데이타 베이스를 이용한 자기 구성 퍼지 제어기 (Self-organizing fuzzy controller using data base)

  • A fuzzy logic controller with rule modification capability is proposed to overcome the difficulty of obtaining control rules from the human operators. This new SOC algorithm modifies control rules by a fuzzy inference machine utilizing data base. Computer simulation results show good performances on both a linear system and a nonlinear system.

  • FA의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 AGV(Autonomous Guided Vehicle)의 역할 또한 중요시되고 있다. 본 논문은 인공지능의 여러 방법론을 통합하여 하이브리드 형태의 제어기가 가질 수 있는 상호 보완적인 특징을 이용하여 자기 조직이 가능한 유전자 알고리즘에 의한 퍼지 제어기로써 능동적이고 효과적인 AGV 제어기를 구성한다. 자기 조직이 가능한 퍼지 제어기를 구성하기 위하여 GA(Genetic Algorithm)를 사용하여 맴버쉽 함수와 제어 규칙을 최적에 근사하게 튜닝하였으며 제어 규칙의 자기 수정 또는 생성을 통하여 제어 성능을 향상시킨다.

곡예 로보트의 퍼지학습제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fuzzy Learning Control of the Acrobatic Robot)

  • In this paper we propose a new method to determine the learning rates of fuzzy learning algorithm(FLA) in nonlinear MIMO system. The state feedback gains are used from the linearized system of the nonlinear MIMO system. Through this method, it is easy to determine the learing rates. And it is quarauteed the good convergence and confirmed the performance of FLA is better than that of linear controller(LC) through the simulation. Acrobatic robot system is selected as an example(one-input two-output system), and FLA is implemented through the experiment.

변조함수를 이용하는 하이브리드 퍼지 논리 제어기 (Hybrid Fuzzy Logic Controller using Modulation Function)

  • In this paper, a self-organizing fuzzy logic controller with hybrid structure is proposed. The structure of the proposed method is composed of a basic fuzzy logic controller and the FARMA SOC(Fuzzy Autoregressive Moving Average Self-organizing Controller). The self-organizing cntroller with hybrid structure has advantage over the FARMA controller as follows. The proposed controller improves poor performance due to the lack of I/O data to calculate predictive output. I executed some computer simulations on the regulation problem of an inverted pendulum system and compared the results of the proposed method with those of the FARMA SOC method.

학습 알고리듬을 이용한 자동변속기의 변속제어기 설계 (Design of shift controller using learning algorithm in automatic transmission)

  • Most of feedback shift controllers developed in the past have fixed control parameters tuned by experts using a trial and error method. Therefore, those controllers cannot satisfy the best control performance under various driving conditions. To improve the shift quality under various driving conditions, a new self-organizing controller(SOC) that has an optimal control performance through self-learning of driving conditions and driver's pattern is designed in this study. The proposed SOC algorithm for the shift controller uses simple descent method and has less calculation time than complex fuzzy relation, thus makes real-time control passible. PCSV (Pressure Control Solenoid Valve) control current is used as a control input, and turbine speed of the torque converter is used indirectly to monitor the transient torque as a feedback signal, which is more convenient to use and economic than the torque signal measured directoly by a torque sensor. The results of computer simulations show that an apparent reduction of shift-transient torque is obtained through the process of each run without initial fuzzy rules and a good control performance in the shift-transient torque is also obtained.

농업용 드론의 배터리 셀 밸런싱을 위한 퍼지제어기 개발 (Development of Fuzzy controller for battery cell balancing of agricultural drones)

  • 리튬 폴리머 배터리는 높은 안전성, 빠른 충전 및 긴 라이프 사이클 등으로 인해 에너지 저장치(ESS: Energy Storage System), 전기자동차(EVs: Electric Vehicles)등에 채택이 되어 사용되고 있으며, 그리고 현재는 농업용 드론에서 까지 사용이 되고 있다. 그러나 리튬 폴리머 배터리는 과충 방전에는 리튬-이온 배터리 내의 격차구조가 파괴되어 배터리 수명이 줄어들게 되며, 과충 방전을 방지하기 위해 불균등한 셀 전압을 균등 제어 할 수 있는 셀 밸런싱 시스템이 필수적이다. 본 논문은 각 셀의 충 방전할때의 전압차이를 검출하여 불균형된 셀을 확인하여 비선형 시스템에 적합한 퍼지 제어기를 개발하여 적용한 셀별 밸런싱 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문은 농업용 드론의 배터리팩의 셀 밸런싱을 퍼지제어를 하여 셀 간 균등 제어를 위해 설계하였으며, 최종 결과로 셀 간 밸런싱이 잘 되는지 확인하고 자 셀이 2개 있을 때와 6개 그리고 최종적으로 12개의 각 셀 밸런싱이 되는지를 확인하였다. 이는 다른 제품에도 사용할 수 있는지를 실험하고자 하였으며, 확인결과 사용된 셀의 개수와는 관계없이 셀별 밸런싱이 잘 되고 있음을 확인하였다.

연료전지 하이브리드 자동차에 대한 퍼지논리 기반 에너지 운용전략 (Fuzzy Logic-Based Energy Management Strategy for FCHEVs)

  • The work in this paper presents development of fuzzy logic-based energy management strategy for a fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle. In order for the fuel cell system to overcome the inherent limitation such as slow response time and low fuel economy especially at the low power region, the battery system has come to compensate for the fuel cell system. This type of hybrid configuration has many advantages, however, the energy management strategy between power sources is essentially required. For the optimal power distribution between the fuel cell system and the battery system, a fuzzy logic-based energy management strategy is proposed. In order to show the validity and the robustness of suggested strategy, some simulations are performed for the standard drive cycles.

  • The rule bases self organizing controller(SOC) has one of its main advantages in the fact that there is no need to have a mathematical description of the system to be controlled. In this controller, the rules are linguistics statements expressed mathematically through the concepts of fuzzy sets and correspond to the actions a human operator would take when controlling a given process. With this controller, we have performed to sight stabilization system, and we realize that it needs a scale factor tuning. The self tuning controller(STC) uses an instantaneous system fuzzy performance which can give an inspection to the scale factor. Therefore, the STC can compensate the scale factor when it is not adequately tuned. With this trial, we shows that STC can give a good transient characteristics in the nonlinearity which imposed basically in the conventional servo system.

기준모델 추종 자구구성 퍼지 논리 제어기 (Reference Model Following Self-Organizing Fuzzy Logic Controller)

  • A RMFSOC(Reference Model Following Self-Organizing Fuzzy Logic Controller) is propose in this paper. In the RMFSOC, the refernce model is introduced, where the desired control performance can be specified by an operator of the controlled process. The self-organizing level of the RMFSOC organizes the control rules of FLC which make the process output follow the reference model output. In addition, for the use of preventing improper modifications of control rules, a complementary decission rule is induced from the possible relations between the process output and reference model output. Through a simulation study, it is shown that the robustness of the control system using the proposed RMFSOC to the set-point changes and distur bances can be greatly improved being conpared with that of the control system using the Procyk and Mamdani's SOC.
