본 연구는 유아용 시트 고정 장치 커버의 개폐 시 사용자가 느끼는 물리적 영향도와 감성적 영향도의 상관관계를 분석하여 주요설계인자와의 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 커버의 형상이 각기 다른 차종을 선정, 주요설계인자에 대한 치수를 측정하고, 시험기를 이용하여 개폐 시 사용자에게 가해지는 물리적인 힘을 측정하였다. 또한, 감성평가 체크리스트를 통한 사용자의 감성평가도 실시하였으며, 감성평가의 기준은 힘평가(힘만 고려한 평가)와 감각평가(힘을 제외한 평가)로 분리하여 평가하였다. 정리하면 기계적으로 측정된 물리적 힘과 감성에 의한 힘평가의 결과값을 비교 분석하여 두 측정값의 상관관계를 분석하고자 하고, 또한 감성평가 중 힘평가와 감각평가 사이의 관계도를 분석하여 주요설계인자에 대해 어떠한 감성적 영향을 미치는 가를 알아보고자 한다. 최종적으로 유아용 시트 고정 장치의 최종 제품에 대해 감성을 고려한 설계인자를 제공하고자 한다.

This study focused on the public library evaluation indicators in 2022 to examine the changes and improvement recommendations. In addition, this study analyzed the results of changes in the proportion between the qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Eventually, there was a comparison between the current and previous evaluation outcomes. Furthermore, we examined the effectiveness of the current evaluation groupings of libraries. Then, we tried to discover new quantitative evaluation variables that affected the evaluation score calculation. Finally, we proposed a method for estimating variables through standardization and individualization, as well as a scheme to encourage the voluntary participation of public libraries in the evaluation.

The analysis platform of remote-sensing big data is a system that downloads data from satellites, transforms it to a data type of L3, and then analyzes it and produces its analysis results. The objective of this paper is to develop ISO/IEC 9126-1 software quality model-based assessment criteria, in order to evaluate the quality of remote-sensing big data analysis platform. Its detailed research contents are as follows. First, the ISO/IEC 9216 standards and previous software evaluation models will be reviewed. Second, this paper will define evaluation areas, evaluation elements, and evaluation items for measuring the quality of big data analysis platform. Third, the validity of the assessment criteria will be verified by statistical experiments through content validity, reliability validity, and construct validity, by using SPSS 20.0 and Amos 20.0 software. The construct validity will also be conducted by performing the confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis. Lastly, it is significant that our research result demonstrates the first evaluation criteria in measuring the quality of big data analysis platform. It is also expected that our assessment criteria could be used as the basis information for evaluation criteria in the platforms that will be developed in the future.

To explore the answer on how the evaluators' network affects efficiency of National R&D Program, this paper analyzes the network of evaluators who attended the peer-review committee for National Nuclear R&D Program from 2007 to 2008. The result derived from network analysis was applied to measure the efficiency of programs by Data Envelopment Analysis. The result shows that the weaker network produces higher efficiency as much as the research result itself. Along with the expertise of evaluators themselves, this paper implies that network should be considered as a main item for evaluation.

본 연구는 고등교육기관의 평가인증제가 대학의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위하여 1주기 기관평가인증제가 대학 균형성과표(BSC) 4가지 관점의 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증할 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위하여 고등교육기관의 1주기 평가인증제에 대한 내용을 살펴보고, 대학 조직의 균형성과표(BSC) 및 1주기 기관평가인증제의 성과분석에 대한 선행연구에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 독립변수인 기관평가인증제 즉, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심의 정도, 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성, 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도가 대학 균형성과표(BSC)의 고객관점, 내부프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점, 재무 관점의 4가지 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석 검증하였다. 기존의 1주기 기관평가인증제의 성과분석에 관한 선행 연구들은 주로 평가인증제 체제 자체의 성과와 각 평가요소에 있어서 대학의 변화에 초점을 두고 성과를 분석함으로써 정작 기관평가인증제가 평가인증의 평가대상인 대학의 경영성과에 미친 영향에 대한 분석은 제대로 이루어지지 못하였다. 이러한 점에서 기관평가인증제가 대학의 경영성과에 미친 영향을 분석한 결과 첫째, 기관평가인증제중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 고객 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 고객 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 내부프로세스 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 내부프로세스 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도와 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 학습과 성장 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성은 학습과 성장 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 재무 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 재무 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기관평가인증의 평가준비와 자체평가 과정을 통해 실질적인 교육체계 혁신이나 내부프로세스 효율성 향상으로 인해 교육의 질이 개선되어 학생의 만족도와 선호도가 높아지며, 아울러 안정적 재원확보와 재원의 효율적 관리를 가져오는 것으로 해석된다. 그리고 기관평가인증제도에 대한 인식과 관심은 인증 획득이라는 목표를 설정하게 하고, 기관평가인증의 자체평가를 통해 인증평가에서 요구하는 기준 이상을 충족하도록 학습과 혁신이 이루어지는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 학령인구의 급감 등 급변하는 대학의 대내외 환경에서 생존을 넘어 지속가능한 발전을 도모하기 위해 평가인증제를 다양한 대학의 경영성과로 연계할 경영전략 수립에 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이다.

본 연구는 현행 초등학교에서 이루어지고 있는 서술형 평가의 유형과 문제점을 분석해 보고 2007개정 교육과정에 따른 수학과 서술형 예시 평가 문항을 개발해 보는데 목표가 있다. 학교에서 시행되고 있는 평가 자료의 분석은 수학교과서, 국가수준 학업성취도 평가지, 서울시 교육청 보급 2010 장학자료집, 서울시내 학교에서 시행되고 있는 평가 문항을 분석해 보았다. 그리고 예시 서술형 평가 문항개발은 2007개정 교육과정에 따른 수학과 4학년을 대상으로 하였다. 평가 문항 분석의 결과는 문항 유형이 단순하고 교과서와 장학자료집의 수준을 벗어나지 못하고 있으며 창의성 영역의 평가는 거의 이루어지고 있지 않았다. 서술형 예시평가 문항의 개발은 수학과의 내용영역과 인지적 영역뿐 아니라 교육계의 화두가 되고 있는 창의성 영역까지 평가내용으로 포함시키고자 노력하였으며 영역별 1-2 문항을 개발하였다.

The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been widely used as a comprehensive evaluation method since it can include various evaluation standards of both the public and private sectors. It also provides the objective mathematics to process subjective and Personal preferences of an individual or a group in making a decision. This study tried to use AHP to determine the priority of roads investment, considering various effects in a hierarchy such as environmental effects, residential life, and regional development which has not been treated explicitly. As a case study, roads in Gyeongsangbukdo province have been chosen for the evaluation in this research. For the application, it used relative measurements to estimate the weight of upper level structure, and absolute measurement for low level structure instead of pairwise comparisons.

This paper presents the overall valuation framework of the Army Tactical Command Information System(ATCIS) with its empirical data which is developed by the ROK Army in 2005 with its own R&D efforts over the past 10 years. The valuation with the appropriate methods is conducted through the full and relentless support of ROK Army HQs, defense agencies, and related firms. And the results include both qualitative and quantitative values of the ATCIS in perspectives of economic, technical, and defense strength effects. As a result, the development of ATCIS is valued over 1.7291 trillion Won which is over 6.55 times benefit and cost ratio comparing with other country's similar system. The worth of this paper includes the actual framework and methods to apply the valuation of other weapon systems and its preliminary research, defense offset valuation, performance evaluation and others.

A number of non-structured data associated with lectures in the field of university education have been generated and it is an important consideration of the students's written comments lecture evaluation. The purpose of this study is to find student interaction factors associated with the student evaluation of teaching at universities, and to provide some insights into improving the student evaluation program based on the results. So, this study consists of three steps that create interaction score, collect student's written comments satisfaction, and analyze an individual professor score. There are a number of limitations to this study. The limitation is that the study was conducted on a narrow sample of the overall student population.
