패션산업 종사자의 직무환경과 삶의 질의 관계에 관한 연구 - 패션 벤더회사를 중심으로 - (Relationship between working environment and quality of life of fashion industry workers - Focusing on fashion vendor company -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between working environment and quality of life of fashion vendor company workers by using working environment variables such as job stress, job burnout, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Preliminary test was conducted by interviewing fashion vendor company workers in order to find out factors that were more suitable for their working environment. Main survey was conducted to 200 fashion vendor company workers and 194 responses were analyzed. The results of correlation analysis showed that job stress, job burnout, job satisfaction, turnover intention, and factors of quality of life had significant relationships. Boss stress, role stress, achivement decrease, and personal condition satisfaction showed a significant relationship with turnover intention. The results of path analysis showed that job stress had a positive relationship with job burnout and job burnout had a negative relationship with job satisfaction. Both job stress and job burnout had a positive relationship with turnover intention, whereas job satisfaction had a negative relationship with turnover intention. Also, the results showed that job burnout and turnover intention had a negative relationship with quality of life of fashion vendor company workers, whereas job satisfaction had a positive relationship with quality of life of fashion vendor company workers.

국내 패션기업 종사자들의 특성에 따른 직무만족, 조직몰입과 이직의도 (Job Satisfaction Organizational Commitment and Intent to Leave the Job According to the Characteristics of Korean Fashion Companies)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate differences in job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intent to leave the job according to the characteristics of employees of korean fashion companies. For the study, the questionnaire was developed by the authors and distributed to 350 employees of Korean fashion companies. A total of 315 questionnaires was collected and used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, independent sample T-test, ANOVA and Tukey's test, using the SPSS 18.0 Package Program. First, men showed higher scores in job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and lower score in intent to leave their jobs than women. Second, those who were in their fifties or older had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than those who were in their twenties. Third, those who work in the sales department or merchandising department had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than designers. Fourth, managers and executives had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than lower position employees. Fifth, those with 15 years or longer job experience had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than those with less than three years. Finally, those who had a monthly income of three million won or more had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than those who had a monthly income of less than one million won.

부산지역 섬유·패션기업의 공간근접성에 따른 효율성 분석 (An Empirical Analysis on the Technical Efficiency from the Perspective of Space Closeness in Apparel Textile Industry of Busan)

  • 본 연구는 부산지역 섬유 패션산업의 종사자 및 부가가치액 기준 비중과 특화도(LQ)를 분석하여 현황과 위상 및 중요도를 제시하였으며, DEA모형을 이용하여 섬유 패션기업의 효율성을 공간근접성에 따라 분석하였다. 연구의 목적은 공간근접성에 따른 분석기준인 소비시장 근접성과 공급업체 근접성 그리고 생활기반 근접성 및 클러스터 근접성 등 특성별 효율성 값을 제시하여 섬유 패션산업의 육성을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 분석의 주요결과는 부산지역의 섬유 패션산업은 제조업내 비중이 감소하였지만 여전히 지역의 핵심산업이며, 특화도가 1이상으로 높게 나타났다. 한편, 부산지역 섬유 패션산업의 기업효율성을 소비시장에 근접성에 따라 분석한 결과 전체기술효율성, 순수기술효율성, 규모의 효율성 모두에서 소비시장에 근접한 그룹일수록 높게 나타났으며, 공급업체 근접성으로 구분한 경우에도 공급업체에 근접한 업체가 보다 높게 나타났다. 특히 소비시장에 근접한 그룹이 공급업체에 근접한 그룹에 비하여 상대적으로 효율성이 높게 나타나 원자재 및 부품 공급업체에 근접하여 입지하기 보다는 주요고객업체 및 시장에 근접하여 입지하는 것이 중요함을 보여주었다. 또한 주거, 교육, 문화 등의 생활환경 및 기반시설이 양호하고, 연구기관, 대학 등과의 기술협력 및 인력교류가 활발한 업체가 그렇지 못한 업체에 비하여 상대적으로 효율성이 높게 나타났다.

의류 생산설계 업무의 디지털화에 과한 연구 - 여성 자켓 디자인 및 패턴 데이터베이스 구축 방법 - (A study on the digitalization of apparel design process)

  • 본 논문의 국내 패션 업체에서 상품기획 과정 중 많은 시간과 노력을 투자해야 했던 디자인 및 패턴 자료를 데이터베이스화하여 key word를 통해 효율적으로 찾아 사용할 수 있도록 한 디지털 여성 자켓 분류 데이터베이스 시스템을 개발하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 의류업체 종사자 48명과 의류학 전공 대학원생 54명, 패턴 전문가 11명을 대상으로 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 실시하여 디자인 및 패턴의 분류 기준과 의류 생산기획 업무의 디지털화 가능성을 검토하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 국내 의류업체에서는 상품기획시 국외패션잡지와 collection지를 가장 많이 활용하고 있었으며, 디자인 및 패턴 DB 프로그램에 대한 효용성 기대와 수용도 기대에는 집단간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여성 자켓 디자인 DB를 위한 구성요소 분류 기준은 7가지고 선정되었고, 이미지 형용사 분류 기준은 6가지로 선정되었다. 또한 자켓 제작을 위한 block pattern 분류 기준은 4가지로 선정되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 자켓 디자인 선택 프로그램의 모델을 제시한 후 실험 참가자들에게 효용성 및 사용가능성을 다시 검증한 결과, 프로그램 제시 전 조사결과보다 유의하게 긍정적으로 평가되었으며, 데이터베이스 자료 활용시 이미지 형용사를 통한 검색보다는 구성요소를 통한 검색에 더 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.

섬유패션산업 종사자의 직무스트레스 요인, 직무스트레스 징후 및 직무성과 (Job Stressors, Job Stress Symptoms and Job Performance of Workers in Fashion Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate job stressors, job stress symptoms, and job performance of workers in fashion industry. The data were obtained from questionnaire completed by 529 workers who were employed in textile or clothing manufactures located in Seoul, Daegu, Busan, and Masan area. The SPSS package was used for data analysis which included frequency, mean, correlation, and factor analysis. Job stressors consisted of environmental related stressors, job related stressors(task characteristics and role characteristics) and organization related stressors(organization climate and career development). Most of job stressors were significantly correlated with job stress symptoms but their correlation coefficients were low. Among job stressors, quantitative work overload was found to be a major stressor. Workers in fashion industry appeared to evaluate their job performance relatively good. Also, it was found that behavioral and psychological symptoms were negatively correlated with job performance.

패션정보산업 종사자의 직무 스트레스 요인에 관한 질적연구 (The Qualitative Study on the Job Stressors of Fashion Information Providers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate job stressors of information planning process and the relevant affairs of Fashion Information Providers, using the qualitative research method. This study was performed by interview with 14 fashion information planning providers from April to May in 2007. In the information planning process, there were five steps on fashion information providers' recognitions of stressors: information gathering, analysing, planning, presenting and evaluating. In the relevant affairs of fashion information activities, job stressors consisted of task related stressors, role related stressors, organization related stressors, personal characteristics, and outsides of organization related stressors.

섬유패션기업 종사자의 직무스트레스 모델 (A Job Stress Model of Workers in Fashion and Textile Industries)

  • This study is to develope the job stress model for workers in fashion and textile industries and to investigate the effect of job stressors on stress symptom and its effect on job performance. The structural equation model analysis was performed for examining the relationship among job stressors, stress symptom and job performance. Environmental factors, task factors, role factors and organizational climate factors were identified as job stressors. Task characteristics and role characteristics were positively related to job stress symptom. Environmental factors and organizational climate factors were negatively related to job stress symptom. Also, job stress symptom was negatively related to job performance. The findings suggest some implications on how to improve job performance or to reduce job stress.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in recognition of brand and advertisement image according to the advertisement expression forms of domestic make-up cosmetics. This study was conducted by means of a questionnaire survey of female which age from twenties to the thirties. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency distribution, Percentage, mean, factor analysis, and paired t-test by the SPSS program. The results of this study were as follows. The brand and advertisement image of domestic Make-up cosmetics were classified into seven factors. : Of good quality, high-toned, modern, chic, unique, familiar, stimulative brand and advertisement image. The brand image and advertisement image recognition didn't correspond in general except HERCYNA and ETUDE.

미용실 종사자의 직무만족도와 이직의사 (A Study on Job Satisfaction and Turn-over Intention of Beauty Parlor Staffs)

  • This research studies the job satisfaction and turnover intention of the staffs of beauty parlors located in the City of Busan. The subjects were 300 beauty parlor staffs. They were surveyed for one month from October 1, 2003, to October 31, 2003. Regarding the question of the work satisfaction at the beauty parlor, the degrees of satisfaction were $3.83{\pm}0.70$ in the field of 'I am proud of myself working in a beauty parlor,' $3.78{\pm}0.62$ in the field of 'I feel rewarded after performing an operation on a customer,' $3.73{\pm}0.61$ in the field of 'I have a friendly relationship with the customers'. As to a survey on the job satisfaction and their intention of turnover, 22.7% of the respondents answered that they had the experience to move to another beauty parlors more than five times. This indicates that the matter of turnover is quite serious. When they were asked what is most important in choosing their workplace, 50.7% said 'kind teaching of senior staffs', followed by 'payment' which was chosen by 34.3%. As to the disadvantage of the work in beauty parlors. compared to other occupations, 77.3% of the respondents picked up 'few holidays and long working hours' and 11% 'low social position.' From the results, it can be seen that it is important for the beauty industry to make better working conditions and improve benefits in order to reduce the turnover rate and dropouts.

뷰티 종사자의 이미지메이킹 효능감에 의한 긍정적 사고, 자아존중감 및 직무몰입의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationships between Job-Engagement, Self-Esteem, Positive Thinking on Image-Making Efficacy of Beauty Professionals)

  • 소비자와 대면의 접점이 넓은 뷰티종사자의 이미지는 소비자들에게 긍정적인 영향력을 발휘하여 소비자의 만족도 및 충성도를 높여줄 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구는 뷰티종사자들의 이미지메이킹 효능감에 의해 자아존중감과 긍정적 사고 및 직무몰입의 영향력과 관계성을 파악해보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 방법 및 범위는 이미지메이킹 효능감, 긍정적 사고, 자아존중감, 직무몰입에 관련된 이론적 연구와 함께 서울과 경기지역에 소재하는 뷰티종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, SPSS 23.0, Amos 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 인구통계학적 특성, 문항내적합치도 계수 산출, 기술 통계분석, Pearson 상관분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형을 적용한 연구모형의 직접경로계수 추정, 간접효과를 검증을 위한 Sobel Test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 뷰티종사자의 이미지메이킹 효능감은 자아존중감, 긍정적 사고, 직무몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 뷰티종사자의 자아존중감은 긍정적 사고 및 직무몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 뷰티종사자의 긍정적 사고는 직무몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자아존중감 및 긍정적 사고가 뷰티종사자의 이미지메이킹 효능감과 직무몰입 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
