Coronary stent dislodgement during percutaneous coronary intervention, which occurs when the stent is passed through tortuous and calcified lesions, is not a rare complication. Without proper treatment, such as fixing with another stent in the coronary artery or removing the undeployed stent from the coronary artery or systemic artery system, this complication can cause serious problems. We experienced the unusual situation of a dismounted and dislodged coronary stent, in which retrograde retrieval to the radial artery was impossible during transradial coronary intervention. We report on use of a rendezvous and snare technique at the brachial artery level via femoral puncture, which resulted in resolution without surgery.

The incidence of the cutaneous tuberculosis has shown a steady decline over the past decades. This parallels the decreasing incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. We experienced 5 cases of cutaneous tuberculosis from January 1990 to February 1991. We present herin 4 cases of cutaneous tuberculosis. They were 3 cases of vulgaris and 1 case of tuberculosis verrucosa cutis. Mantoux tests were done except one case and were reactive in all cases. Culture for Mycobactelium tuberculosis were done but Mycobacterium tuberculosis were not cultivated in the all cases. Histopathological findings showed tuberculoid granulomas in the dermis except one case and no acid fast bacilli were demonstrated on AFB stains.

저자 등은 임상증상, 지속적인 저칼률혈증 및 복부 질산화단층촬영으로 원발성 고-알도스테론증으로 밝혀졌는 42세 여자환자에서 주요 증상인 주기적 근마비와 상지 근죄악감이 혈청감사상 지명한 근육효소의 증가 및 근전도검사로 근육병임이 증명되었고 선종제거로 임상증상의 완전조직이 생긴 1례를 보고하였다.

저자는 관골 골절 환자중 일부 안서 골절로 안와내용물의 탈출이 동반된 관골 골절, 경구개 골절이 동반된 관골 골절, 소아의 관골 골절을 제외한 대다수의 삼격면 관골 골절 환자 37례를 구강내 절개와 K-강선고정술을 이용하여 수술 하였던 바, 첫째, 안면부 반흔을 남기지 않고, 둘째, 간단하며, 셋째, 직시하 수술이 가능하며 만족할 만한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

외요도구를 통한 Foley catheter의 유치는 거의 대부분의 경뇨도적 내시경 수술 후 필수적으로 행하는 술기이다. 그러나 가끔, 특히 심한 요도손상을 입힌 경우나 요도에 false tract가 생긴 때에는 통상의 방법으로 Foley catheter의 외요도구를 통한 방광내로의 유치가 곤란하며 또한 심한 손상을 초래할 위험이 많다. 저자는 guide wire를 이용한 새롭고 안전한 요도 catheter의 유치방법을 고안하여 1986년 9월부터 1988년 6월 까지 요도협착으로 입원하여 internal urethrotomy를 받은 후 Foley catheter의 유치가 곤란하였던 7명의 환자 및 경뇨도전립선절제술후 Foley catheter의 삽입이 곤란하였던 3명의 환자에게 각각 시행하여 전례에서 성공하였다.
