  • The broadcast service environment is changed to the complicated equipment configuration of the server and network-based for the advanced technology application and various service providings. The broadcasting market is growing rapidly by the development of broadcasting environment. But as to the domestic production broadcasting equipment industry, the satisfaction of request of the consumer and market competitive power is showing the limit due to the development of the single focused on goods and sale. This research gathered the opinion of the broadcasting technology experts and investigated the reality of usage of the domestic device in the broadcasting system. And according to the investigation result we discovers the hybrid system model that synergy can come out in which the domestic device more than 2 combines out and there is the purpose.

  • Recently, although many firms conduct open innovation through collaboration with other innovation actors, little attention has been paid to research and case study with regard to SMEs. However, since the capability of SMEs is too insufficient to access external resources and collaborate with other firms, SMEs have practical needs for active open innovation. In addition, although a lot of SMEs depend on external resources in terms of distribution, services and sales, most of open innovation-related research concentrate on R&D and production. Therefore, this research aims at presenting various types, methods and policy to stimulate the open innovation of SMEs. Typical types of open innovation which SMEs can take will be identified and then a relevant open innovation type will be matched on the basis of the characteristics of sectors. The results of this research will be helpful for policy makers to promote open innovation in SMEs.

  • It is frequent to develop the fashion product through predict purchasing needs of consumers in Textile and Fashion Industry. If failed in its prediction, that is, if consumers would not purchase the product, there comes some problems that big sale is inevitable or stock increase tremendously. Otherwise, Quick Response System allows that the company observe the consumer's needs consistently and design products and establish manufacture schedule rapidly so that they could prohibit the products unnecessarily stocked. Consumer's preference is collected and analyzed through the data generated by POS system, and this is provided to the related manufacturer through network in realtime, so that the manufactures could merchandise, produce and provide the products according to the consumer's need. Thus, this study developed POS system-education program, that is, the merchandising of apparel product, product by prediction, retailer, purchase behavior, reduction in stock inventory and product lead time, cooperative system between apparel company and retailer, and conformation to the consumer's needs are included in this program, through binding the new technology in textile and fashion industry for the purpose of Quick Response system.

  • Recently, TPS is one of the hot issues which enterprises and manufacturing related people were greatly concerned. TPS is very representative of Japanese production system. And TPS have contributed to the advance of industrial engineering. This study highlights the limitation and unsolved problems of presented TPS, through understanding the basic principles and characteristics and application process of TPS. To be continuously developing and competitive system in the future, we suggest New JIT System to complement current TPS system. New JIT is a customer oriented system. For the customer satisfied quality management, renovate business process in production, development and sales area. It has hardware and software system. Hardware system is consists of TMS, TDS, TPS. Software system is scientific SQC utilized TQM. For the advanced next generation manufacturing management system, we should develop New JIT system.

  • Recent lifeline with Internet and smart-phone is a new ICT-based revolution that has transformed the structure of economics and business activities in digital economy. This paper deals with some economic perspectives on the conceptual concerns on transaction costs and its applications to energy and environments, and glocalization strategies of e-business. First, we consider substantial differences between offline and online channel transactions and categorize three different aspects of transaction costs in the purchasing process in both channels. Second, we examine the impacts of e-business that affect sustainable environments and provide some considerations on energy savings, product-process design, and logistics. Finally, we present some opportunities and challenges posted by global e-business and outline the economics of networking in achieving enhanced performance and competitive advantage through glocalization strategies of e-business.

  • This paper focused on exploratory testing the organizational management area by examining conceptualized relationships between e-commerce usage type and organizational structure. The research model consists of three e-commerce usage type such as buy-side, internal, sell-side activities and four organizational structure dimensions like decentralization, specialization, formalization, and administration intensity. An interview and an e-mail survey of managers were used to obtain information on the variables relevant to e-commerce activities and organizational structure. The data resulted in response from 58 companies. Major findings of this research are summarized as follows: buyer related e-commerce activities is positively relate to the administrative intensity and the specialization, internal process is positively relate to the formalization, while customer related e-commerce is directly relate to the decentralization and the specialization in terms of organizational management.

  • It is important for the strategy of product sales to investigate the consumer's sensitivity and preference degree in the environment that the process of material development has been changed focusing on the consumer renter. In the present study, we propose the Fashion Design Recommender System (FDRS) of textile design applying collaborative filtering personalization technique as one of methods in the material development centered on consumer's sensibility and preferences. In collaborative filtering personalization technique based on textile, Pearson Correlation Coefficient is used to calculate similarity weights between users. We build the database founded on the sensibility adjective to develop textile designs by extracting the representative sensibility adjective from users' sensibility and preferences about textile designs. FDRS recommends textile designs to a consumer who has a similar propensity about textile. Ultimately, this paper sugeests empirical applications to verify the adequacy and the validity on this system with the development of Fashion Design Recommender System (FDRS)

  • Moreover a new logistics concept is needed through the sharing information between suppliers and consumers, which maximizes the level of customers service and its flexibility by changing functional-oriented to process-oriented. In other words, Supply Chain Management(SCM) is now considered as a key aspect of business, which controls the flows of information, funds, and goods in the supply chain. Rationalization of transport-delivery system will be one of the most important issues on logistics management to the domestic companies. The companies need the effective delivery system. Especially in the case of delivery system from distribution centers to customers or vendors, it might take a long time to control the delivery system manually because it would be hard to apply the automatic vehicle routing algorithm effectively considering all the practical constraints. Thus this study develops a heuristic algorithm of automatic vehicle delivery support system in terms of grouping by short ranges of vehicle movement utilizing postal coordinates, which satisfies a variety of realistic constraints and reduces controlling time of manual operations.

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the building process of industrial competitiveness of the Korean cosmetics industry in the global production network. For this study, cosmetics industry in Korea is selected as a research subject. Secondary data and the Korea Health Industry Statistics are analyzed to examine the overall changes of the cosmetics firms under the changes of global economy overtime. In-depth interviews of the case firms are also conducted to understand the old and new corporate strategies which locate with the sustainability and competitive advantages under an uncertain environment. As a result of the restructuring processes, the Korea cosmetics industry has upgraded its position as an innovative power in the world cosmetics industry. In addition, during the restructuring processes, cosmetics industry is overwhelmingly concentrated in the Capital Region, reflecting intensification of agglomeration economies.

  • Because of a number of internet concurrent users and the diversity of goods and data items to be managed, the web sites for internet shopping mall are changed and their management application are updated frequently. So the existing internet shopping mall systems to be implemented by process-based design have the bad adaptability, then we have the difficulty for its maintenance and the overhead cost owing to a variety of changes in the future. Therefore to improve on its adaptability and maintenance, in this study, we design and implement the natural soap shopping mall system with the data model based method. In this paper, the data model designed for the system is considered requirements in the future, and in the view of DA(Data Architecture) it is designed and implemented including the data standardization, then the system has the improved adaptability and maintenance.
