Respondents were limited to consumers aged 20 to 39 who had recently purchased fashion products through social commerce over the last month. The final analysis used 318 samples. First, hedonic and utilitarian shopping value significantly influenced consumers' fashion shopping satisfaction in social commerce. Hedonic shopping value was more strongly related to fashion shopping satisfaction. Second, fashion shopping satisfaction in social commerce had an effect on behavioral intention and SNS word-of-mouth. Behavioral intention consisted of repurchase intention and recommend intention. SNS word-of-mouth intention represented word-of-mouth intention using SNS such as Facebook and Twitter. When consumers were satisfied with their shopping experience, they were willing to have re-patronage intentions and SNS word-of-mouth intention. The results suggested that social commerce should try to raise consumers' fashion shopping satisfaction in social commerce and offer a pleasant experience. Also, social commerce should try to be connected to SNS such as Facebook and Twitter to increase word-of-mouth intention.

  • Recently, as the fashion e-commerce market has expanded, the proportion of online shops that are growing rapidly has increased and with them so too has competition. Most retailers operating online shops need their own competitiveness, and accordingly, the need to develop their logistics service quality components is increasing. This study investigated the quality of the logistics services, which is a factor of the logistics service quality of the internet shop. It influences customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by collecting samples from the customers using online fashion shops. Two hundred customers who shop online were surveyed to extract the data. The sample was subjected to basic statistical analysis using the SPSS 25.0 package, and factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation analysis were performed. The results of this study showed that the information quality of proactive return, promptness of the return process, and reliability of the return cost had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and it had a significant influence on the customer's repurchase intention to the online store. A selection of shops showed high amounts of return reasons, high customer satisfaction, and high repurchase, whereas, in general, many others scored poorly across these criteria. This suggests that a retailer operating online should consider pages for receiving information plus sales content in addition to the quality and constituent factors of its logistics services for returns that influence repurchase and satisfaction.

  • Purchase of clothes has recently picked up pace at mobile fashion shopping malls. One of the biggest weak points is that consumers can't coordinate clothes. Since individuals increasingly want to make coordination, a fashion coordination system to satisfy the demand should be developed. As the technology of digital clothing which is about reproducing dresses using computer graphic has been activated in the fashion industry, many changes in consumers' life patterns and interests in fashion shopping malls are taking place. Some consumers are increasingly more keenly interested in shopping on the Internet and Smart phones than in offline stores. This study was conducted to understand production of iPhone-based augmented reality fashion fitting contents which is suitable for Koreans' body shape. This system is about designing and materializing UI(User Interface), an augmented reality fitting system, so that users can confirm if they look nice with those fashion items using Smart phones. A new fashion shopping method satisfying user convenience was suggested using the materialized system.
