Application of Fuzzy Multi-criteria Decision Making Techniques for Robust Prioritization (로버스트 우선순위 결정을 위한 Fuzzy 다기준 의사결정기법의 적용)

  • This study presents the feasibility of fuzzy multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques for the robust prioritization of projects. It is applied to water resources planning problem. Results from weighted sum method (WSM), analytic hierarchy process (AHP), revised analytic hierarchy process (R-AHP), and TOPSIS are compared with those from Fuzzy WSM, Fuzzy, AHP, Fuzzy R-AHP, and Fuzzy TOPSIS. For the calculation, all weights on criteria and the normalized data were obtained from the same investigation. As a result, the rankings from four MCDM techniques are slightly different while those from fuzzy MCDM show the comparatively consistent ranking. Therefore, it is desirable to use fuzzy MCDM technique when MCDM is used for the prioritization problem, since fuzzy MCDM can include the uncertain variability of input data and weighting values on criteria.

  • In this paper, we propose a system for analyzing nutrition status based on hierarchical fuzzy inference approach, where the hierarchical fuzzy approach used to analyze the transition process on the nutritional status from an obesity degree, the previous nutritional status, and the eating pattern with an individual. Moreover we discussed about the selection method of fuzzy membership intervals of the next layer to improve the reliability of inference results in hierarchical fuzzy system, where their intervals are modified by using statistical information of the defuzzified results obtained from the previous layer. To show the effectiveness of this system, we evaluated the nutritional status from the information of anthropometric measurement, biochemical test, and INQ on 113 people over the age of 65, and also analyzed their nutritional status.

  • This study is realized using fuzzy evaluation and AHP(the analytic hierarchy process) for the optimum search of traffic route and estimated by the quantitative analysis in the vague subjective judgement. It is different from classical route search and noticed thinking method of human. Appraisal element, weight, appraisal value of route is extracted from basic of the opinion gathering fur the driving expert and example of route model was used for the finding of practice utility. Model assessment was performed attribute membership function making of estimate element, estimate value setting, weight define by the AHP, non additive presentation of weight according to $\lambda$-fuzzy measure, Choquet fuzzy integral.

  • 본 논문에서는 에너지 절약을 위한 방법으로 여름철 냉방의 적정 온도 및 풍향을 제어하기 위한 가상의 시뮬레이션을 목적으로 열 영상과 퍼지 추론 규칙을 적용한 온도 및 풍향 제어 기법을 제안한다. 온도 제어를 위한 가상 시뮬레이션에서 열 영상을 분석하기 위해서 영상을 $300{\times}400$의 크기를 가지는 색상 분포 영상으로 변환한다. 색상 분포 영상은 Red, Magenta, Yellow, Green, Sky, Blue의 온도 값을 가지는 R, G, B 값이며 각 색상은 $ 24.0^{\circ}C$에서 $27.0^{\circ}C$의 분포의 온도 값을 가진다. 색상 분포 영상은 아래 계층부터 레벨1에서 레벨10의 높이 계층으로 분류한다. 분류한 각 계층은 고유의 색상 분포도를 가지며 색상이 가지는 온도 수치에 따라서 계층별로 온도를 구성한다. 풍향 제어를 위한 각 계층의 높이는 레벨1에서 레벨3까지는 하위층이며, 레벨 4부터 레벨 7은 중간층, 레벨 8부터 레벨 10은 상위층으로 분류한다. 각 계층의 온도와 높이 레벨 값은 온도 조절과 풍향의 우선 순위, 강도 조절, 지속 시간을 구하기 위한 파라미터이다. 실내 공간의 전체적인 온도의 균형과 풍향을 제어하는 과정으로 풍향의 방향, 지속시간을 적용하고 풍향의 강도를 구하기 위해서 색상 분포영상의 각 구간의 온도 및 높이의 특징을 적용하여 퍼지 소속 함수를 설계한 후, 소속 함수의 소속도를 구하고 퍼지 추론 규칙을 적용하여 풍향의 강도를 구한다.

  • Nowaday, The tendency of complexity and extension of construction fields increase the need for efficient works managements like a construction management. Consequently, by the introduction of Decision-Making Theories, researches for improving construction field's efficiencies are actively performed. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method is invented, so that describes a decision maker's ambiguous linguistic judgment with fuzzy numbers. but most of researches on Fuzzy-AHP use symmetric triangular fuzzy function for estimating each evaluation item with the consequence that exact judgments are impossible. those limits are caused by the point that employed fuzzy ranking methods can not support dissymmetric fuzzy numbers. In this research, we aims to overcome this problem with R.P.R(Relative Preference Ratio) method and suggest improved Fuzzy-AHP method which can use dissymmetric fuzzy triangular numbers.

Multi-criteria decision making application methodologies for Water Resources Planning (수자원 계획수립을 위한 다기준 의사결정기법의 적용 방안)

  • 본 연구는 수자원계획 문제에서 다기준 의사결정기법을 적용할 때 발생할 수 있는 두 가지 문제에 대해 분석하였다. 첫 번째는 다기준 의사결정기법 선택의 차이가 결과에 어느 정도 영향을 미칠 수 있는지를 제시하였고 두 번째는 평가기준에 대한 가중치와 대안들의 평가치에 대한 불확실성을 최소화하기 위해 민감도 분석을 수행하는 절차를 제시하였다. 첫 번째 문제를 위해 가중합계법, Compromise Programming, 계층화분석과정, 수정된 계층화 분석과정, 가중곱방법, TOPSIS, ELECTRE-2, Regime 방법을 사용하였다. 또한 최근 사용빈도가 높은 삼각형 Fuzzy 숫자와 다기준 의사결정기법을 결합한 기법에 대해서도 분석하였는데 Fuzzy WSM, Fuzzy 계층화분석과정, Fuzzy 수정 계층화분석과정, Fuzzy TOPSIS, Fuzzy Compromise Programming을 검토하였다. 분석결과 평가기준에 대한 가중치 조건과 표준화 방법이 동일한 상황에도 불구하고 조금씩 다른 순위를 제시하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다양한 MCDM 기법들을 적용해도 동일한 순위로 나타나는 대안들이 있었다. 따라서 다기준 의사결정기법을 사용한 수자원 관리계획을 수립할 때에는 다양한 분석기법을 활용해서 기법의 선택으로 인한 불확실성을 최소화해야 한다. 두 번째 문제는 평가기준에 대한 가중치와 대안의 효과 정량화 자료의 불확실성을 극복하기 위해 각각에 대한 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구는 유량확보와 수질개선을 위한 수자원 계획 수립을 위해 가중합계법을 이용한 문제에 두 경우의 민감도 분석을 모두 수행하였다. 이 과정에서 결정계수와 민감도 계수를 산정하여 이용하였다. 본 연구는 향후 수자원 관리 및 계획 분야에서 다기준 의사결정기법을 적용할 때 사용될 수 있는 기초 가이드라인이 될 것이다.

  • Prior to the service evaluation, many kinds of its attributes must be identified on the basis of rational decision owing to complexity and ambiguity inherent in logistics service. there are so many evaluation methods but they are not applicable to logistics service the have property of non-additivity and overlapped attributes. Therefore, probability measure can not used to evaluate logistics service but Fuzzy Measure is required. And the method should be easy to calculate it Recently Fuzzy theory has been applied in Various evaluation problem. Fuzzy evaluation based on Fuzzy theory can accommodate fuzziness in judgement with people through introducing Fuzzy Measure. In this paper, Hierarchical Fuzzy Process is applied to evaluate level of logistics service in Korail and the biggest six logistics companies in the korea which is called 3PL Company. Also Fuzzy Relation Equation which is problem identifying evaluation value at these fuzzy evaluation is applied to verify relation between Input and Output data through @-operation. Therefore, we apply this Fuzzy Relation Equation to Hierarchical Fuzzy Process and verify evaluation value which objects of evaluation are able to possess.

The Site Analysis for Land Use Planing using Fuzzy Sets Theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) - The Case Study of Technopark Planning in Pohang - (토지이용계획의 용도별 적지분석에 있어서 퍼지이론 및 계층분석과정(AHP)의 활용 - 포항시 첨단연구단지의 사례분석을 중심으로-)

  • The Boolean logic analysis method using GIS as a spatial decision support system(SDSS) contains two problems. One is losing a lots of informations in analysis process, the other is unable to reflect of different weights between analysis items. The purpose of this study is to provide a new decision-making model for site analysis, that provides a rational and systemic way using fuzzy sets theory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) theory. According to this study of technopark in Pohang, Boolean logic method did not reflect the influence of the differently weighted items and selected only 8.0% to 16.1% of the area for suitable sites for residence, commercial/research, park/green uses. The fuzzy sets theory and AHP theory method were able to reflect the influence of differently weighted items and selected 32.9% to 37.4% of the area for the best sites, and also provided more other kinds of informations. The results of this study show that GIS system using fuzzy sets theory and AHP proess method provides a more flexible and objective solutions for site analysis.

  • This paper presents the application of fuzzy set theory in multi criteria decision making (MCDM). FAHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) method was used to rank alternatives to find the most reasonable and efficient way of agricultural reservoir water resources assessment. 6 criteria and 10 subcriteria had been identified and compared to secure agricultural water resources. Fuzzy numbers and linguistic variables were presented to address inherently uncertain or imprecise data. Comparison analysis of decision making method was also carried out to find a way of suitable decision making and validity of FAHP was discussed.

  • There are rule-based learning method and statistic based learning method and so on which represent learning method for hierarchy relation between domain term. In this paper, we propose to leveling and similarity measure using the extended AHP of fuzzy term in Information system. In the proposed method, we extract fuzzy term in document and categorize ontology structure about it and level priority of fuzzy term using the extended AHP for specificity of fuzzy term. the extended AHP integrates multiple decision-maker for weighted value and relative importance of fuzzy term. and compute semantic similarity of fuzzy term using min operation of fuzzy set, dice's coefficient and Min+dice's coefficient method. and determine final alternative fuzzy term. after that compare with three similarity measure. we can see the fact that the proposed method is more definite than classification performance of the conventional methods and will apply in Natural language processing field.
