2자유도 PID 제어기의 파라미터 $\alpha$ 추종을 이용한 2관성 시스템의 진동억제 (A Study on vibration suppression of dual inertia system using controlling Parameter $\alpha$ of PID controller with 2-degree of freedom)

  • 토크 전달시스템은 다수의 기어와 커플링이 유연하게 구성되어 있으므로 모터의 속도가 갑자기 변할 때 비틀림 진동이 발생한다. 모터의 정확한 응답 특성을 얻기 위해서는 반드시 이 진동은 억제되어야 한다. 따라서 진동억제는 모터제어에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 특히 2관성 시스템의 진동억제를 위해 다양한 제어방법들이 소개되었다. 토크의 비틀림 현상으로 인해 발생하는 진동을 억제하기 위해 토크의 비틀림 성분을 궤환시키고 일반적인 필터로 구성된 외란 관측기 필터를 사용하는 방법이 소개되었다. 또한 이를 계수도법(CDM)을 이용 적절한 P 제어기와 필터의 계수값을 설계하여 진동을 억제하는 방법이다. 그러나 계수도법을 이용하여 설계된 제어기 파라미터는 외란 인가시 적응성이 떨어짐을 알 수 있다. 반면 PID 제어기는 설계가 간단하나 초기에 과도한 오버슈트를 및 진동 문제를 유발한다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 최근에는 2자유도 파라미터 a로 비례이득을 가변함으로써 외란에는 영향을 받지 않고 목표치 추종 성능을 개선할 수 있는 단순하고 실용적인 2자유도 PID 제어기가 소개되었다. 그러나 이 방법 역시 원하는 P값을 얻기 위해 u를 가변 하여야 하는 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점들을 극복하기 위해 퍼지 알고리즘을 사용 파라미터 $\alpha$를 자동 조정하는 제어기를 설계하였다. 사용된 제어기의 성능을 입증하기 위하여 기존의 제어방법과 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교, 평가한다.

  • In this paper, a fuzzy logic controller is designed for speed control of a hydraulic inverter elevator. Mathematical modeling of an elevator actuated with hydraulic system is presented and the friction characteristics of a cylinder is examined, which may cause the abrupt increase of the acceleration in the zero-crossing speed region. Simulation results show that the proposed fuzzy logic speed controller yields a better control performance than conventional PID controller.

  • This paper describes the design and implementation of a fuzzy temperature control system to control the water temperature in plant. For evaluating the performance of a fuzzy controller, the experiment results of a fuzzy controller are compared with these of a conventional PID controller which provides an auto-tuning function. The experiment results show that the proposed controller has a good control performance and is robust to external disturbance.

  • The conventional PID controller has been extensively used to speed control of marine diesel engines. However one of drawbacks is that its control performance can be degraded if the parameters are fixed on whole operating points. In this paper a scheme for integrating PID control and the fuzzy technique is presented to control speed of a marine diesel engine on whole operating points. At first the PID controller is designed at each speed mode whose parameters are optimally adjusted using a genetic algorithm, Then fuzzy "if-then" rules combine the controllers as a consequence part. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed fuzzy controller a set of simulation works on a marine diesel engine are carried out.rried out.

  • A self tuning technique is derived for PID controllers which are widely used in industries. The tuning algorithm is based upon a fuzzy indirect reasoning method and an iterative technique. The fuzzy technique is considered to obtain ease and simplicity of tuning process. The PID gains for the first tuning action are determined by a method which is modified from the Ziegler-Nichols step response method. The first PID gains are determined to obtain a control performance so close to a design performance that the followed tuning process can be made effectively. The design parameters are given as time-domain variables which human is familiar with. The results of simulation studies show that the proped tuning method can produce an effective tuning for arbitaray design performances.

  • There are several types of control systems that use fuzzy logic controller as a essential system component. The majority of research work on fuzzy PID controller focuses on the conventional two-input PI or PD type controller. However, fuzzy PID controller design is a complex task due to the involvement of a large number of parameters in defining the fuzzy rule base. In this paper we combined conventional PI type and PD type fuzzy controller and set the initial parameters of this controller from the conventional PID controller gains obtained by Ziegler-Nichols tuning or other coarse tuning methods. After that, by replacing some of these parameters with sing1e neurons and making them to be adjusted by back-propagation learning algorithm we designed a neuro-fuzzy controller which showed good performance characteristics in both computer simulation and actual application.

  • A hybrid fuzzy controller by means of the genetic algorithms is presented. The control input for the system in the HFC is a convex combination of the FLC's output in transient state and PlD's output in steady state by a fuzzy variable. The HFC combined a PID controller with a fuzzy controller concurrently produces the better output performance than any other controller. A auto-tuning algorithms is presented to automatically improve the performance of hybrid fuzzy controller using genetic algorithms. The algorithms estimates automatical Iy the optimal values of scaling factors, PID parameters and membership function parameters of fuzzy control rules. Especially, in order to auto-tune scaling factors and PID parameters of HFC using GA three kinds of estimation modes are effectively utilized. The HFCs are applied to the second process with time-delay. Computer simulations are conducted at step input and the performances of systems are evaluated and also discussed in ITAE(Integral of the Time multiplied by the Absolute value of Error ) and other ways.

  • In this paper, Computer Colour Matching and Kitchen System (CCMKS) is developed on the basis of delphi package and one-chip processor with fuzzy-PID control. CCMKS will be widely used in the colour dyeing industry as an integrated colour matching and dispensing system which have more advantages than the conventional matching or dispensing system, when controlling the real dyeing processes. Delphi is utilized in making database and search/matching routes. The developed matching function reduces the search and matching time to about one third. One-chip processor is designed and manufactured for the distributed control of three-phase induction motors. Fuzzy-PID control is applied to the speed control of three-phase induction motors for a very precise weight of colour at CCMKS. The developed kitchen function decreases the dispensing time to about one twentieth. The experimental results show CCMKS has more excellent search time, more precise weight and much high fidelity than conventional colour matching or dispensing system, in the performance.

  • In this paper. A PID motion controller based on the fuzzy concept is discussed for nonholonomic mobile robot. The difficulties in controlling such a Mobile robot vehicle lies in the fact that it usually has only two degrees of freedom for motion control in a tracking mode. It makes the control of speed and steering possible to decompose the error between the reference posture and the current posture. The Gyro compass is used to measure the position of robot. The proposed nonholonomic mobile robot is shown to follow the reference trajectory and compensate the dynamics. Simulation results are provided to validate the proposed controller. Experiments have been used to verify the effectiveness and robustness of the motion controller.

  • A conventional PID controller does not provide a proper response in face of various kinds of load variation. In this paper, Fuzzy-PID Control scheme are proposed in order to improve the performance of the PID Controller. The proposed control schemes are applied to the speed controller of AC servo motor systems. The effectiveness of the proposed methods is shown by implementation and the advantage of each control scheme is discussed.
