014) in Korea.

In MCDA (Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis) based on GIS, building the CM(Criteria Map) which represents the space phenomenon properly is important process to deduce precise and efficient site analysis result. The CM using administrative district data is widely used for site analysis process. But, there are not enough studies on site analysis using dasymetric mapping technique. For MCDA, this study suggests building the CM by using dasymetric mapping technique, which re-assigns the social-economic attribute value to more detail space unit. The suggested method is used for industrial site analysis. The criteria map for workforce and criteria map for the distance to the city were built and criteria map which represents attribute's space distribution pattern is documented. The criteria map is successfully applied to multi-criteria decision making process and eventually the analysis result of proposed suitable industrial site is derived.

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability to select good encyclopedias by analyzing the evaluation points for print encyclopedias. For this purpose, it investigates S evaluating categories suggested in the related literatures, such as purpose & scope, authority, accessibility, writing style and characteristics & cost, and then draws and analyzes in detail the specific evaluation points under each categories. In the process of analysing special emphasis is placed on the theoretical appropriateness to each evaluating points, not simply suggesting another evaluation points.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the shortcomings and the direction of the web accessibility evaluation studies by analyzing the research trends on web accessibility evaluation in Korea. For this aim, a total of 59 theses presented in the registered academic journal and the candidate of registration academic journals from January 2000 to March 2017 were selected. The selected dissertations have been analyzed based on the evaluators, the evaluation targets, the evaluation methods, and the evaluation results with regard to web accessibility. As a result of the analysis, the highest rate in the evaluator aspect was 'independent evaluation (66 percent)' and the highest percentage in the evaluation target aspect was 'web site (83 percent)'. When it came to the evaluation methods, automatic evaluation and the mixture of automatic evaluation and manual evaluation had a similar percentage. Lastly, only two papers showed that web accessibility did not have any problems. This study is meaningful in the sense that it suggested a desirable direction for the web accessibility studies in Korea and web accessibility evaluation studies in the situation when the meta studies which analyzed research trends are insufficient.

An Analysis on the Pre-Feasibility Evaluation Factors of Activation for Welfare Facilities for the Residents in Apartment Building. The adapted research method of selected case five apartment building in D new town and carried out questionnaire survey to residents and user for draw items of feasibility evaluation. Drew items of feasibility evaluation classify as Plan section, Design section, and Operation section and evaluate the weight of each section utilizing analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Depending on the purpose and methods. The results of this study are as follows: Such as Plan section, Composition of Program Facility, User Charge Survey, Arrangement of Program Room were analyzed highest. Such as Design section, Arrangement of Program Room, Circulation planning, Educational Equipment were analyzed highest. And such as Operation section, Operation costs, Operation Plan, Review of Program Facility were analyzed highest.

Recently, several number of Multi-Intermodal Transfer Center are nominated to improve convenience of public transportation user. Due to budget constraints, it should be defined which is the first consideration among the discussed many works. In this circumstance, there are some absurdities in the evaluation of validity of existing methods. Therefore, we suggested the Priority Order Valuation for Multi-Intermodal Transfer Centerer. The evaluation method, we suggested, is considered quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. In this study, we find out that B/C ratio and construction costs are strongly related to the quantitative analysis so that Multi-Intermodal Transfer Centers in metropolitan area are evaluated the positive results. Therefore, both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are applied to the Priority Order, metropolitan area and other area are fairly evaluated the results for the Priority Order.

The Korea government set a Act called as Before and After Study for a huge SOC projects in order to check their feasibility again at the time of design, construction and completion period. However, the evaluation items and analysis method are so vague that its effectiveness has been challenged. Especially railroad projects need to be evaluated differently by railroad construction types and rolling stocks. This paper suggests the evaluation items as a common items and exclusive items on the type of construction and rolling stocks. Also data collection in the standardized form and GIS techniques and are introduced to analyze evaluation items effectively.

The Records Appraisal Review contains the processes and results of appraisal works for records. This study is an analysis of the 2018 Records Appraisal Review of 22 Local Education Offices where records managers were deployed. To ensure reliability of analyzing results, the analysis data preparation criteria were applied to maintain consistency in the analysis data preparation. Also, statistics by appraisal process and retention period were cross-checked. Through the analysis of the Records Appraisal Review identifies the actual condition for records appraisal. Based on this, the improvement measures that are applicable in practice were proposed in terms of records management of department, appraisal works of records manager and operation of Records Appraisal Review Commission.
