A New Control Technique of Drainage Pump Based on Fuzzy Control (퍼지제어기법을 사용한 우수배제 펌프의 조작기법 개발)

  • With the increasing of impervious area and shortening of travel time, the risk of flooding in urban area becomes a serious problem in Seoul metropolitan area, and its alternatives are needed. In this study, one of urban flood alternatives, a fuzzy control technique is applied in pumping station to test its drainage capacity of inland inflow, and compared with existing pumping criteria (controled by water level). Three design rainfalls(10, 30, and 50 year) are applied to ILLUDAS model to calculate inflow in detention reservoir. To check the efficiency of fuzzy control, two fuzzy rules are used in the operation of pumping station. In these results, fuzzy control rules, based on the experiences of experts, show applicability in practice and effectiveness in inland flooding prevention.

  • In this paper, we propose a Timed Fuzzy Petri Net(TFPN) model as a new model of real-time fuzzy control. The TFPN model, which is useful for fuzzy inference and fuzzy control is an integrated model of Timed PetriNet and Fuzzy Petri Net. Additionally, a Timed Fuzzy Control Language is defined as a textual specification model of fuzzy control rues, and proposed a TFPN modeling method. The TFPN model is a Petri Net formalism of fuzzy control systems. Execution rule is consisted of marking(i.e,fuzzyfication) and firing(i.e,inference and defuzzyfication) procedures. A simple case work by using TFPN model shows us computing time of inference and defuzzyfication is low and uncertainty and visibility of fuzzy control rule are modeled effectively.

  • It is essential for a fuzzy logic controller to have an appropriate set of rules to perform at the desired level. The linguistic structure of the fuzzy logic controller allows a tentative linguistic policy to be used as an initial rule base. At the design stage, if one can reasonably assemble a good collection of rules, it may then be possible to be tuned to improve the controller performance. In this paper, we proposed the shifting method of rule base table to improve the performance of fuzzy controller. The proposed method is based on the principle of that the effect of the output to regulate the system would be greater when the error increases and the effect of output would be less when the error decreases. According to simulation results, it is an effective method to improve the fuzzy control rule base and the performance of fuzzy logic controllers.

  • In this paper, a new approach to the terminal sliding mode control using adaptive fuzzy sliding surfaces is proposed. The idea behind this approach is to utilize an adaptive sliding surface, in which the slope of the surface is updated on line using a SISO fuzzy logic inference system. We expanded the concepts of terminal sliding mode controller and proposed the terminal sliding mode control input with continuous reaching laws. The computer simulation results have shown the improved performance of the proposed control approach in terms of a decrease in the reaching and settling times and chattering free as compared to the conventional terminal sliding mode control with a fixed sliding surface. The proposed controller has also an advantage that has less computational burden to the conventional terminal sliding mode control using one-directional fuzzy rules.

  • A fuzzy controller need membership functions and the control rules depend on heuristic knowledge of expertises entirely. On account of, it is possible that a desired performance of a fuzzy controller can not be guaranteed or easily degraded under some circumstances such as a change of plant parameter which exporters do not considered. Therefore, in this paper we tried to increase the controller's efficiency by adjusting the control rules and the parameters of the membership functions by using a genetic algorithm. We also proposed the Self-Organizing Fuzzy Controller which uses the Fusion Method in order to minimize the number of control rules and to construct the intuitive controller. For validation of the proposed algorithm, we design the Autonomous Guided Vehicle Controller, then apply to variant condition.

  • 본 논문에서는 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 퍼지 제어기를 위한 최적 소속함수와 제어 규칙들을 자동으로 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 효과적인 염색체 암호화 방법을 이용하여 소속함수의 표현 해상도가 증가하여도 소속함수의 언어항의 개수를 일정하게 유지하여 제어 규칙을 표현하는 염색체의 길이가 크게 늘어나지 않도록 한다. 또, 소속함수의 언어항의 개수가 서로 다른 염색체에 대해서도 개선된 교배 및 돌연변이 연산자를 이용하여 효과적으로 유전자 연산을 적용할 수 있게 한다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 방법을 퍼지 제어기의 자동 생성 방법의 평가 문제로 널리 이용되는 트럭 후진 주차 문제에 적용하여 성능을 평가한다.

  • In this paper, model reference adaptive fuzzy controller (MRAFC) was proposed in order to overcome the difficulty of extracting rules and defects of the adaptation performance in the FLC. MRAFC comprised inner feedback loop consisting of the FLC and plant, and outer loop consisting of an adaptation mechanism which was designed for tuning a control rule of the FLC. A reference-model was used for design criteria of a fuzzy controller which characterizes and quantizes the control performance required in the overall control system. Tuning control rules of FLC is performed by the adaptation mechanism. The performance of proposed algorithm was verified through experiment for the DC servo motor.

  • 본 논문에서는 비행물체의 운동에 기초한 지능제어 알고리즘을 사용하여 대기의 환경적 요인과 기체형태 및 추력의 인위적 요인들간의 복잡한 함수관계를 지식과 경험에 의한 제어규칙으로서 비행안정성 확보와 자율비행을 위한 비행 자세제어를 행하였다. 비행 자세제어를 위하여 사용한 지능제어기는 다변수 입력 및 출력이 가능하며 강인성을 지닌 퍼지제어기를 사용하였다 실험을 위해 모형비행기와 자세 검출용 센서를 제작하고, 비행 전문가의 지식과 경험을 기초로 하여 작성한 제어규칙에 의하여 프로그램 된 퍼지제어기를 수 차례의 시험비행을 통해 제어규칙을 조정한 결과 안정된 자세제어를 행할 수 있었다.

  • 이 글에서는 신경회로망의 장점과 퍼지논리의 장점을 최대한 이용하며 각각의 단점을 보완하는 뉴로-퍼지 융합 기술과 현재 연구의 흐름을 간단히 살펴보았다. 비구조적인 정보 뿐만 아니라 구조적인 정보까지도 신경회로망의 영역 안에서 처리할 수 있는 새로운 뉴로-퍼지 회로망을 소개하였다. 소개한 뉴로-퍼지 회로망은 비퍼지화와 비퍼지화에 의해 발생하는 오차를 잘 보상할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 최적의 입출력 퍼지 소속 함수의 중심점과 모양을 찾을 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 그 특성을 알지 못하는 임의의 비선형 동적 시스템에서 입출력 데이터만 얻을 수 있으며 시스템을 모델할 수 있는 퍼지 규칙을 언어적인 방법과 수치적인 방법으로 표현할 수 있으며 간단한 예제를 통한 시뮬레이션 결과를 보였다. 소개한 뉴로-퍼지 회로망을 이용하여 뉴로-퍼지 제어기를 구성할 수도 있으며, 또한 시스템의 역 퍼지 규칙을 찾는데 이용할 수도 있다. 향후 보다 우수한 일반화 성능을 가질 수 있는 뉴로-퍼지 회로망의 개발이 필요하며, 충분한 입출력 데이터를 얻는 방법의 연구도 필요하다.

  • In this paper, the new composition Irethod of global and local fuzzy reasoning concepts is proposed to reduce, optimize and automatically acquire the number of rules, without any lose of the general performances in conventional fuzzy controllers. In order to control the interaction between global reasoning and local reasoning, the DNA coding algorithm is introduced to the local fuzzy reasoning of the proposed composition fuzzy reasoning rrethod. The method is awlied to the real liquid level control system for the purpose of evaluating the performance. The sinru1ation results show that the proposed technique can control the system with higher accuracy and automatical1y acquire the fuzzy rules with rmre feasibility, than the conventional methods.ethods.
