  • 제품의 정성적 품질평가에서, 제품의 최종품질을 구성하는 다수의 특성에 대한 만족도가 언어로써 표현되어 소비자의 구매행동이란 의사결정으로 표출되는데, 이러한 주관적 평가에는 평가의 애매함(fuzziness)이 수반되므로 품질의 평가구조를 합리적으로 파악하기 위해서는 애매함의 존재를 고려에 넣지 않으면 안된다. 다수의 품질특성이 계층적(hierarchical)인 구조로 연결되어 최상위 품질특성으로 구성되며, 특성간의 중요도(relative importances)가 계층별로 결정되는 경우, 이들 개개의 특성에 대한 만족도의 평가로부터 어떤 구조적인 관계를 통해 그 제품에 대한 종합평가가 이루어지나, 개개의 특성에 대한 평가가 애매한 이상 최종 결과인 종합적 만족도도 애매한 것으로 된다. 즉, 평가모델의 구조도 평가의 패턴도 퍼지화되므로 이러한 평가에서 퍼지이론의 응용에 따른 효과를 가장 크게 기대할 수 있는 퍼지추론모델을 이용하여 계층간, 품질특성간의 퍼지관계와 특성의 중요도 및 언어변수(linguistic variables)의 형태로 주어지는 입력정보로써 품질구조를 명확히 하고, 패턴인식(pattern recognition)의 개념을 이용하여 평가자의 제품에 대한 평가결과를 언어로써 표현한다.

A Design of Fuzzy Classifier with Hierarchical Structure (계층적 구조를 가진 퍼지 패턴 분류기 설계)

  • In this paper, we proposed the new fuzzy pattern classifier which combines several fuzzy models with simple consequent parts hierarchically. The basic component of the proposed fuzzy pattern classifier with hierarchical structure is a fuzzy model with simple consequent part so that the complexity of the proposed fuzzy pattern classifier is not high. In order to analyze and divide the input space, we use Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm. In addition, we exploit Conditional Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm to analyze the sub space which is divided by Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm. At each clustered region, we apply a fuzzy model with simple consequent part and build the fuzzy pattern classifier with hierarchical structure. Because of the hierarchical structure of the proposed pattern classifier, the data distribution of the input space can be analyzed in the macroscopic point of view and the microscopic point of view. Finally, in order to evaluate the classification ability of the proposed pattern classifier, the machine learning data sets are used.

  • In this paper, we propose a system for analyzing nutrition status based on hierarchical fuzzy inference approach, where the hierarchical fuzzy approach used to analyze the transition process on the nutritional status from an obesity degree, the previous nutritional status, and the eating pattern with an individual. Moreover we discussed about the selection method of fuzzy membership intervals of the next layer to improve the reliability of inference results in hierarchical fuzzy system, where their intervals are modified by using statistical information of the defuzzified results obtained from the previous layer. To show the effectiveness of this system, we evaluated the nutritional status from the information of anthropometric measurement, biochemical test, and INQ on 113 people over the age of 65, and also analyzed their nutritional status.

  • This study is realized using fuzzy evaluation and AHP(the analytic hierarchy process) for the optimum search of traffic route and estimated by the quantitative analysis in the vague subjective judgement. It is different from classical route search and noticed thinking method of human. Appraisal element, weight, appraisal value of route is extracted from basic of the opinion gathering fur the driving expert and example of route model was used for the finding of practice utility. Model assessment was performed attribute membership function making of estimate element, estimate value setting, weight define by the AHP, non additive presentation of weight according to $\lambda$-fuzzy measure, Choquet fuzzy integral.

  • [n this paper, we propose a hierarchical self-organizing fuzzy logic controller to improve the performance of the FARMA(Fuzzy auto-regressive moving average) SOC(Self-organizing fuzzy logic controller) when the system parameters change. The proposed controller contains the FARMA SC)C in the lower level and has a coordinator in the higher level, which evaluates convergence. and when it senses the degradation of system performance it compensates the control input by a look-up table. The proposed controller shows good perforniance over the FARMA SOC when the system parameters change. We executed some computer simulations on the regulation problem of an inlrerted pendulum system and compared the results with those of the FARMA SOC. As a result, it ha:; been shown that the proposed controller outperformed the FARMA SOC when the changes of the system parameters occurred.

  • Nowaday, The tendency of complexity and extension of construction fields increase the need for efficient works managements like a construction management. Consequently, by the introduction of Decision-Making Theories, researches for improving construction field's efficiencies are actively performed. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method is invented, so that describes a decision maker's ambiguous linguistic judgment with fuzzy numbers. but most of researches on Fuzzy-AHP use symmetric triangular fuzzy function for estimating each evaluation item with the consequence that exact judgments are impossible. those limits are caused by the point that employed fuzzy ranking methods can not support dissymmetric fuzzy numbers. In this research, we aims to overcome this problem with R.P.R(Relative Preference Ratio) method and suggest improved Fuzzy-AHP method which can use dissymmetric fuzzy triangular numbers.

  • 본 논문에서는 계층적 공정 경쟁 유전자 알고리즘을 통한 비선형시스템의 정보입자 기반 퍼지집합 퍼지집합 모델의 최적화 방법을 제안한다. 퍼지집합 모델은 주로 전문가의 경험에 기반을 두어 얻어지기 때문에 동정과 최적화 과정이 필요하며 GAs를 이용하여 퍼지모델을 최적화한 연구가 많이 있다. GAs는 전역 해를 찾을 수 있는 최적화 알고리즘으로 잘 알려져 있지만 조기 수렴 문제를 포함하고 있다. 병렬유전자 알고리즘(PGA)은 조기수렴를 더디게 하고 전역 해를 찾기 위한 진화알고리즘이다. 적응형 계층적 공정 경쟁기반 유전자 알고리즘(AHFCGA)을 이용하여 퍼지모델의 입력변수, 멤버쉽함수의 수, 멤버쉽함수의 정점 등의 전반부 구조와 파라미터를 동정하였고, LSE를 사용하여 후반부 파라미터를 동정하였으며 실험적 예제를 통하여 제안된 방법의 성능을 평가한다.

A study on the evaluation of the support policy for the export of China software using fuzzy-AHP (퍼지-계층분석을 이용한 중국 소프트웨어 수출지원정책 성과평가 연구)

  • This study is the result of a fuzzy-AHP-based evaluation of the support policy for the export of Chinese software, for which nine Class 1 evaluation indexes were established. Following a survey of 10 Chinese software experts, fuzzy AHP was used to assess and evaluate the absolute and relative importance of each index. The evaluation revealed that the support policy had relatively positive effects. More specifically, the analysis showed that several indices - technology development, HR development, marketing reinforcement, fund support, platform establishment, and product support - carried relatively significant importance. Quality management and tax deductions, on the other hand, showed no importance, while the importance of international certification was relatively small. In light of these discoveries, there is a need to train experts, increase software quality, and reconsider software brands.

  • This study presents the feasibility of fuzzy multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques for the robust prioritization of projects. It is applied to water resources planning problem. Results from weighted sum method (WSM), analytic hierarchy process (AHP), revised analytic hierarchy process (R-AHP), and TOPSIS are compared with those from Fuzzy WSM, Fuzzy, AHP, Fuzzy R-AHP, and Fuzzy TOPSIS. For the calculation, all weights on criteria and the normalized data were obtained from the same investigation. As a result, the rankings from four MCDM techniques are slightly different while those from fuzzy MCDM show the comparatively consistent ranking. Therefore, it is desirable to use fuzzy MCDM technique when MCDM is used for the prioritization problem, since fuzzy MCDM can include the uncertain variability of input data and weighting values on criteria.

  • 최근 교육서비스 시장은 학습자의 수준을 고려한 수준별 교육으로 나아가고 있다. 이때 학습자 수준의 진단을 위하여 다양한 방법의 진단평가가 연구되고 있으며 평가 기준의 언어적 모호함을 해결하기 위해 퍼지 이론을 도입한 평가 방법 역시 하나의 방법으로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨팅 사고력 교육 역시 수준별 교육으로 나아가기 위해 컴퓨팅 사고력 학습을 계층화 하고, 학습자가 학습 시작전 퍼지 추론을 바탕으로 한 진단 평가를 실시하여 학습자 수준에 맞는 교육 커리큘럼의 진입점을 찾아 맞춤형 컴퓨팅 교육을 제공할 수 있도록 하는 퍼지 평가 시스템을 연구·개발한다.
