A thinner film has superior electrical properties and a better amorphous structure. Amorphous structures can be effective in improving conductivity through a depletion effect. Research is needed on the Schottky contact, where potential barriers are formed, as a way to identify these characteristics. $SiO_2/SnO_2$ thin films were prepared to examine the amorphous structure and Schottky contact, $SiO_2$ thin films were prepared using Ar = 20 sccm. $SnO_2$ thin films were deposited using mixed gas with a flow rate of argon and oxygen at 20 sccm, and $SnO_2$ thin films were added by magnetron sputtering and treated at $100^{\circ}C$ and $150^{\circ}C$. To identify the conditions under which the amorphous structure was constructed, the XRD patterns were investigated and C-V and I-V measurements were taken to make Al electrodes and perform electrical analysis. The depletion layer was formed by the recombination of electrons and holes through the heat treatment process. $SiO_2/SnO_2$ thin films confirmed that the pores were well formed when heat treated at $100^{\circ}C$ and an electric current was applied over the micro area. An amorphous $SiO_2/SnO_2$ thin film with heat treatment at $100^{\circ}C$ showed no reflection at $33^{\circ}\;2{\theta}$ in the XRD pattern, and a reflection at $44^{\circ}2\;{\theta}$. This paper introduces an analysis method to predicting the flow characteristic of flow field around otter board In order to develope a high performance model. In this experiment, it is used a numerical analysis of flow field through CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamic), PIV method in which quantitative, qualitative evaluation is possible. In this experiment, it is used PIV method with flow filed image around otter board in order to analysis of flow characteristic. The result compared flow pattern with analysis result through CFD and also measurement result of lift and drag force coefficient carried out in CWC(Circulating Water Channel). The numerical analysis result is matched well with experiment result of PIV in the research and it is able to verify In the physical aspect. The result is as follows ; (1) It was carried out visibility experiment using laser light sheet, and picture analysis through PIV method in order to analysis fluid field of otter-board. As a result, the tendency of qualitative fluid movement only through the fluid particle's flow could be known. (2) Since PIV analysis result is quantitative, this can be seen in velocity vector distributions, instantaneous streamline contour, and average vorticity distributions through various post processing method. As a result, the change of flow field could be confirmed. (3) At angle of attack 24$^{\circ}$ where It Is shown maximum spreading force coefficient, the analysis result of CFD and PIV had very similar flow pattern. In both case, at the otter-board post edge a little boundary layer separation was seen, but, generally they had a good flow (4) As the result of post processing with velocity vector distributions, instantaneous streamline contour and average vorticity distributions by PIV, boundary layer separation phenomenon started to happen from angle of attack 24$^{\circ}$, and from over angle of attack 28$^{\circ}$, it happen at leading edge side with the width enlarged.
Margarite, occurring in an Unkyori Formation of Miwon area, Chungcheongbukdo, South Korea, was investigated using a high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) to reveal the microstructural intergrowth textures of margarite. HRTEM images of margarite, which was previously confirmed to have intergrowth textures by petrographic microscope and back-scattered electron images, show that chlorite occurs as thin packets of layers interlayered within margarite crystals, and intercalated chlorite layers are intergrown irregularly in areas as a few hundred angstroms thick slabs or isolated chlorite unit layers. Margarite crystals observed by HRTEM consist of a well-ordered 2M polytype, and electron diffraction pattern shows no prominent streaking along the 001 (or $c^{*}$) direction, indicating that there is no significant stacking disorder in margarite. Intercalated extra brucite-like layers, which are approximately 5 $\AA$ thick, are observed locally within margarite crystals. Insertion of such extra brucite-like layer at the interlayer of margarite would result in a chlorite-like structure unit. (001) margarite layers are parallel to (001) of chlorite, and margarite layers are not extended from (001) of chlorite, indicating that margarite was apparently produced through a dissolution-precipitation mechanism.m.

In this paper, a compact RF Front-end module for Wireless Fidelity(Wi-Fi) and Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access(WiMAX) applications is realized by low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) technology. The RF Front-end module is composed of three LTCC band-pass filters, a Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator(FBAR) filter, fully embedded matching circuits, an SPDT switch for mode selection, an SPDT switch for Tx/Rx selection, and an SP4T switch for band selection. The parasitic elements of 0.2~0.3 pF are generated by the structure of stacking in the top pad pattern for DC block capacitor of SPDT switch for mode selection. These kinds of parasitic elements break the matching characteristic, and thus, the overall electrical performance of the module is degraded. In order to compensate it, we insert a parallel lumped-element inductor on capacitor pad pattern for DC block, so that we obtain the optimized performance of the RF Front-end module. The fabricated RF front-end module has 12 layers including three inner grounds and it occupies less than $6.0mm{\times}6.0mm{\times}0.728mm$.

In this paper, the correction method of antenna beam direction errors is introduced which caused by frequency scan effect in active Phased may antenna for satellite communications. The antenna makes the beam directional error from frequency scan effect when it has dual beam may structure with asymmetrical series connection, their frequencies are different and for from each other, their 3dB beamwidth is narrow, and scan range is wide. By proposed equations, estimated beam direction error angles can be calculated and active phase shifter control values also can be calculated to compensate them. In this paper, the active phased array antenna system was fabricated to measure beam direction errors both before and after correction, which has dual beam from 32${\times}$4 main level array and 4${\times}$2 second level array, frequency deviation 500 MHz max.(6.7 %) at 7.25 GHz∼7.75 GHz ranges, 0$^{\circ}$∼${\pm}$35$^{\circ}$nm ranges, and 35.6 dBi gain with 2.2$^{\circ}$3 dB beam width. Its beam direction error by frequency san effect which was 2.5$^{\circ}$max., was reduced to 0.2$^{\circ}$max. after correction. This was 7 dB improvement of signal loss. The active phased array antenna can accurately track the target satellite for communications by this proposed correction method.
Heating patterns depending on the packaging materials were examined in order to investigate the causes of thermal deformation of packages used for ready-to-eat foods for microwave heating due to the non-uniformity of microwaves. Physical properties including tensile strength, heat-resistance and elongation of four different CPP grades were compared. High retortable CPP had higher sealing strength and heat resistance compared to the conventional CPPs. All CPP samples tested were proved to have melting temperatures around $160^{\circ}C$. However, they were all thermally deformed by microwave heating due to a limited penetration of microwave and non-uniform heating within the spicy sauce of high viscosity contained high salt, especially on the above the filling line and sealing edge of pouches. When the laminated stand-up pouches composed of G-PET/PET/PET/CPP and G-PET/PET/NY/CPP were retorted and microwaved, significant deformations were noticed in both samples after retorting. Besides, pouches contained titanium dioxide showed more intense thermal deformation than the control. When the $10{\mu}m$ aluminium foil was affixed on the pouch, small thermal deformation was observed only in the bottom layer. More studies are required to prevent the thermal deformation of packaging materials used for RTE foods during microwave heating by developing the technologies to increase the thermal stability of CPP layer and the modification of packaging design to modify the microwave access into the package.
This study was carried out to propose improvement planting method by the research and analysis of planting concept, planting density, planting style and pattern in apartment complex, Seoul. Survey sites were selected by reflecting the change of green area ratio : Hawgok Jugong apartment complex, Gangseo-gu(1974), Samik-green apartment complex, Gangdong-gu(1980), Dongsindaea apartment complex, Gangseo-gu(1992). Green area in apartment complex was classified with front green area, side green area, and back-side green area. Planting concept that composed of landscape planting concept but anyother concept was not, was similar to all sites not differ from creation time. And planted species was not differ from planting style. Planting density was of both conopyㆍunder story layer was 0.0∼0.2 tree/$m^2$, and that of shrub layer was 0.0∼0.5 tree/$m^2$ Shrub layer planting density was insufficient and the density was not changed according to the creation time. Canopyㆍunderstory and shrub was planted to another green space, not concern with multi-layer structure. Planting pattern was utilized to single planting, linear planting, and random triangle planting, but it was not to the change that in each green space planting concept. Green area in apartment complex should be variety according to planting density, planting structure and planting pattern. And we should get the function of covering and beauty in case of front green space, that of ecological environment and increasing green volume in case of back-side green area, that of increasing green volume in case of side green area, apartment complex.

This paper suggests the development of dynamic forecasting model for short-term power demand based on Radial Basis Function Network and Pal's GLVQ algorithm. Radial Basis Function methods are often compared with the backpropagation training, feed-forward network, which is the most widely used neural network paradigm. The Radial Basis Function Network is a single hidden layer feed-forward neural network. Each node of the hidden layer has a parameter vector called center. This center is determined by clustering algorithm. Theatments of classical approached to clustering methods include theories by Hartigan(K-means algorithm), Kohonen(Self Organized Feature Maps %3A SOFM and Learning Vector Quantization %3A LVQ model), Carpenter and Grossberg(ART-2 model). In this model, the first approach organizes the load pattern into two clusters by Pal's GLVQ clustering algorithm. The reason of using GLVQ algorithm in this model is that GLVQ algorithm can classify the patterns better than other algorithms. And the second approach forecasts hourly load patterns by radial basis function network which has been constructed two hidden nodes. These nodes are determined from the cluster centers of the GLVQ in first step. This model was applied to forecast the hourly loads on Mar. $4^{th},\;Jun.\;4^{th},\;Jul.\;4^{th},\;Sep.\;4^{th},\;Nov.\;4^{th},$ 1995, after having trained the data for the days from Mar. $1^{th}\;to\;3^{th},\;from\;Jun.\;1^{th}\;to\;3^{th},\;from\;Jul.\;1^{th}\;to\;3^{th},\;from\;Sep.\;1^{th}\;to\;3^{th},\;and\;from\;Nov.\;1^{th}\;to\;3^{th},$ 1995, respectively. In the experiments, the average absolute errors of one-hour ahead forecasts on utility actual data are shown to be 1.3795%.

After city of Busan has been entered to the aging society in 2000, the city has the highest aging rate among 7 representative cities in 2011. Moreover, while entire population and number of average household are decreasing, over 65 years old of elderly population is rapidly increasing. So, it is possible to enter the super-aged society, where aging rate would be about 20% after 2020. The purpose of this study is that older housing-related analysis is consisted of dong-unit, and this led microscopic analysis has become necessary. Surveys from 2000 through 2010, census aggregate (output area) unit of spatial analysis was conducted. Take advantages of this, aging population and area, soaring area, high-density areas, such as the region of interest were primary extracted, and microscopic location and spatial distribution patterns were analyzed. Upon analysis, aging population is concentrated in the city and adjacent area, the highlands, and 10 years of increasing rate was more than 30 times in certain aggregate. Regarding the characteristic of these areas, the original city center, Busan, especially concentrated and intensified in aging population. Also, 2000 to 2010, the overall distribution pattern of Busan has identified aging population that is increasingly being distributed. This is the result, which is confronted with previous research result. Entering a super aged-society for the future is accordance with migration of social costs and improve the quality of life of elderly. And this could be the basic information to use the spatial dimension for the corresponding.

In this study, we propose a novel super-resolution neural network based on U-Net, residual neural network, and sub-pixel convolution. To prevent the loss of detailed information due to the max pooling of U-Net, we propose down-sampling and connection using sub-pixel convolution. This uses all pixels in the filter, unlike the max pooling that creates a new feature map with only the max value in the filter. As a 2×2 size filter passes, it creates a feature map consisting only of pixels in the upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right. This makes it half the size and quadruple the number of feature maps. And we propose two methods to reduce the computation. The first uses sub-pixel convolution, which has no computation, and has better performance, instead of up-convolution. The second uses a layer that adds two feature maps instead of the connection layer of the U-Net. Experiments with a banchmark dataset show better PSNR values on all scale and benchmark datasets except for set5 data on scale 2, and well represent local area patterns.
